Chapter 13
Chapter 13 Yexi
Translated By: Naervon
Tyre finished giving out orders just as his time was up. Suddenly forced out of Eyes of the Soul, Tyre felt all his strength leave his body before he lost conscious and slumped in his seat.
Not a second after he fainted, his body begin to wither and die.
Sand Sword saw this from his seat behind Tyre and panicked, but just as he was about to stand up and do something, LongTu forced him back down.
“. . . . . . . . .” The white haired girl couldn’t refrain from looking, because she suddenly noticed that all the cells in that guy’s body started to age rapidly. As for LongTu, she sighed a little as she raised her fist and slammed it home on Tyre’s stomach!
Pugilist technique, Power of Will!
A m.u.f.fled booming sound reverberated around the train compartment, and everyone looked around curiously as they looked for the source of the sound.
LongTu’s face became very pale after that punch, and her body trembled uncontrollably, as if she was having a seizure.
The white haired girl frowned a bit and then said in that voice of hers
“You’re actually killing your own cells to give life to that guy’s cells. You do know that you will die much faster like this.”
LongTu heard the warning
coming from the white haired girl and smiled somewhat bitterly
“I don’t really mind, because I don’t have much time left anyways. But, even so, I would still outlive you.”
“. . . . . . . . .” The white haired girl became speechless. She sighed and extended a pale white right hand, then poked Tyre on the chest gently
A wave containing the power of s.p.a.ce was unleashed into Tyre’s body, and right after the poke, Tyre’s body bolted upright as if struck by lighting before falling back down again.
LongTu looked slightly shocked as she observed the changes inside of Tyre. The cells inside of his body looked as if they were given new life by the vibrating s.p.a.ce power, and from the looks of it, she no longer needed to kill off her own cells to revive Tyre.
“Even though I don’t know what happened to you to make you this weak, but as another woman, I hope you will take care of your own body a bit more.” The white haired girl said with that calm and emotionless tone of hers.
LongTu only shook her head as she smiled a bit sadly.
The two went silent again.
Not long after, Tyre was able to wake up, and the first thing that he did was…Barf his guts out!
Good thing LongTu had
had some experience, and when she saw Tyre wake up, she placed a long prepared wooden bucket in front of him.
When Tyre saw that bucket, he sunk his head inside and held on to the sides of the bucket for dear life as his insides churned like the sea in a typhoon.
When the other people in the compartment smelled a disgusting smell wafting around, they didn’t say anything, because getting trainsick was something they have experienced before. Understanding aside, the smell was truly terrible, so the majority of the people fanned the air with their hands and the rest just squeezed their nose shut.
As for LongTu, she ignored the stenched and patted Tyre on the back as he barfed his guts out. The white haired girl sitting on the other side of Tyre sat there breathing evenly with her eyes closed as if nothing was happening.
Far away in the outskirts of the Great Forest, Shasha stood there along with her group, sh.e.l.l shocked.
“We actually ran exactly one thousand seven hundred and sixty four steps. . . . . . . . .”
Looking at the bodies of the mutated beasts, Shasha could only feel a chill in her heart.
Could that man read what she was thinking and calculated that too? Is that why he came to the conclusion of one thousand seven
thousand seven hundred and sixty four steps?
How can this be possible… There was no way that someone can calculate something as unstable as emotions, no matter how powerful his ability is.
Just how did he do this! Unbelievable…. Shasha suddenly felt fear towards that man.
But that aside, there was a job to do, and she was going to do it right. Up next was the so called five thousand one hundred and twenty four steps. If the numbers are still accurate, then Shasha could only worship that guy in her mind, praying from that scary person to not take notice of her after this mission.
“I feel kinda embarra.s.sed, having to rely on you everytime, LongTu.” Finishing spitting out the dregs in his mouth, Tyre looked at LongTu with an apologetic look, but LongTu only shook her head and sighed
“You don’t need to thank me, because this time it was her who saved you.”
“Her?” Tyre showed some confusion in his eyes, then as if thinking of something, he turned around to look at the white haired girl.
The girl was still sitting there as if it was the most peaceful place in the world, with her eyes closed and her breath even. Seeing the girl ignore him and emanating an air that practically wrote strangers stay away, Tyre couldn’t force the words of thankswords of thanks out of his mouth, but he still felt perplexed at why this girl helped himself.
LongTu saw Tyre’s confusion and muttered under her breath,
“It might be because your so handsome, and your alpha airs were just too captivating and attracted her.”
“No way!” Both the white haired girl and Tyre reacted at the same time.
Tyre was startled for a split second then he turned back around to face the girl, thinking so she was not asleep.
“Umm, thank you very much for what you did earlier.”
“. . . . . . . .it was nothing.” The white haired girl seemed not want to say too much, but still replied out of courtesy. Tyre also wanted to end this topic, but he still asked
“If it’s not too much of a bother, could you tell us your name? My name is Tyre, and her name is LongTu.”
“LongTu?” The white haired girl seemed shocked by LongTu’s name, after all, how can someone be as cute as her be called such a barbaric name?! That contrast is too big no matter how you look at the two.
LongTu shrugged slightly, seemingly uncaring about her own nickname
The white haired girl settled her emotions and looked past that outrageous name, taking a few moments to calm down.
Finishing that, she answered casually
“Yexi.”
