Void arched his brows at Mr Brandon and his ridiculous offer. "I think I have been fair. I offered you anything but you chose to throw away my magnanimous offer."
"How generous of you, but I do not need your money or any gift. All I require is for you to turn yourself in."
"Look at you, a thief playing the innocent and holy role. If you are so good, why don"t you turn yourself in? After all, it was you who stole."
"I only did as you asked, but with a little adjustment. I tool the money to its rightful owner."
"Then, save the rightful owner from your mess. I have no business with you."
"If so, why are you here then?"
"You know why, hand over the contact Void, or you... "
"Or what?" the taller man, Void asked. With his built and height he looked domineering, making Mr Greg move backward a little.
"What are you trying to do? You think you can intimidate me? Well I came prepared," Mr Brandon boasted to Void, as he spoke, he snapped his fingers.
Void arched his brows at the absurd man, what was he thinking? What did he think he could do?
Within seconds four men armed with weapons rushed out from the shadows and stood behind Mr Brandon.
Void only laughed at the sight in front of him. "What"s so funny?"
"What"s so funny? You are asking me that?" He took two steps forward and one of the armed men moved past Mr Brandon, unsheathing his sword and pointing it right at Void.
Void looked at the sword now in front of his chest then back at the wielder, his eyes shone a cold dark glint, petrifying the wielder on the spot.
He took another step forward, now the sword was in the terrified man"s hand, his fingers trembled when the tip of his sword touched Void"s chest directly.
Those cold pair of eyes still held him transfixed. Void made a move and used his right hand finger to brush the sword aside before he took a few steps to Mr Brandon.
As soon as he got between range, the other three moved in front of Mr Brandon to protect him but just one look from him made then s.h.i.+ver.
One finally spoke, "You don"t scare us!" He said, but his palm sweated with each pa.s.sing second.
Void ignored him, swept his gaze across them and his eyes landed on Mr Brandon. "Is this the best you can do? Do I look so feeble and worthless to you, that you could bring only four men? I feel insulted."
"Say your last prayer."
"If I was that weak, then why didn you come to me to get the job done? I see my reputation don"t do justice enough."
"Don"t listen to him. I am not paying you to be a lookworm. Don"t just stand there, attack and get me that contract," Mr Brandon ordered.
The four of them seemed to have gotten themselves back after his order and got ready to attack Void.
"Tsk, Tsk, Tsk!! When a cat wants to attack a lion. When flies do not learn, they end up with d dead body in the grave."
As he finished his statement, they swords came cras.h.i.+ng down on him.
A cold glint flashed in his eyes, it was obvious he was in for a kill. How dare they take him lightly and dared lift their swords at him.
In one swift move...

He disappeared and appeared at the back of one of the men, leaving them stunned for some seconds.
As soon as they realized he was not there, "Behind you!" One of the men shouted, but before they could turn and attack.

Aahhh!!!
Within a minute, all four of them were on the ground. He walked past their bodies and made his way to the frightened Mr Brandon.
"You still think they can handle me? You think you are protected? I didn"t want to force it but you just made me."
"Please, cancel or tear the contract. I can"t go to prison."
"What an idiot you are. You do not want to go to prison but you can wreck someone else"s life and make them pay for your evil deeds."
"It was unavoidable. He was just a victim of circ.u.mstance," Mr Brandon defended.
"Can you gear yourself? How could you? Most of you rich people are filthy, making your wealth off the weak and poor. I would rid this kingdom of sc.u.m like you."
"You can"t threaten me! You know nothing about anything. Give me the contract and I would give you anything you want."
"Too late, I got another job... Fix the problem. Find out the real culprit and deliver Mr Greg to his wife and sick son."
"What?! B–By, From... Who? Who dare to go against me and seek out the truth?" His brows furrowed in anger as his fist clenched into a ball.
"I did!"
