CHAPTER 8Were Caught, Bad Luck
“Aiyo! Who pushed me a!” the man Jing Yue pulled over were stumbling, turned his body over and asked in a loud voice; however, what were responding to him were only louder shouting sounds. No one discovered the person who quietly rolled under the carriage.
“Welcome ninth Huang Shu into the city!” At the time the carriage arrived at the city gate, all the soldiers were neatly kneeling and shouted. Jing Yue’s heart were slightly frightened, didn’t know why, a weird feeling started to rise in her heart, why did she feel that there was someone watching her?
Jing Yue wrinkled her brows; holding her breath, her heart kept mouthing ‘quickly enter the city…. quickly enter the city….’
Ninth Huang Shu’s carriage halted for a moment, Jing Yue’s heart suddenly jumped, why did it stop? Could it be that they’d found her?
Jing Yue’s palms were slightly soaked with sweats; this carriage couldn’t be held longer, if it wouldn’t quicken a little, she wouldn’t be able to stay.
Perhaps ninth Huang Shu heard Jing Yue’s thought, the carriage eventually started to enter the city slowly. Little by little, Jing Yue loosened her breath, immediately put her heart down; fortunately she had entered the city.
Wait!
Loosened her breath?
Jing Yue’s whole body went cold. Didn’t have time to react, she suddenly felt a cold intent to kill coming toward her forehead. Jing Yue bended her body, blinked her eyes looking at the dagger that nearly pierced her forehead, cold sweats immediately dripped down.
Not good, she was discovered!
“Heng.” an indifferent and disdainful cold humming sound came through. Jing Yue was just planning to let go and rolled out of the carriage; However, she didn’t expect that the person sitting inside the carriage actually used one foot to step upon the the base, breaking the carriage floor. A big hand suddenly grabbed Jing Yue’s neck.
“Ke…..” the strength of that hand was big, it almost let Jing Yue fainted.
“Where does this little doll come from?” Jing Yue’s body was carried up by the person inside the carriage, at this moment, the carriage finally stopped.
“Ke ke….. let go…. ke….” Jing Yue was tenaciously trying to break off the hand clutching her neck. Striving hard to open her eyes and look, meeting her gaze was actually a pair of familiar eyes, those two eyes.
It’s him! The person inside the forest that night!
Jing Yue’s heart were trembling violently, she didn’t even dare to take a time looking at the man’s appearance. Exerting her foot, she flew it toward the man’s chin. The man, having suffered some pain, his hand instantly loosened; taking advantage of this time, Jing Yue went under the carriage’s floor. Anger flashed upon the man’s face, he skillfully trying to take a grab.
“Teared*….” a crisp sound of fabric ripped apart could be heard. The man blankly threw the black fabric on his hand away, his complexion dreadfully gloomy.
“Ninth Huang Shu, what… what happened?” the soldier guarding outside, slightly amazed looking at ninth Huang Shu who had lifted the carriage’s curtain, asked.
“Catch the a.s.sa.s.sin! Catch the a.s.sa.s.sin!” just as this person’s question finished, suddenly shouting voices from behind the carriage could be heard. Was astonished for a moment, the soldier just discovered; that ninth Huang Shu’s chin, how could it be so red and swollen?
“Keep staring, Ben w.a.n.g dig your eyes at once!” the man’s body in ink-black robe slowly stood and straightened his body; a ma.s.sive anger was flickering inside the pitch-black eyes, the kind of finely sculpted facial features showed a violent ice-cold temperature. The eyebrows rising toward his temples tightly wrinkled.
“A girl fourteen to fifteen years old; wearing black clothes; figure….. pet.i.te; catch her!” that clear and cold tone of ninth Huang Shu came through, bearing a reckless and arrogant appearance. All the officer and soldiers hearing ninth Huang Shu’s words immediately straightened their body, in a resonating voice answered with a sound of ‘yes’.
