Chapter 2103 - A Lone Star Enters the Sea
The sovereigns noticed that Tianming’s expression was weird. They quickly cleared their throats and said, “Don’t misunderstand, we’re doing this to find out the truth. We aren’t men that’re weak to seduction.”
Tianming was speechless
The two entered the wondersky realm, returning after a quarter of an hour.
“Nope, my wondersky fairy wasn’t updated.”
“Mine’s the same. Pretty face, yes, but the personality of a rock.”
“Is that so?” Tianming sneered inside. “So it seems the wonderians got a real person to monitor me. They really do value me.” Tianming shrugged.
“That may not be so,” Sovereign Brightscorch said.
“What do you mean?” Tianming asked.
“It may be possible that how much the wondersky fairy exposes is correlated to how perverted someone is. The wonderians simply recognized that Sovereign Starfeather and I are men of outstanding integrity,” Sovereign Brightscorch chuckled.
Reading between the lines, he was implying there was something wrong with Tianming.
“Screw off!” Tianming wanted to be rid of them. Even if the wondersky fairy was a real person… so what? He was already mentally cautious against the whole Skydome Battlefield. He would never reveal what he shouldn’t.
Still, he decided not to go back in for the short term. He would prepare for the Infinitum Bodhimanda by focusing on his cultivation and training his new sword art.??ℯe?????ѵe?. ???
……
Xiaoxiao had been in the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb since long ago. She spent most of her time in the wondersky realm and, as long as her body remained in the tomb, she didn’t need to move no matter where Tianming went.
“Come out, Xiaoxiao,” Tianming called as soon as he entered.
Xiaoxiao groggily woke up.
“Summon the Archaionfiend,” he instructed.
“Alright. Wu You.” Xiaoxiao obediently listened, and the Archaionfiend, which had advanced to a nine-star cosmic beast, came out from the lifebound s.p.a.ce. Its body was almost as large as Lan Huang and its demonic aura was so thick that the atmosphere within the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb immediately changed. It looked down at Tianming from above.
“Did you see that Darkfiend City? What are darkfiends and why do they look so similar to you?” Tianming seriously asked.
The Archaionfiend gave a snarl. It first glared at Tianming, before starting to groan in pain and rub its forehead. “Darkfiends are mongrels! A degraded bloodline! They’re tras.h.!.+”
“What’s that mean?” Tianming asked.
“Don’t you understand what a mongrel is?” The Archaionfiend grit its teeth.
“So darkfiends really exist? Where do they live?”
“I don’t know.” The Archaionfiend shook its head. It was still in the same old state; its memories were fragmented information with no connection between them. Hence, it didn’t even know how it had fallen. It was a fellow that had lived for millenia in vain.
“Then what about Darkfiend City?”
“It felt familiar, like I’ve been there before.… It was indeed an eye of us Archaionfiends up in the sky. Speaking of which, when will you return my eye? If you hadn’t taken it away, Xiaoxiao and I would’ve already recovered to peak sovereigns!”
“Return it to you? You sure have an active imagination. If I get a new one in the future, I’ll see my mood and decide if you can have it.”
“Others are useless, I only want my own!”
“Dream on.” Tianming clenched his teeth before continuing, “Right, did you see my caelum?”
“Yes, why?”
“Did you see the mark on the back of the neck?” Tianming asked.
“Yes.”
“Can you help me remove it?”
“I can’t. Who knows what the h.e.l.l that is? Maybe you’ll even die from it.” The Archaionfiend turned gleeful.
“Nonsense, the caelum exists outside the body. It won’t affect the body or vita even if it’s gone,” Xiaoxiao said.
“I suppose so! Anyways, all I know is how to eat caelum.” It was difficult to tame its unruly nature. The Bloodrose Curse couldn’t change it at all.
Xiaoxiao returned it to her lifebound s.p.a.ce, then said, “Leave this to me. I’ll follow up on this and make sure its not lying.”
“Yes, that’s all we can do for now.” Tianming nodded.
“We’re in a symbiotic relations.h.i.+p, so it can’t hide anything from me for very long.”
“Understood! Is Feiling cultivating?” Tianming asked.
“Yes. She saw you were picking a sword art, so she began her ascension to the Sovereign stage,” Xiaoxiao replied.
“Okay.”
“Right, I saw that you would talk to the air when you were at Darkfiend City. Who was it?’ Xiaoxiao curiously asked.
Fortunately, she couldn"t see it. “Just the wondersky fairy!”
“Ah, I see. And here I thought it was some beauty from your tone,” Xiaoxiao said with disdain.
Tianming was speechless. A woman’s intuition really was something else. “You could tell?” he asked.
“No, Ling’er said it first.” Xiaoxiao had a nasty grin. “Little Fish thought so as well.”
“No need to guess! I can even draw that woman out!” Xian Xian’s spiritual body popped out and started chattering away.
“That wondersky fairy was female and very s.e.xy. Her heavenly pattern barriers were even bigger than my head. Li Tianming even scratched her so hard there was blood,” Ji Ji coldly added as her spiritual body flew out as well
“What?” A beauty in a blue dress who was coming over just happened to hear those words.
“It’s over!” All Tianming saw was darkness ahead.
……
After the initial chaos, peace returned to Tianming’s days. The sun pa.s.sed through star cl.u.s.ter after star cl.u.s.ter. It quickly flew past everything, its cloaking formation helping it keep a low profile. On the sun itself, it was hard to notice it was moving. However, Tianming could keep track of the sun’s position through Ji Ji’s star map and continued on course for the Infinitum Mundus’s core region.
A lone star continued pus.h.i.+ng on toward the field of stars ahead. Even though the sun was now a skypiercer-cla.s.s world, their destination was still over ten thousand times brighter than them.
“I can’t imagine just how big that world is.” How big was the Infinitum Mundus? The sun’s journey through it could be considered a ‘small’ trip.
Just this short journey had let them encounter quite a few ownerless nova source worlds. Some were guarded by people, while others lacked them. Naturally, those without people were quickly absorbed. As for those with people, Tianming would usually send out Weisheng Moran to fight. The results were the same as with Fang Dading—the opponents would accept the battle and quickly leave after losing.
Thus, the sun had managed to become twenty times Violetglory’s size after devouring three unowned nova sources. It also naturally became faster.
