1. By whom were the heavens and the earth created?
"In the beginning _G.o.d_ created the heaven and the earth." Gen. 1:1.
2. Through whom did G.o.d create all things?
"For _by Him_ [the Son] were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or princ.i.p.alities, or powers: _all things were created by Him_, and for Him." Col. 1:16. "All things were made _by Him_ [_through Him_, R.
