Chapter 501: Jealous
“Auntie Zhou, what’s your daughter’s name?” Chi Jiao asked with a smile.
“Her name is Zhou Sisi, and she’s in the same year as you. She’s just a few months younger,” Auntie Zhou replied.
Chi Jiao nodded. “If Sisi is in the same cla.s.s as me, I will take good care of her.”
“Thank you, First Miss.” Auntie Zhou looked at her gratefully.
Auntie Zhou felt that First Miss was really beautiful and kind-hearted.
She hadn’t purposely raised this matter to ask a favor from her. She just wanted to make some small talk with First Miss.
“You’re welcome.” As soon as Chi Jiao finished speaking, Quan Jue put down his chopsticks and picked up a napkin to elegantly wipe his mouth. He then threw it into the trash can and stood up to leave the dining room.
Chi Jiao quickly picked up her bowl and finished the fish soup. She also picked up a napkin to wipe her mouth, then said to Auntie Zhou, “I’m full, Auntie Zhou. I’ll go upstairs first.”
With that, she hurriedly got up to chase after Quan Jue.
Quan Jue went upstairs unhurriedly while Chi Jiao followed him.
Chi Jiao watched as he opened the door to his room. She stood behind him with her small mouth turned down, looking at him with her big, sparkling eyes. “Brother Quan, can I go in and talk to you?”
The girl was so upset that she started to use her baby voice.
Quan Jue’s heart instantly melted at that voice.
His Adam’s apple bobbed as he walked into the room.
Just as Chi Jiao thought that Quan Jue would slam the door in her face, the young man’s calm voice came from inside.
“I’ll close the door if you don’t come in.”
Chi Jiao hurriedly walked in.
She had just entered the room when a large hand grabbed her arm and pulled her forward.
The door was slammed shut.
She was pushed against the door again, with her back pressed against it.
Before Chi Jiao could say anything, her little mouth was covered.
The young man’s cold aura instantly invaded her breathing.
His kiss was punis.h.i.+ng, as if he wanted to suck her soul away, wild and fiery.
Sensing Chi Jiao’s rapid breathing, Quan Jue bit her lips.
The corners of the young girl’s lips were as soft as fragile flower petals. With just a light bite, they quickly flushed red as blood, causing her to let out a small cry.
“Pain.”
It was like the sound of a little kitten being stepped on.
Quan Jue’s eyes darkened again. He temporarily let go of Chi Jiao’s lips and lifted her chin, forcing her to look at him.
The girl’s lips were so red that they looked like they were bleeding, and there were obvious teeth marks on them.
Her big eyes were moist as she looked at him like an innocent little pet that had been bullied. Quan Jue’s throat tightened.
He didn’t expect her to be so delicate. He didn’t use any strength just now, but he had left a mark on her lips.
His slender fingers rubbed Chi Jiao’s lips lightly, but it couldn’t smooth out the bite marks.
“Who’s that man?” The young man’s voice was low and hoa.r.s.e.
Chi Jiao blinked in confusion. Then, she immediately thought of Beitang Lie, who had followed her back today.
Immediately smelling the jealousy in the air, she felt relieved.
At first, she didn’t know what was wrong with Quan Jue.
Now, she finally knew.
There was a high chance that he had seen Beitang Lie and misunderstood something.
He was jealous.
