Once Caesar walked a fair distance, Musashi couldn"t help but deeply crease his brows and walk towards his large mansion. At first, he wanted to stay and celebrate with his granddaughter, however, after his conversation with Caesar, his mood turned sour and he, by no means, felt celebratory.

His quickly departing figure was noticed by few, as most of the people were more focused on both Ahri and Caesar. His missing presence didn"t pique anyone"s curiosity and the tournament"s aftermath continued without him.

After walking away from Musashi, Caesar soon arrived just a few feet away from Ahri. She was having a conversation with a few of her relatively young maids, to which Caesar stood there quietly, not wanting to interrupt.

Alas, his prominent and eye-catching figure was soon noticed by the maids" Ahri was conversing with. They pointed in his direction with wide smiles whilst nudging Ahri"s shoulder, causing her to look over.

Once she caught sight of Caesar, her smile depleted a tad bit and she walked over. Her hips swayed in a provocative manner as she walked and once she was merely a breath away, she locked arms with Caesar and raised her head to observe his facial features.

"Your expression… are you going to do something immoral?" she asked with a whispered, she had been around Caesar for quite a while and knew his personality quite well. She could vaguely tell what mood he was in, just by his expression, however, his thoughts were far too complicated for her to fully understand him without him telling her.

Caesar squinted his eyes and leaned down in response, his smile gradually faded as he rubbed Ahri"s vibrant hair. He truly wanted to give Ahri a more romantic proposal, however, he didn"t have a ring, nor would he be able to stay much longer.

"When this is all over, I promise to give you a proper proposal and wedding…" Caesar whispered into her ear and held her tight. Although he wasn"t much of a romantic individual, there was something about Ahri that attracted him towards her. Almost similar to Elizabeth, but it would appear it only affected him and not others.

In response, Ahri rolled her eyes, "you always try and evade my questions by trying to seduce me" she replied bitterly whilst trying to escape from his tight embrace. Unfortunately for her, Caesar didn"t let her go, but instead, pecked her on the lips.

"I wasn"t trying to evade your question, but more so, speaking what was on my mind," Caesar said with a chuckle.

"You never answered me, what are you about to do?" Ahri continued to pester while attempting to escape Caesar"s hug, even going as far as to embed her long nails in his back. Unfortunately, however, Caesar still didn"t let go, but instead, held her tighter.

"Your father is going to eradicate the spies tonight… stay in your room and make sure you have someone capable to help protect you" Caesar finally opened up, he was trying to wait for the right moment, but with Ahri"s continued questions, he decided to just tell her now.

"You"re capable, no?" Ahri asked strangely, insinuating that Caesar would be the one to be in their room and protect her, but Caesar could only smile wryly in response. He wanted to stay, but he couldn"t let go of this opportunity.

"I-" before Caesar could even let one-word escape from his mouth, Ahri put her finger on his lips and chuckled coyly, "I"m just kidding, you"re going to go do something against the trolls, right? Do you really think I"d be mad if you went go help defeat the trolls? I am not so selfish as to risk the well-being of my entire clan over some trifling matter" Ahri said, but the sadness hidden deep within her eyes was still caught by Caesar.

Caesar wanted to rebuke her in some way, but he couldn"t. Thus, he let her of his embrace and they stared at each other in silence for a few moments. This scene was captured by most of those present, and they all figured it was some kind of pillow talk.

"What I said earlier, It"s a promise," Caesar said curtly before turning away and walking towards the mansion. The trolls who knew that the fox-kin were currently holding a tournament, were surely more off-guard than usual. Not to mention the fact that he got the "general" position from Musashi, which made it possible for him to implement his plans.

"Be careful!" Ahri said worriedly from behind him. It would be a lie to say that she didn"t want him to stay longer, however, as his partner, she knew that it would be selfish and cruel of her to ask him to stay.

Caesar didn"t reply, but instead, gave her a thumbs-up and quickened his pace. Soon leaving the training grounds and the merry atmosphere in it. From behind him, a slightly short figure with two cuffed prisoners followed.

This was naturally Rakan, who had been waiting on the sidelines until Caesar was alone. He walked with swift and short strides until finally, he arrived just a few inches away from Caesar, who halted his footsteps.

Rakan took a moment to catch his breath, "Soka informed me that you wanted these prisoners to be present?" he asked strangely with a long breath between each word.

Caesar turned around and faced Rakan, "change of plans, put them back in prison and kill them tonight… make sure no one sees you do it" Caesar said curtly before resuming his pace.

Caesar knew that Rakan was, by no means, someone with strong morals. In fact, any of the warriors within the fox-kin clan would gladly kill the two traitors. Maybe for revenge, or just pure anger, either way, the both of them dying tonight, would make it more believable that the trolls came and infiltrated.

"Very well" Rakan replied nonchalantly from behind Caesar and the two traitorous fox-kin from behind him shivered in fear. Fortunately, they were currently gagged, or they would be screaming for help right about now.

With Rakan"s reply, Caesar"s smiled widened and within the time it takes to brew a cup of coffee, he arrived at the mansion. He transversed the heavily guarded gate with relative ease and soon arrived in front of his room.

He opened the door and immediately headed towards his closet to find a suitable outfit. He needed something that was capable of hiding his long and eye-catching silver hair, it was times like these, that Caesar wished there were things like dye in this world.

Covert missions with the very discernible white hair, was, after all, quite difficult. Thankfully, Caesar found a fully black outfit with tight black pants, black gloves, black overcoat, and a strange mask that he found on Ahri"s side of the closet.

He adorned the outfit and put his hair in the coat, he then placed the mask on his face, which further cloaked his discernible facial features. It was a fully black mask with many red engravings, there didn"t appear to be a distinct pattern, however, it looked quite menacing.

Once Caesar was done preparing, he quietly left the room and mansion, making sure no one spotted him on his way out.

He had contemplated talking with the furbolgs before his departure, alas, he figured that it would be better to speak to them after they recuperate for a while. But for now, he had much more pressing matters to attend to.

Thinking to here, a red light radiated from the slits of the mask on Caesar"s face as he swiftly soared through the air, towards the forest.
