Caesar soon broke out of his stupor noticing the declining timer...

"This reminds me of some of the light novels I read when I was a child" Caesar thought inwardly.

"Can you tell me what each of the const.i.tutions do?" Caesar whispered fearing anyone would be listening in.

"Silence"

00:50….00:49...00:48…

Caesar furrowed his brows and ma.s.saged his temples as he thought about the merits and downfalls of each of the const.i.tutions.

1.Vampire

2.Dark Elf

3.Elf

4.Lich

5. fairy

If I remember correctly a lich is simply an undead necromancer… Their powers vary greatly from the novels that I"ve read, both elf and dark elf seem like promising choices however I believe an elf"s const.i.tution is generally quite weak. I do not know if I will take the appearance of the const.i.tution I choose or just the latent abilities? Caesar was brainstorming inwardly about which option he should choose.

If my appearance took on the const.i.tution I choose then both fairy and lich are out of the question, I would not be able to hide the features of either. The problem is that both elves and vampires also have features I would gain such as long ears or long fangs.

If I become a vampire I could gain the urges to drink blood but if I choose elf I could possibly gain a weaker const.i.tution than I already have.

00:34…00:33…00:32…

"Tsk" Caesar clicked his tongue and decided to take the risk and choose the "vampire" option, he thought about not choosing any of the const.i.tution"s and remaining a human however he was used to taking risks. One can not make it far in life without taking risks.

[Vampire const.i.tution chosen]

00:20…00:19...00:18…

Caesar nearly forgot about the spin on the wheel of fate, soon a transparent wheel with many options appeared in front of Caesar. All of the rewards were separated by different color. Caesar didn"t hesitate to spin the wheel, he didn"t want the timer to run out.

The wheel started spinning at a relatively fast pace before finally slowing down on a light blue section.

[Ice affinity acquired]

00:03...00:02…00:01...00:00

"Ice affinity huh?" Caesar was sitting on his bed thinking about the rewards he was supposedly given, He looked at the mirror and did not notice any changes to his body he also didn"t feel anything new or different.

"Was I hallucinating?" Soon an unbearable drowsiness attacked Caesar. He pa.s.sed out right then and there.

"Knock, knock"

"Young master, breakfast is prepared and set on the dining table. Your father is awaiting your arrival"

"silence"

Sebastian not getting a reply soon walked into Caesar"s room and opened the curtains, sunlight invaded the room and illuminated Caesar that was sleeping on the bed.

"Grunt"

Caesar slowly got up and rubbed his eyes.

"Sebastian I"ll be right there, I will get dressed myself"

"As you wish young master"

Sebastian bent his back in a crescent shape while he placed his right hand on the right side of his chest. He walked out of the room right after and closed the door behind him.

Caesar opened his eyes and saw the sunlight hit his body, after a few seconds Caesar thought "The vampire const.i.tution!" Caesar kicked the covers off of his bed and sat up quickly. He started inspecting his body and put his hand in the sunlight.

"No reaction"

"Sigh, was it a dream after all?"

Caesar slowly walked towards his closet and opened it

"Crack"

The handle of the closet was ripped off.

Caesar stared wide-eyed at the handle in his hand. Caesar was in a daze for about five seconds before he rushed into his room and looked at the mirror.

The same slim and long white-haired man entered his eyes, no changes to his appearance were discernible. Caesar opened his mouth and saw that he had slightly longer "fangs" than before but nothing too noticeable.

"My appearance is the exact same besides the slightly longer teeth however my strength is clearly much higher. I need to learn to control it quickly or things could get dirty" Caesar put his hand on his chin and started contemplating.

"I don"t know how strong I am compared to a knight or a magician" Thinking of magician"s Caesar remembered about the ice affinity he obtained through the wheel of fate. Caesar put his hands in the air and tried controlling it.

"Ice bolt"

"Silence"

A slight blush appeared on Caesar"s face before he regained his composure, "Mephesto the previous owner of the body knew practically nothing about magic, I will need to research how to actually use magic before I try"

Caesar went back to his closet and searched for a pair of clothes, Caesar picked out a pair of slim white pants and a thin black tunic. Not wanted to make a repeat of the door handle Caesar picked everything up delicately not wanting to exert any more force than necessary.

After getting clothed Caesar walked out of his room and headed towards the dining room, on his way many maids greeted him with fear in their eyes.

"Their views of me will change sooner or later" Caesar comforted himself as he got closer to the dining room. His father was seated at the end of the table with an impatient look, once he caught sight of Caesar he called out.

"What took you so long my son?"

"I apologize father, I had trouble picking out my outfit"

Crowley sized up Caesar"s simple and plain outfit and doubt flashed within his eyes before breaking the silence.

"Well no matter, come to eat"

Caesar nodded his head and sat down on the other end of the table. The table was filled with fresh loaves of bread, soup, bacon, eggs, and sausage. I lifted my fork and knife as delicately as possible and started eating.

"I hired some dance instructors for the next two weeks"

Crowley broke the silence and stated with a serious tone.

"Thank you father, by the way, would you mind if I borrowed some books from the library?"

"The library? Hahaha our son is finally maturing, do you see this in heaven Claire"

Crowley roared in laughter before abruptly stopped and looking at Sebastian

"Sebastian, show him where the library is… also, my son, you need not ask to borrow books. from now on you can take whatever you want"

"Thank you father"

After breakfast, Sebastian started taking Caesar through the halls.

"You have changed a lot young master Mephesto."

"Is it a good change or a bad one?"

"It is quite good, it"s just I do not know the reason for why you have changed I"m quite interested"

"I can"t be trash forever"

Sebastian"s eyes opened widely before smiling and saying

"We have arrived young master"

"Thank you for taking me here, could you make sure no one else comes in"

"As you wish young master"

Caesar started walking through the vast library, many books entered into his view. "Mathematics" "History of Althoria". Caesar grabbed all of the books that interested him. After scanning for awhile Caesar found what he wanted "Theory of Magic".

Caesar took the three books and sat down at a nearby table, he started reading the "Theory of Magic" with great expectation.

Magic is an energy source that surrounds all living things. It"s created by life and is the raw source of consciousness. Like any form of energy, it can be tapped to perform a variety of functions. Magic has a will of its own and can be unpredictable at times.

Magic does not have the ability to create something out of nothing however it does have the ability to control and tamper with the elements. A fire cannot exist without air, to be able to control the elements you must first have an elemental affinity. The known elemental affinities include: Fire, Water, Earth, Air. and of very rare occurrences lava, ice, holy, darkness.

To test your elemental affinity when you are born, the church will place a spirit stone on your body and the color that shines in the spirit stone will tell you which affinity you have or if you have none.

To use your affinity you must first understand how it works, once you understand the components inside of the element you need to control them within your head to gain mastery over them. Magic is very dangerous and overworking your mana will result in death.

After reading to here the sound of knocking rang throughout the room…

"Young master the dance instructors are waiting for you in the training hall"

"I"ll be right there"

I placed the three books back in their original spots and walked out. "It seems with my modern knowledge I will have an advantage with magic" Caesar mused to himself

Sebastian led him towards the left wing of the mansion and entered into a s.p.a.cey hall… Weapons decorated the walls, on the floor were many different looking training tools.

In the middle of the room stood a young woman with beautiful vermilion hair and voluptuous b.r.e.a.s.t.s. After noticing our presence she walked over.

"h.e.l.lo my name is Anastasia, I will be your dancing instructor for these two weeks"

"It"s a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Anastasia"

I greeted her with a slight smile.

"Today we will be going over the althorian dance"

"The althorian dance?" I inquired

Disdain flashed through her eyes but was soon hidden.

"Here let me lead you" She took my hands and brought me into position

"Your hands are so cold" She called out in surprise as she touched my hands

As she started leading me I soon realized wasn"t this the Ba.s.se dance? I inwardly chuckled and started matching my movements to her.

We both started moving as if we were walking, the sound of our shoes. .h.i.tting the ground rang out. Surprise flashed within Anastasia"s eyes as she said

"You do know how to dance after all"

"A little bit"

Anastasia pouted her mouth, this guy lied to her acting all confused when she mentioned the name of the althorian dance.

Caesar truly had to concentrate while dancing, he was afraid he would exert to much force and hurt this lady in front of him… After about an hour of dancing.

"Okay this is enough for today Mephesto, we"ll practice again tomorrow" Anastasia chuckled in delight seeing Caesar"s exhausted state.

"Serves him right," She thought

"Okay, see you tomorrow"

After Anastasia walked out of the training room Caesar"s exhausted face disappeared and was replaced by a calm one. Caesar walked over towards the training weights and started testing his strength.

Caesar walked over to a dark blue block labeled "150 lun" Caesar scanned through his memories and came to the conclusion that 1 lun was equal to roughly 2 pounds back on earth. Caesar reached out with his right hand and picked it up with little to no effort.

Caesar stacked 10 or so more of these blocks together and picked them up at the same time with both of his hands.

Caesar clenched his teeth as he started lifting them. "This seems to be my limit, about 3000 pounds" this physical strength was insane, back on earth he would be considered Superman. Caesar put the blocks back on the ground and walked out of the training room.

Caesar walked back into the library and started reading more of the "Theory of Magic" before he fell asleep while reading.

Crowley was walking towards his room when he saw the slightly open library door, after peaking inside he saw his son asleep on the table.

Crowley walked over and saw the book he was reading, tears threatened to fall out of his eyes.. "I can finally sleep without worries" After Crowley walked out of the library he ordered Sebastian to go fetch a blanket for his son.

After Crowley reached his room and sat on his bed he looked at the papers on his table. "Sigh, A storm is brewing"
