Coincidence Or Fate

After Angelique has finished cooking all the food . She and Scott had breakfast together .

Afterwards, Angelique went and clean up all the mess in the kitchen, including washing all the dishes as Scott went upstairs to get change .

None of the servants came back to help since Scott ordered them to take a rest for the day .

Once Angelique was done with all the cleaning up, she went around the house and checked all the familiar rooms . She started recalling all the memories she had back then .

As she entered one particular room, her heart started aching as she remembered the memories she had in this room .

Inside was a black grand piano, surrounded with bookshelves filled with thousand of books and a window seat .

Angelique approached the dusty piano and realized the room has not been used for a long time . She opened the piano and started pressing on the different keys . Then she sat by the piano stool as she recall her memories in this room .

During High School

Inside the room filled with books and a single grand piano . Angelique was playing on the piano as Scott was seated by the window reading a book .

They have date for almost a year now but they aren"t in a serious relationship since Angelique was seeing other guys too . Despite Angelique playing around with other guys, Scott continued being with her .

Scott who was seated by the window, peeked time to time at Angelique who was playing in front of him . His long haired covered his face as he read a book making it hard to be noticed .

Angelique who notice Scott peeking at her smile and ignored him . "Scott, why did you stay with me?"

Scott was surprised when Angelique asked him a question, he looked at her who continued playing the paino . He gazed outside the window and answered her, "Since who like me for me . When I was trap in a room filled with darkness, you slowly help me out of the scary room and you patiently waited for me . "

"So, you like me because I saved you back then?"

Scott hesitated in answering her back and he thought first of the best words to answer her . " Back then, even if you didn"t save me, you have always been my light . Since the first time you greeted me, during our first year my life has already change . "

Angelique giggle as she remember what Scott was mentioning . She then looked at the man who was staring at her and said, "Don"t you see me as a bad person though, even though I am dating you for almost a year now and I personally said from the start I don"t love you even until now . Yet you still want to be with me?"

Scott who was always not the open type of person and prefers not to be emotional . Got up from where he was seated and walked towards Angelique . "I know you don"t love me,I know the guy you loved too, I know I ain"t the right guy for you, I know I cannot protect you . But one thing I can do it try my best to keep your smile . "

"You are smart and talented thats why a lot of people envy you . I was one of those people for I can never be like you . You are admired by a lot of guys and are hated by a lot of girl . They think you are a b*tch for being with so many guys and that you are a s.l.u.t for sleeping with them . "

"But they do not know, you aren"t that type of person . You always act tough in front of them and our friends since you don"t want then to worry . On the day you save me and I witness in front of me the weak and fragile you . "

"Even though you are seeing other guys despite being with me, I am fine with that as long as you are happy and keep our promises . I like you for who you are not because of how people see you . "

" I"ll love you when you are at your highest and will love you more when you are at your lowest . For you are beautiful for me when you are showing me all your flaws, so there is nothing to be ashamed of . "

As Scott finished expressing his thought to Angelique, he then kissed her in her forehead making it the first time he ever kissed any girl .
