Coincidence Or Fate

A few moments had pa.s.sed yet everyone in the room were all dead silences .

Everyone did not expect what just happened, their emotionless faces could not express the current situation . As they witness Annie runs to Angelique"s cold body, the director and other stuff quickly run to her rescue as well .

Ms Lia, who was the one that invited Angelique to try out modeling fell on the ground as she tremble in fear of the thought she just ended a young girl"s life .

What have I done?

How can this possibly happened, everything was checked properly?

Her mind was going crazy as she takes in the situation .

As the staff slowly tried to remove the stage light and pulled Angelique out . Annie quickly grabs Angelique as they removed the light and embrace her . "Ange, wake up?"

Everyone was pale as ghost as they saw the blood dripping from Angelique"s forehead . Apart from small cuts from the gla.s.ses she looks fine, but the fact she was bleeding so much does not look good at all .

"What the f*ck are you doing? Go call the ambulance" Ms Lia lost her cool as the girl she adores is about to lose her life . "b.l.o.o.d.y h.e.l.l, everyone moved already . Get some f*cking help already, don"t just stare there . "

Everyone quickly started calling for help, the room was so tense as everyone panic and tremble in fear .

Annie was crying so much as she embraces the girl in her arm, "Ange, please don"t do this . Open your eyes . . . "

"Angelique, please open your eyes, can you hear me at all . " The director said as she hold on tight to the girl"s hand .

As the girl slowly opened her eyes from the voices calling her name, the first thing she notice was the tearful Annie . She smiled at them and raised her hand to pat Annie"s cheeks, "Don"t cry . . . " She paused as she notices the blood in her hand . "Oh, blood . . . " The sight of blood causes the girl to faint again .

"Ange, no, wake up!"

"Angelique wake up!"

The sight earlier of the girl waking up was a big hope for them, now that she have fainted again . Ms Lia heart aches with anger and frustration .

A few moments later, the ambulance finally arrives as the paramedics quickly places Angelique into a stretcher . Annie and Ms Lia followed the paramedics as they took Angelique out .

The director was left on the spot as his though wonder what just happened . Everything that just happened was too far to be a coincidence . Since they have checked everything properly before the dry run .

After Angelique was taken out, the police soon arrived at the scene as well investigating what just happened . Luckily, everything was recorded so they were able to see what happened during the accident, however, it does not explain though how the accident happened .

The police and the director started interrogating the staff and organizers for the venue .

Amongst the crowd who witness what happened to one man who quietly watched what happening started calling a number .

"h.e.l.lo . . . " The person on the other end said in his husky voice from waking up .

The man hesitated to report what he needed for the man at the other end, "Boss, Miss Angelique . . . "

Before the man could even finish what he was about to say, the other end has already hung up . He did not need to say a word to the other person at the end to understand what happened . After the call, he went around and check the scene quite avoiding anyone"s attention .

Inside the ambulance

Annie quickly called his company to inform them of what happened . Not only that, she also called Angelique close friends since she knew Angelique family does not know she is here right now .
