Chapter 879: Even A n.o.body Like You Have Heard Of My Name
The s.p.a.cecraft continued traveling in the Dark Universe.
The Dark Universe was dead silent. The s.p.a.cecraft didn’t make any sound as it sailed.
During the remaining time, w.a.n.g Teng studied how to condense spiritual secret skills into the bodies of these void mayflies. His enthusiasm was ignited by Round Ball. He truly antic.i.p.ated how he would use these secret skills in the void mayflies’ bodies to launch sneak attacks on his opponents in the future.
Somehow, he found this extremely interesting.
Thus, these void mayflies who came all the way here to find their owner suffered.
w.a.n.g Teng had four spiritual skills: Spiritual Spike, Spiritual Missile, Spiritual s.h.i.+eld, and Spiritual Illusion.
He planned to use a milder spirit skill for the experiment. After all, these void mayflies viewed him as their owner, so he couldn’t bear to torture these poor little things.
Spiritual s.h.i.+eld and Spiritual Illusion were relatively milder. They weren’t as offensive, unlike the Spiritual Missile which would explode instantly if the attack failed. The void mayflies would definitely die if that happened.
Even though the void mayflies weren’t in any life danger, they suffered tremendously, especially when w.a.n.g Teng was condensing the Spiritual Illusion. The void mayflies got attacked by the Spiritual Illusion occasionally.
They started dancing wildly in the air. No one knew what frightening illusion they saw.
…
Round Ball shook its head as it watched at the side. It felt sad for the void mayflies. It had conveniently forgotten that it was the one who asked w.a.n.g Teng to use the void mayflies for the experiment.
“w.a.n.g Teng, we’re reaching a wormhole soon. We’ll be able to leave the Milky Way directly through this wormhole. It will save us much time,” Round Ball said.
“Wormhole!” w.a.n.g Teng stopped his experiment and looked up at Round Ball.
“Yes, it’s not far ahead.”
w.a.n.g Teng nodded. He wanted to say something but stopped. “My void mayflies have sensed many signs of life in front, outside the wormhole you just mentioned.”
“Signs of life!” Round Ball frowned. Its expression changed. “It might be the people from the Olant Federation.”
w.a.n.g Teng’s expression turned grim. “It looks like we’ll need some effort to pa.s.s through the wormhole.”
“Can you sense how strong those people are?” Round Ball pondered for a moment before asking.
“Let me try.” w.a.n.g Teng closed his eyes and controlled the void mayflies to move closer to the s.p.a.cial wall.
The s.p.a.cial wall referred to the segregation between the Dark Universe and the normal universe. One couldn’t touch or see it, but it existed. One would be able to pa.s.s through this wall when they exceeded the speed of light.
The void mayflies were special, so they could sense the situation on the other side of the s.p.a.cial wall.
w.a.n.g Teng’s spiritual power was pasted on these void mayflies, so he sensed it too. All the lifeforms appeared in his spiritual vision.
After some time, he opened his eyes and said grimly, “There should be 15 planetary-stage martial warriors and one fifth-level celestial stage martial warrior.”
“A fifth-level celestial stage!” Round Ball ignored the planetary-stage martial warriors and placed its attention on the celestial-stage martial warrior.
The planetary stage wasn’t a threat to them. Even w.a.n.g Teng had the ability to fight with martial warriors on the last three levels of the planetary stage, much less Round Ball. However, celestial-stage martial warriors were harder to deal with.
w.a.n.g Teng’s spiritual power had reached the peak of the Planetary Realm, so he could have a chance if his opponent was at the first three levels of the celestial stage. However, that martial warrior was at the fifth level. He wasn’t confident.
Round Ball didn’t have a body, so it couldn’t release its full cosmos stage ability. If not, a celestial-stage martial warrior would be a piece of cake for it.
“There are weapons on this s.p.a.cecraft that can kill a celestial-stage martial warrior,” Round Ball hesitated.
“Really?” w.a.n.g Teng was elated.
“It’s too early to be happy. If the other party has celestial-level weapons, we won’t have any advantage.” Round Ball shook its head. “Shall we evade them?”
“No, these people came for me. If I don’t appear, the Earth will be in danger.” w.a.n.g Teng rejected Round Ball’s suggestion immediately.
“Let’s force our way through then,” Round Ball gritted its teeth and said.
“Wait.” w.a.n.g Teng’s eyes lit up. He thought of something. “I have an idea.”
“What is it? Tell me quickly.” Round Ball got excited too.
w.a.n.g Teng chuckled. The muscles on his face started squirming, and his appearance changed in an instant. He looked like Argus from the Blue Wolf Galaxy.
“Huh?” Round Ball was surprised. It floated around w.a.n.g Teng and clicked its tongue. “You look exactly the same.”
“Hahaha, if I use this ident.i.ty to get close to our opponent, will I be able to sneak an attack on him?” w.a.n.g Teng smiled.
“It’s a little dangerous, but you have a 70% chance.” Round Ball started sn.i.g.g.e.ring too.
“It’s decided then.” w.a.n.g Teng made the decision.
“You should be able to sneak an attack on a celestial-stage martial warrior based on your Planetary Realm spiritual power,” Round Ball suggested.
w.a.n.g Teng nodded. This was exactly what he thought.
He didn’t need to use his Planetary Realm spiritual power to fight his opponent head-on. It might be better to use it for a sneak attack.
The two of them came up with a plan and lowered the speed of the s.p.a.cecraft. Once the s.p.a.cecraft went below the speed of light, it came out from the Dark Universe and returned to the normal universe.
This was an unfamiliar planetary sector. A wormhole floated in front of them. A universe fleet was parked beside the wormhole.
The other party noticed w.a.n.g Teng’s s.p.a.cecraft the moment it appeared. A voice came out from the s.p.a.cecraft. “Please stop and accept our investigation.”
“I’m Argus from the Blue Wolf Galaxy. I’m returning after my trial. Why did you stop me?” w.a.n.g Teng’s voice had turned into Argus’s voice. It echoed out from the s.p.a.cecraft.
“Argus?” The silver-haired Klook frowned. He ordered the intelligence on the s.p.a.cecraft to pull out a piece of data. Argus’s appearance and background were listed on it. Klook took a look and signed in disappointment. “It’s him. I thought it was someone else. I was happy for nothing.”
Klook had been waiting for w.a.n.g Teng to appear ever since he received the order. He viewed him as his ticket to a promotion.
“Argus, I have been given an order by the higher authorities to inspect everyone who pa.s.ses by this area. I hope that you can cooperate with me.” Klook turned polite. Argus came from a powerful background and possessed great potential. He didn’t want to offend him.
“Since it’s an order from the higher authorities, I’ll accept the inspection,” w.a.n.g Teng said calmly in Argus’s voice.
“Please leave the s.p.a.cecraft temporarily,” Klook said.
w.a.n.g Teng exchanged glances with Round Ball. Then, he opened the cabin door and flew out.
“Argus, it’s you.” Klook didn’t suspect anything. He flew out from his battlecraft with more than ten planetary-stage martial warriors behind him.
Klook came in front of w.a.n.g Teng and patted his shoulder in admiration. “I’ve long heard that you’re the top talent in the Blue Wolf Galaxy. Indeed, you’re exceptional.”
“Really? Looks like I’m quite famous. Even a n.o.body like you has heard of my name,” w.a.n.g Teng smiled and said arrogantly.
Klook was stunned. His expression turned ugly.
n.o.body!
This fellow called him a n.o.body.
This was too much.
Who did he think he was? Did he really think that he was someone important?
Klook’s face was as gloomy as the dark clouds. He glared at w.a.n.g Teng.
“I’m sorry. I’m bad at talking. I always say the wrong thing,” w.a.n.g Teng explained hurriedly.
Klook was stunned. He wondered if Argus was just an inexperienced young man who only knew how to cultivate and didn’t know anything about interacting with people.
“Although it’s the truth, I shouldn’t have said it directly. I must have hurt your feelings,” w.a.n.g Teng added.

Klook: …
He changed his mind and wondered if he should flip the table. Would he be harming his interest if he flared up?
His mind was a mess. He got angered by w.a.n.g Teng’s words.
At this moment, a sharp gaze shot out of w.a.n.g Teng’s eyes and pierced right into Klook’s eyes.
Klook didn’t expect this. They were extremely close, so he didn’t have the time to dodge. The sharp gaze stabbed right into his eyes.
“Ah!” He howled in pain.
