"I lost a day?" I shook my head annoyed. But couldn"t do anything else about it. "So Angron went to stop the other Gladiator arenas. That is fine but hopefully, he knows what he is doing. No way they will come out unscathed.""That is true. What do you want us to do?" The lanky Gladiator said to me. His name was Malakor. I swear this guy was a supervillain with a name like that. But I trusted him. The other me and now myself did. He was with me since before the Slavers caught us.
"Jaina went with them. The Archon and his force went with her, so that leaves us." I looked around and saw Malakor and some 50 other gladiators. They had cleaned the place out of all supplies and food was gathered nearby. A small bit of water which was fine. I could make more easily. "Gather everyone around this is about to get weird."
I waited as they followed my command. I built up physic energy just enough to protect from anything up top getting through.
Once everyone gathered I started. Turns out 55 was the number who were willing to stay and help me. The others fled with their newfound freedom. Not everyone believed monstrous bugs were coming to devour everything.
"Bzzt" a small gateway opened and the gear started to fly out to each of them.
"Hold still. You are all getting a bath and a slightly painful injection." Sending my runic water out I washed each and every one of them. Some started to freak out
That was to be expected.
System: Persuasion Check Successful 28
"I said it was gonna get weird. Bear with me. I am getting rid of any foreign contaminants on your bodies. You will be stronger so... yeah. Just wait." Telling them they would be stronger was something that I should have lead with harder. "Lv2 2051/3500 Mental Cleansing!" As my energy washed over them, they relaxed. Two of them became too relaxed and became limped and glossy-eyed.
Once the filth washed off them, I ejected them with genetic programming. Finally, used more of my genetic pull from Halo. Well tried it on people. It could thrive in this world filled with genetically modified people. I pulled the washed-out psychic energy from inside me. It belonged to those who died the other day. It came out as a red twisting ball of raw psyker power. I cleaned out all the psychic echos of the people they were derived from. All but the teachings anyway.
Scanning over I found 3 with physic potential. Malakor was already a Psyker, just damaged in some way. Sending the most to those 4, I watched as the bodies twitched. They started moaning. d.a.m.n Slannesh. I shook my head, nothing to be done about it now. The rest of the energy went to everyone else to fuel the genetic mutation.
As everyone was now groaning in pain, I reached into my inventory and grabbed the orb I had as well as a crate with the artificial organs. This was my gene-seed. The orb was from Legend of Dragoon. I didnt know which one it was nor did I care. I crushed it, using it as more energy to fuel the process. Its raw magic power would make the gladiators more resisted to the warp. In theory. The gene-seed was something I had been working on for a while.
The me that was with Sophia. A different gene-seed than the one given to Agria and company. This one was designed for Anti-Tyrannid at the last minute. Took a lot of points for that. It would work in tandem with the new genetic upgrade to improve them in battle. I couldn"t harvest the organs and make two marines from it. But I could make a new marine from it. I sort of condemned the person who took them. To sort of live forever. I made the gene-seed take hold of part of the person"s psyche. If they died, mental mapping and psychic restoration would give them life in a new body. Which I was able to make do to my Nether World.
The very moment I made my gene-seed, the System locked it for this world. I thought it was a gyp but whatever. Each of them received a portion of Psycho Power. Turns out It became stronger the more people fit with it that approved of. In regards to the way my power work. If I died.. they would become weakened but still retain the majority of the power. Which didnt matter since me dying would weaken me as well.
Galtea expressed her concerns about me giving them my soul power as well. It would weaken my mind according to her. She explicitly made a point for me not to give a part of it away. I shrugged at that and left it be. I didnt want to part with a portion of it anyway. Unlike my Psycho power, it didnt raise up that often.
"I hope Zelda can help with that. Or I get a chance to talk with some higher-up Eldar to learn from."
Looking at the men and women still undergoing the process I moved to the next plan. Imperial Importation. I pa.s.sed the knowledge mentally to them. zit was not as fast as the system doing it but, slightly more affected with the gene-seed and them having my Psycho Power. There was no real resistance besides them getting weirded out. They stopped once they realized it was me speaking to them Directing them. This took 12 hours to do. The gene-seed had only enough power to get them a second heart and the upgraded brain portion. The physical bodies were already superior due to them being Gladiators. For that I was happy. With the lack of education, the Imperium training flooded them quickly. I also pa.s.sed the Sacaen teachings I had. That little bit of swordsmanship to help.
I watched as they marveled at their new body upgrades. Some smiled at me happily. A few were angry at me. The pain they didnt like it too much. I gave them a wary smile.
"Sorry about that. It had to be done." I shrugged afterward. "Go through the boxes in front of you and get dressed."
Inside the boxes contained clothing from Ma.s.s Effect. The standard ma.s.s-produce clothing everyone wore. Well with upgrades. This would act as a thin layer of armor for their skin as well as having micro transceivers to relate back to there armor. Speaking of the armor it was just enhanced ODST armor. It would survive a few Tyrannid strikes but that was all. On each of the location near the heart and back of the neck, I placed a rune mark. This was to receive the buffs I cast. As well as the one Jaina could cast. I looked at Malakor. The Gene-seed couldn"t be used on him. He was part human and part Eldar. Thus the reasonings for his lanky body. I handed him the Guyver unit.
"I didnt forget about you. This will hurt way more than what I just did to them." I said seriously to him. "They wouldn"t have been able to use this the way you can. As a man of both worlds, this will shine in your hands. Hopefully."
I watched as he placed the node in front of himself. It activated and opened. Everyone behind me jumped when they saw the appendages come out and wrapped around him. It had the appearance of veins and muscle fibers. In a few hours, he was done. The others had put on there ODST gear and were walking around getting use to it. The three Psykers had flanked behind me. Slowly I was parting basic understanding of a few Psyker moves. Mostly biotics anyway. Pull, Lift, And Shockwave. As well as Mental Cleansing. I told them about warp presence. If any of the others and themselves felt like something was trying to convince them with whispers, they were to use that.
Malakor stood up. Stark naked I might add. He flexed his hands and arms releasing powerful physic energy. I didnt flinch. One of the three Pyskers did. Then I saw why. I looked at a symbol that appeared on the front of his chest. It was an Eldar symbol. couldn"t tell by who though. The two men looked at each other and nodded. Something to talk about later. The biotic strands that came off them were that of peace and acceptance. So it couldn"t be bad right?

I threw a box at Malakor. "Get dressed." Inside his box were the same clothes I wore. The Cerebus clothing Shepard wore in Ma.s.s Effect 2. Complete with gloves of course. Both of ours had a more flexible Warp resistance. We would need it. Those upgrades and the gene-seed upgrades took out all of my Cerebus points. That is with the discount of my other me having designed this version of the gene-seed.
"All right everyone eat up. We have lost two days but we will make up for it. Angron is going to free the other Gladiators from what I have been told. We are going to open up my Craftworld. With the added firepower we have a better chance."
"Primarch shouldn"t we help the others?" A Gladiator asked. "With what you just gave us, we could definitely help them better."
"That would be true. However, time is not on our side." I said to the man and the others. He question was not without warrant. "We have enough vehicles to get to that location and one other. Splitting up has to be done correctly in this case."
"One of the locations they didnt go to happens to be my home village. The population is only about 600 or so. This was 5 years Go before I was captured by slavers." A female Gladiator stepped forward. "Most of us are from there and in neighboring areas. We could go and get any of the able-bodied to help. We have mortars and web guns. It"s better than nothing."
"Ah, we will have a few mortars as well." A man said Stepping out next. Besides the population of Kurnst, we would have the biggest population in that area."
"That will have to do. I need those who are fast to come with me. Malakor you and.. well your protege there go with that team. Keep them safe from any raiding slavers around."
"Right." Looking around he moved to the side with a group of medium to heavy build gladiators and got to work.
I looked at the remaining people. 20 myself and two untrained psykers. What could possibly go wrong?
Loading into a stripped Grav-Tank we headed out. Memory guided me to the Craftworld that was buried in a mountain
"Well, the entrance was buried anyway. Hopefully, the Webway Arch was undamaged."
Galtea: The others will arrive when the attack starts. Ruma is raring to go as well as a small battalion of 500 of her clansmen.
"That is not enough.. But thanks for the update." I said back through the link. Someone else was driving as I spent my time working on the Psykers and the gladiators. Just mental tactics and movements on how the Tyrannids acted. "How is everyone doing currently?"
Galtea: Alistair has come to a small stopping point. I will have him transported to you before the attack. Riku and Company are dealing with a trial for the next summons. Mileena is not having fun. She doesn"t like the temples. Agria has the monastery going through the paces. She will name a successor soon. Her Tietra and Mileuda want to head your way but will head back home as per instructions. They are going to consolidate a small portion for when you return. Barbtos has made a strong recovery. With the you there having treated him continuously the world has changed drastically. You have to return soon to deal with a key event.
"How bad is it?" I was looking forward to it honestly.
Galtea: Easier than this. However, there are strange movements happening. So be cautious when you arrive. Alita is about halfway to full recovery. Several of your companions have received points to use from doing quests for her.
"Neat." I was happy for them. But something was bugging in the back of my mind. Was it that I was doing too much at once? training psykers, troops, thinking of battle plans, thinking about how to act in the next world, as well as the upcoming battle was not too much? Then I remembered it was nowhere close to what the actual Primarchs would do in battle and day to day activity. But I was not a Primarch not yet anyway. Feeling my Soul Power shoot up I blinked and felt a sense of clarity. "I know this is sudden but, does Agria have a problem with me?" It came out of nowhere. But something told me we had a problem going on. Her and Riku did.
Galtea: Yes but not something that cannot wait. I will tell them you are thinking about them though. Also, you really shouldn"t have told Riku, Hotshot, and Mileena you loved them.
"Considering I spent a few centuries watching war and people dying with only my thoughts easing my troubles your kidding me right? I thought long and hard about what I could say and do with them. Yes, I failed to realize fully how much time actually pa.s.sed for them but still..." I was acting selfishly. Maybe.. Anyway, I didnt regret it. "Since you said that I won"t tell everyone else my thoughts. Including you."
Galtea: What if they dont see it that way fully. You told it to them before heading to this place. They have to look at a partial version of you till you get back. How do you think they feel? Hide it from me all you want.. I dont care.
"Ugh, they feel off about it. I feel what the other me are going through. I can tap into what they feel at any point and time.
Galtea: Do not do that.
"Eh, why not? They are me. So what"s the big deal?"
Galtea: How long have you been able to do that?
"Since Feros I guess. Well only a little with me In Final Fantasy Tactics. Me in Ma.s.s Effect I can experience everything in real-time almost. The one with Riku and co I only feel and see mostly.
Galtea: Your pather abilities is farther than it should be. When the time comes for the battle, cut the connection. The Tyrannids might reach out to you and try to cripple you. Your Slannesh sword will prevent any demons from getting to you.
"Why would the Tyrannids.." I stopped when I realized something. "Galtea the Vorcha call me Broodfather or Hivemaster. Does that mean anything?"
Galtea: Yes. It also makes you a threat to Tyrannids. As well as something they want to eat. Your Psycho power is something they definitely desire.
My eyes went wide as I heard that. I became so distracted the others felt my connection with them waiver. "So they just want to eat me right?
Galtea: Yes.
I heard the humor in that answer. She was laughing and I didnt like where this was going.
Galtea: If we were in Statcraft you would be in a Zerg breeding pit. Maybe they would even convert your body for you to be able to lay eggs. I think you would look great popping out millions of eggs.
"Uggh" I grunted. I was done. I leaned back and went to sleep in the tank. "Wake me when we get there," I said to the driver. I felt the others start mediating. A few of them started talking about what they were gonna do when this was all over. I smiled as I slept. They had hope. More than I did. That would have to count for something.
"The drive was slightly uneventful.
"Kaboom!" I was jostled awake by cannon fire. Looking out I saw what looked to be a few people firing at a caravan. I focused as my observe revealed what I suspected.
(Pleasure Cult Raider Lv18)
(Pleasure Cult Raider Lv 15)
(Raider Level 6)
A group of raiders robbing... well other Raiders. I gestured for the driver to get close as I opened the c.o.c.kpit. Telling the psykers with me to keep the tank shielded for additional defense. Two gunmen were to watch the hatches and take shots if things got too rusty. I jumped out and created some water sliders to get next to the cannon.
"High!" I said shocking the guy manning it. With a lift of my biotics, I slid away holding the cannon up in the air. I slid all the way back to the tank and jumped on. "Go, go, go I told the driver." I commander the cannon. You know for planetary defense and all that.
Making it to our destination I was quite happy.
"The archways are damaged," I said to the group. I moved over to the side and activate the physic signature inside.
Archway: Scan complete contamination detected.
"What contamination?!" I kick the thing in anger. I could here the others behind me talking. They did not like the sound of that.
Archway: Psychic aggression detected. Flaw in Fa.r.s.eer.
"Uggghh, you have a flaw. You piece of junk!"
"Now what Primarch?" A Gladiator asked.
"Mitch.e.l.l .. now I break this b.l.o.o.d.y thing open. No point in going away empty-handed. Four of you plus you two," I pointed to the Psykers. "You are with me. The others head to the small settlements we pa.s.sed by earlier. If we are not back in a day, head to the previous point to regroup."
They looked at each other and agreed. Staring at the archway I tried one more time.
Archway: Psychic aggression detected. A flaw in Fa.r.s.eer.
"I am breaking this thing down!"
Galtea: Wait, one moment User. Try circling just your Soul Power into it.
Shrugging my shoulders I did just that. In a few moments, the archway lit up and opened.
"Well, that just beats all." I look back to the others. "Let"s go and see what we can salvage." As soon as we went through the archway I had Lunabella scan the entire area.
"Nothing is active. This.. the place is dead." Lunabella voice grew low at the end. She knew how important this place was to me. "I will get everything I can possibly be sorted and let you know."
"Alright the place is more or less dead. Find what you can." I said . I then point to a single corridor. "The weapons are that way. Get what we can use and I will head to the heart of the place. Keep on alert. The defense might pop up on it"s own accord. I dont trust that those power sources arent working. With my gene-seed, you should be recognized as friendless. Should be."
They gave me a wain smile before heading out.
I spent hours before finding the place I needed.
"The audience chamber. How the h.e.l.l is this still intact?" I asked shocked at the pristine condition.
Galtea: Large surge of Psychic energy coming your way. Get ready!
I threw up my biotic shielding to get ready for whatever it was. It was for nothing. All around the urn fires were lighting up.
