It has become considerably colder.
Guard gave me slightly more food.
He said, “A child needs to eat a lot or he won’t get bigger.”

…… The diary wasn’t yet finished but Sateriasis closed the book there.
He didn’t even know whose dairy Lukana had found. Sateriasis had read it in his room.
Whoever wrote the diary seemed to have been trapped in the bas.e.m.e.nt of this mansion. Judging from the wording, it was a young boy.*
(Someone was imprisoned in this house? Who, and why?)
Sateriasis had no memory of him. He didn’t know whether he didn’t remember or wasn’t informed about him to begin with either.
He had written in the diary nearly every day but, since they generally didn’t have any content in particular, Sateriasis suitably skipped and skipped the miscellaneous contents to continue reading.
This didn’t seem to be Saterasis’ diary after all, but its contents deeply interested him.
The owner of the diary wasn’t in this mansion anymore.
(Did I kill him at the time of that incident?…… No, that bas.e.m.e.nt didn’t look like it had been used for some time. Probably long before that incident. If that’s the case, was the boy released beforehand…… or did he die?)
Sateriasis stood from his chair.
(Well, I can always continue reading in my spare time)
He put his hand on the door to the room. It would soon be love time.
(Who to use today? Lukana or Mikulia? Lolan…… was my partner just a little while ago…… better yet, all four of us wouldn’t be so bad)
While Sateriasis pondered it, he left the room.

*The first three diary entries are written in solely Hiragana, a basic j.a.panese alphabet used (in this case) to denote youth and a lack of education.
*From the December entries onward, the speaker writes more and more in Kanji, a more advanced j.a.panese alphabet reflecting his growing literacy.
*The speaker of the diary uses the first person p.r.o.noun “boku” (ぼく), typically used by young males, hence Saterasis’ deduction he’s a young boy.
