Non-aerobic exercise was mostly used for building muscle, which Normans didn"t need . It could also cause muscle fatigue and produce more lactic acid . This wasn"t suitable for Normans to continue exercising, so aerobic sports were the best for her .

After returning to the manor, Normans weighed herself . She was now 258 pounds, more than 20 pounds lighter than yesterday .

With Vincent"s current status, he probably could only have roles that lived for two episodes . It wasn"t that Chen Zhao looked down on Vincent . It was just the reality of the film and TV industry .

“Not yet . ”
