Ever since she and her Master had promised themselves to each other, Fenrir trained hard every single day. Because of the nature of her "Ageless" body, she didn"t actually require things like sleep, food, water, or even air. She could get all the sustenance she needed from the natural energy in the environment and, if her internal reserves ran low, she could eat Magic Cores. Even so, the method she was most fond of was simply cuddling up and enjoying skinship with her Master. His energy was the greatest nourishment for her body and, ever since that fateful moonlit night, he had been helping her very often.

Though a lot of things changed, some things stayed the same. Whenever her Master was hurting, he would still come to her, which made Fenrir feel very gratified. She loved her Master dearly and, knowing he needed her, Fenrir felt a very powerful sense of fulfillment. Holding him against her chest and gently patting his head made her feel very fuzzy inside and, though she would never tell him, Fenrir liked to believe this is how it felt to be a mommy. There were even times when she thought about getting her Master to try and suckle her b.r.e.a.s.t.s, even though they were somewhat small and no milk would come out...

Speaking of children, and mothers, many of the important girls within the Manor had started giving birth shortly after she returned from Eva"s...o...b..with her Master. Fenrir was very fond of all her Master"s children, especially the girl Vana, her Master"s eldest daughter. Though she had a Pure Fire Elemental affinity, the complete opposite of Fenrir herself, she reminded her a lot of her Master. Vana had a very warm aura, was always smiling, and aspired to be a Hero like her Papa, Fenrir"s Master. As for the other girls, Ina, Erika, Meinya, Anise, and Sakuya, Fenrir made a promise in her heart to protect them. They were so small, frail, and weak, aspects that Fenrir hated in the past because she was much the same. Now, however, Fenrir knew the potential all creatures possessed and, seeing the budding life forms full of vitality and showing happy smiles, Fenrir couldn"t help but smile more often herself.

Though all the girls had very capable mothers, Fenrir decided to treat her Master"s children like her own. She knew that, if she worked really hard, it would be possible for her to bear her Master"s children one day. When that time came, Fenrir wanted to be completely prepared. By protecting and watching over her Master"s children, Fenrir believed she would learn how to be a good Mother to her own. Thus, whenever Vana would wander around in the strange woods, where it was easy to get lost, Fenrir would follow close behind to make sure she was safe.

Unfortunately, though she would never regret her decision to try and protect her Master"s daughter, Fenrir"s fate suddenly diverged from the path she had walked with her Master. A strange distortion occurred in s.p.a.ce and tried to swallow up Vana, surprising Fenrir since this area should have been protected by Terra, a True Dragon that was much stronger than she herself was. Without thinking, Fenrir moved forwards with her instant movement skill, [Shundo], and pushed the tiny Vana out of the way. The next thing she knew, Fenrir was being pulled into a rainbow-colored void and then...nothingness...a nothing so vast and eternal that it made the time Fenrir spent inside her Master"s storage dimension as a core seem incomparably small...

(Fenrir"s Commentary: "I hope Vana was okay. Master, please stay safe...Fenrir will come back to you...no matter what it takes.)
