GameMaster's System

Chapter 10

Adrian and his nine friends sat within a large hall. They were sitting there, silently acknowledging that this guild was going to have to progress. Even Darke was present, but he was off to the side, wanting to witness the meeting.

"So... is there anyone who"s going to vote differently for Guild leader? Also, what should we name it? We don"t necessarily have an official name yet..." Indeed, guild"s could not have a name for an entire month before being disbanded.

Everything was still silent, making the atmosphere a little awkward.

"There is seven of us with the first word of "Great" so probably..." Backpack tries to break the silence, but backs down a little after all the attention is on him.

"Yeah, we could put Great in the name...

"Any other suggestions?"

"Um, well, Darke is someone who is technically apart of the guild? We could include his name in it for him..."

Eventually, they finally settled on the name Great Dark Flame Wings.

. . .

Mirror and the other guild members walked through the adventurer"s conference, a place where guild"s can achieve guild points or solo mercenaries can get some adventurer points. These points can be used to receive benefits that will help with the later stages of the game.

They were going to receive some guild quests to help level up the guild. Guilds can go all the way up to level 100, and it was very hard to get to it. Suddenly, a NPC rushed inside and slammed a poster on the counter.

"Please! Please, send help to us! The Capital is under attack and we will accept multiple guilds if needed!"

"I understand, sir, now please, calm down as we try and recruit some. Attention, all guilds! GuildMaster"s are needed to accept this quest! We don"t care if you are high-positioned, the GuildMaster needs to do it!"

Mirror knew what was happening and skillfully went up, "My Guild will sign up!"

"Mine too!"

"I as well!"

. . .

Adrian knew everything that was going to happen on this quest, and decided to prepare equally for it. After all, he was the one who knew the quest lines the most. He a.s.signed everyone different items and they set off.

Mirror went to the nearby potion shop and bought a couple stacks of heat resistance. He also bought several three time use shield trinkets from a trinket shop. This was to help keep all his friends alive and well.

Less than an hour later, everyone got the items and met up. They traded each other to receive an equal amount for each of them. They were finally ready, and since they were suppose to set out tomorrow, they all logged off.

Adrian, unlike the others, logged off and quickly went into the System Game Creation area. There was an icon that showed "Wisp of Magic" and a slot with a plus sign beside it. He clicked the empty slot and was transported to a colorless plain. He planned to create a single player game that allowed people to play as a cultivator.

As a cultivator, they would be able to, of course, cultivate. They were able to relax their mind and it actually had the ability to calm people and change their behavior. It made people less likely to be aggressive and it could build people"s ability to understand concepts. This game was going to be for criminal rehabilitation, students who can"t quite understand, and for mentally disabled people.

The game even went as far as to help people with memory loss and improve quality of life. It even taught valuable life lessons as you were taught by an AI. The AI could understand and interact with players as they teach them the ability to be peaceful. It was able to teach some people courage and other advantageous skills and outlooks.

Adrian felt like this game, like Wisp of Magic, was going to help change the world for the better.
