thinking for a moment I agreed to the quest, under the condition that I got the Weapons first, I gave Lensa the final 7 copper coins I had to my name, and received 2 knives in return. and they were as identical to each other as could be. They were almost a foot long with a pewter hilt and handle, there was a roundish pommel at the end of the handle made of the same pewter as the handle, they were sharp and looked rather menacing I then pulled up the item info and inspected my purchase.Lensa"s Twin Daggers
Grade: Common
Damage: 9-17
Attack speed: Fast
Durability: D1- 40/40 D2- 40/40
satisfied with my weapons I attached the sheaths to each of my thighs pulling my belt through the loops at the top and fastening the bottom of the sheaths to my legs to stop them from dangling and potentially making noise as I moved.
I then left the shop and considered my options as to how to finish both quests with the least amount of headache as possible. After thinking it over for a while I decided to finish the old mans quest first, Because that way if I am caught trying to steal from him, I will have at least gotten the much needed experience and level up.
So with my shinny new daggers in hand I left the village in search for the remaining pieces of lumber for the old man. not long after leaving I found a branch for the quest and picked it up but upon doing so I heard 2 crisp dings at the same time looking at my quests I soon found out why.
Quest: collecting wood for the old man 4/25
Quest: Stealing wood for Lensa 1/20
What a lucky break! it seems I can get these quests done even faster and easier than I had originally thought, with a renewed vigor I started collecting all the pieces of wood and with each successful piece collected, both quests were that much closer to being completed.
after an hour of looking for wood I finally came across an old nemesis Mr.fluffy rabbit, luckily this time the rabbit was alone. so quietly I crept up behind it, carefully choosing where I place my feet, so as to not accidentally step on a twig or leaves and alert the rabbit.
I drew the dagger attached to my right thigh and, when I was within 5 feet of the unsuspecting rabbit, I lunged at the rabbit with my dagger out stretched looking to skewer it on the first blow.
However the rabbit seemed to sense the incoming attack and tried to dodge to the left, but my dagger still sliced the rabbit down it"s right side, and in the process took a giant chunk out of the rabbits HP bar.
Judging from this graze I may be able to kill a rabbit in one strike with my new daggers. but that would be something to try for another battle.
the rabbit was injured and slow to react when I swung my dagger a second time. This time the strike hit the rabbit in its side, with that the last dredges of the rabbits HP hit zero and I was awarded another 15 Exp. I took a breath and relaxed my tense muscles, I turned around and was about to leave, when I remembered that I had the hunting and gathering life skill and I bent down next to the rabbit and touched my knife to it then a screen appeared and asked.
" would you like to activate the hunting and gathering skill?"
"yes" I replied
and with that a familiar opaque black screen appeared over the corpse of the rabbit and a green dotted line appeared on the screen prompting me to cut on the dotted line, With a steady hand I followed the dotted line with my dagger and skinned and quartered the rabbit when I was done I inspected the new items that were in front of me.
x1 low quality rabbit skin
x2 low quality raw rabbit leg (uncooked)
With a satisfied nod I packed the items in my bag and continued my search for the final few pieces of wood I needed to complete my quests.
after I finally collected the 45 pieces of wood required (25 for the old man and 20 for Lensa) I headed back to the village to turn in my quests. when I met with the old man I handed him the 25 pieces of wood, and heard a satisfying ding and a screen appeared
Quest: collecting wood for the old man
Reward: 40 Exp
no sooner had I closed the quest screen another screen appeared
Level +1
2 skill points awarded
with that I said "stat screen" and began to Inspect my different attributes so I could decide how to distribute my stat points

I closed my stat screen and Headed to Lensa to deliver the "stolen" wood.
when i arrived Lensa was using a billows to make the flames scorching hot while her father held a lump of metal over the inferno. I instantly noticed the drenched Lensa was wearing a soaked dark green tank top and tan shorts that suited her figure perfectly. when she noticed me walk in she called me over
"hey were you able to get the wood?"
"yes I was able to get the wood you wanted" I threw the bundle of 3 meter Long sticks to the side taking care to toss them as far from the fire as possible.
I Heard a soft ding and a prompt said
Quest completed.
affinity with lensa has improved slight
"that"s great! thanks to you now we wont have to buy charcoal for at least 2 weeks. so tell me how did my babies work for you so far?"
"your babies?" I asked quizzically "do you mean the daggers?"
"of course I mean the Daggers, what else would I be talking about?"
"They really are quite good, I was able to dish out alot more damage thanks to them."
"Thats good to hear" she smiled "I have to help my dad with the forge today but if you need anything in the future dont hesitate to come find me."
"ok I"ll definitely come find you later" and if you ever need anything all you have to do is ask."
"alright I"ll keep you in mind next time I need some more wood" Lensa said mischeviously.
with that I left the black Smith shop and walked around the village trying to find more quests that I could do.
