Such an ability would prove helpful in some situations. One of those situations is now. He haven"t forgot about the beast that tracked him just yet, but his hunch was telling him that it was much stronger than the current him. Even after the power up.Therefore he would keep the screen on video play, while training in the s.p.a.ce so that he can at the least get to see it"s size and shape and make countermeasures if it came again.
He also remembered that he hadn"t checked the effects of sword mastery just yet. He had knew he got a talent regarding swords but he never scanned it.
[Sword mastery: Can understand, and learn to use all types of swords easier and much faster]
It"s effect just like magic mastery made it easier to learn how to use the sword, however unlike it, where he can learn only types of magic compatible with him, with sword mastery he could learn all types of swords.
However he now had an elemental physique where he could probably use almost all elements with enough training.
For now he got back to think about how to proceed in his training from now on. He had already got used to his new life in this world, and wouldn"t want to die because he slacked off.
He would train his battle force according to the manual, while he would still meditate in the night according to the magic manual. And so without wasting anytime he brought out the manual.
The battle force manual had also required meditation, and after that they infuse the mana into the cells of the body and the skin to make it harder and stronger.
While magicians usually have weak bodies, because they meditate and only channel mana into their hearts, and a bit to their meridians to make using magic smoother. And they almost never focus on training their bodies.
Warriors usually meditate in the night, and train the following day to consolidate that power, this is the most used method he read on the manual that was extremely helpful to warriors. There were also ones who only meditated, and ones who only trained their physiques, but their improvement rate was slow.
As for Ned, he would first start training according to the battle force manual, but after getting used to it, he would start an experiment, where he would infuse mana into his body at the same time he was training, granted this would deplete his reserves much faster and would probably leave a normal person incapable of moving the next day.
But who was Ned? He had the s.p.a.ce, give him one night sleep and he will be back to his top condition. Using this method his improvement rate would be in just half the time it would take normally.
"Emmy show me my status, and no need to show me my race and age unless when asked." He told her to show his status in order to see if he can rely on it to know when he is near breaking through. As he still had not known what method those in this world use to know.

He noticed that his stats were gone and got replaced with "rank one". Beside it he could see some sort of energy bar that was empty and guessed that when it fills he would reach rank two. He had already read that from rank one to rank three were called beginners.
But he knew that there were some ways to know which rank you are precisely, after all people didn"t have the s.p.a.ce. But would for now wait until he reached a city to be able to know. He also noticed that elemental body didn"t show up on his status but didn"t think much about it.
Well now that he reached rank one the real training will begin.
He started meditating, even though it was still daytime, and channeled his battle force according to the pathways in the manual. And after two hours, he felt his body had took enough, and so he stopped, and went to start his body exercises.
Although warriors usually take the whole night to meditate, Ned had just reached rank one, so of course he wouldn"t be able to infuse battle force into his body all night.
Before starting his exercises he would need to bring in more heavy rocks and tree trunks to use them, and more of those plant ropes so that he can use it to carry more weight.
So he would need to get outside once again.
"While i"m at it I should also replenish my meat stock. When I first got out to hunt I didn"t take into account my increasing strength." He bitterly smiled to himself at how much bigger his appet.i.te has become. and it was even still growing.
"Well I should also start hunting bigger preys than the rabbits, those sheep would do, I think I"m strong enough to kill them now" Although those sheep were not harmful his instincts always flare when he is near them. But now that he is rank one he thought that he can kill them. He still had one time to enter the s.p.a.ce today in case things went wrong.
"Dammit I killed wolfs and tigers but here iam hesitating about some sheep" Even though he complained he knew that even those tigers and wolfs didn"t dare come near them. He was guessing that they were rank one beasts.
And so equipping his set. He put his dagger in its sheath on his right side on the waist while on his left thigh he placed his knife. He would use every weapon he can. As for the sword it will just hinder his movements.
Finally ready he closed his eyes and by the time he opened them , his view changed into the dark interior of the cave.
He had already placed the map on his eye periphery, and checked if there were any beasts nearby that could endanger him.
He knew where to find the sheep as they were a much bigger green dot than the rabbits, it"s dot was even bigger than the tiger, and he was hoping that he"ll make an achievement killing it.
He soon reached it, and since it only ate on small clearings he didn"t have a place to hide on. He started walking towards it and it seeing him kept looking his way, and now that he was under it"s stare he could feel that it wasn"t as dangerous as it was to him previously.
Once he reached two meters away from it, it turned it"s whole body towards him, it"s horns looked st.u.r.dy and would probably make a hole through him, if it touched him. He took his dagger using his right hand, and met eyes with it. Which was a mistake, as he suddenly felt quite drowsy and wanted to sleep.
The sheep seeing the dagger had used it"s ability to induce sleep in it"s targets, and started running quite fast for it"s size to impale him.
And with his eyes almost closing, he started to channel his internal mana into his brain. And it had worked well in waking him up immediately. And the moment he got his strength back he jumped to the left proving helpful as he dodged it"s ram.
The sheep turned towards him and started using it"s ability again while running at him, but he had already used mana to protect himself and flicked his wrist with his dagger slitting it"s throat and jumping back a bit watching it flail on the ground with it"s blood flowing.
Once it died, and like he had expected, he got a new alert, but he would wait until he hunts enough and get back to s.p.a.ce to see it.
