Mr F is someone who does not like to speak a lot, if the answer can be monosyllabic, he will never said an extra syllabus. If he can get his meaning across with a single sentence, he will never add another sentence. Anyway, chatting with him can let someone die of anger.
When he was younger, he had learnt saxophone for a short period of time. Due to how unsociable he was, my mother-in-law had suspected that he had autism. Just nice, she happened to know of a rather famous saxophone teacher and decided to let Mr. F to enrol in his cla.s.s in hope that Mr. F would make more friends.
However, it was not long before the teacher complained to my mother-in-law, saying that Mr F is unsociable.
Therefore, my mother-in-law decided to talk to Mr F.
“How many of people are there in the cla.s.s?”
“About 4 to 5.”
“What do you think of them?”
“They’re okay.”
“Is there anyone that you are close to?”
“No.”
“You have to be take the initiative to talk to them, you can always invite them home.”
“No.”
Mr F shook his head with utmost seriousness.
My mother-in-law was almost on the verge of collapsing, “Why not?”
Mr F replied confidently. “When we are playing the saxophone, our mouth cannot talk.”
When my mother-in-law told me about it, I simply just laughed out and told her that she should have made him go for ballet lessons then his mouth will be empty.
Carrying his cup as he pa.s.sed us, Mr F gave the both of us a huge eye roll.
