I entered the shop and got in at the end of the line. Gatcha are turning, and somewhere, somehow, yesterday I felt the heat as well.
To make a small victory pose with a sigh would be a common scene.
The reason may be because there isn’t the most luxurious premium available anymore.
A sense of guilt for this gatcha shop is something that I don’t have.
When my turn arrives, I stand in front of the shopgirl.
“Welcome! What can I do for you?”
The expression of the shopgirl darkened for a moment, and quickly returned to its original smile. Not only her, but the other employees stopped what they were doing to look at me.
The atmosphere of the gatcha shop changed immediately.
“I’ve come again.”
“That was amazing beginner’s luck yesterday.”
“Why, even the beginner understood that.”
“Because a beginner would would only invest 1000 rin for a trial.”
I get it. She doesn’t understand, this person.
“So why did you come today?”
“Because my G.o.ddess says she wants a house today….”
The shopgirls begin to whisper among themselves.
“So I came to win a house for her.”
The customers who heard my verbal shot rustled.
“You may leave now.”
She smiles, but emits a fearful aura. I can feel who you are focusing on.
I hope you are somewhat suspicious.
“This is the state [Item Gambling Shop]. On the management side there are lucrative gimmicks, but not to your advantage, so be a.s.sured that.”
I see it now. No one would come anymore if I proved them to be a fraud.
“So how much do you wish to spend?”
“1,000 rin.”
“By the way, how often are the capsules replaced, so that the probability is the same every time?”
“If it comes close to closing time, then the best time to win would be then.”
Even though I full of false confidence, I really don’t want to win a house. It’s because of Rifua that I’m out 10,000 rin, and I really don’t feel like spending anymore money than I have to.
All I have to win is something that nets me 10,000 rin. But there’s still a high chance of winning a trash item.
Behind them is the shopgirl who I can imagine will be saying that I won a trash item. “To insult me and say that I’d pull a garbage item. Serves you right!”
“Now, please.”
I grasped the handle to turn it. I wonder if somehow I won’t win a rare item!
With Rifua cheering to my side, it was a trash item. There was no parenthesis attached to it.
There was a rattle, and a capsule dropped down from inside with a hard thunk. I pick it up and check the contents.
Oh…. What the h.e.l.l is this? I pulled a yellow? A yellow?
[Yellow stone of the well-worn leather shield]
It’s fragile, but not completely unusable. Ah, what’s wrong with everyone. Why did they freeze up?
“Um…. Miss—- are you alright!?”
The shopgirl’s eyes have rolled up inside of her head—-!? Her eyes have gone completely white for real! She’s going into convulsions!!!?? This is a big surprise!!
Is, is there a doctor in the gatcha shop–!?
THUNK! The shop girl fell over backwards. The other shopgirls rushed to her side to see if she was alright.
“Error.”
The shopgirls took their unconscious co-worker into the back room.. That actually hurt……
The atmosphere in the shop is strange…… Everyone started to look like monsters ready to pounce on me.
“Jinta! What did you pull?” Rifua asked from outside of the window.
“I got a yellow.”
“Show the stone.” said one of the customers.
“Umm, it’s….. it’s not yellow, it’s gold…?”
“Hunh? Is that so, so for the first time, it’s gold. Just a misunderstanding…… hahahaha.”
Oh. Wait. Wasn’t there something on the prize table? Gold? I’ve won a gold item?
“…………”
This, this is our hooooooooouuuuuuuuuusssssssssseeee—!?!?
I’m actually terrified!!
“Gold, really? It’s amazing Jinta! You won our home!” Rifua is full of joy and squeals in delight.
“I won?”
The customers clapped their hands while I made a victory pose. Which I didn’t finish for some reason. Hahahahaha…….
A harsh gaze filled the air. It was from one of the shopgirls.
Eh. Is there a complaint of some sort?
Hey, the customer is always right, don’t you know? Well, isn’t he?
Did you think I pulled a trash item? Sorry for that, thank you! Thank you for everything that happened!
“This way, please.” with a quivering voice, another shopgirl led me back to the rear office.
I’m not angry, nor do I know how to get angry right now.
I won a premium, and it serves as bait for everyone else. So I was guided to the same office I was in yesterday.
A shopgirl brings a key for the safe.
“As for the place—”
I heard the name, but it doesn’t make any sense to me at all. I guess I ask Rifua about it later.
In addition, I’m urged to take the underpa.s.s.
“Take the back way out, please be careful. Thank you very much.”
“Yes.”
Though I though about whether something was done, I rejoined with Rifua on the outside.
