While he was waiting for Scathach and others on sky, the G.o.d King began to feel impatience before the way that black smoke is spreading. The black smoke originated from the Evil Eye of Death killed not only small animals in the forest, but also withered trees, ravaged the earth and annihilated microorganisms.

Still, he found it’s hard to swallow this situation.

“……Hey, Aira. How much do you know about Celtic Mythology?”

“I’m not that much of an expert, but I’m more knowledgeable than Your Majesty, at least.”

*Smoggy*, Airavata in human form emerged from the thundercloud.

He took out a Gift Card and examined the information regarding the Celtic Mythology as he put his hand on the chin and thought.

“Uhhh….. I can’t judge from anything. But, doesn’t Your Majesty think that black smoke is similar to what told in legends?”

“You mean?”

“When Demon G.o.d Balor was a child, the elders of his race sealed the Evil Eye of Death into him by letting the black smoke they summoned from a cauldron bathed him. Back then, the Fomorians — the race of Giants that Balor belonged to was recorded to be invaded by foreign divine beings.”

“The Demon G.o.d’s race, was invaded by others?”

“Yes. To begin with, the protolanguage of [Celt] means [Celtae] – a race with a foreign culture. The Celtic Mythology told by the victors are legends of invasions, originally, the race that originally thrived on the Land of the Stars on the Far West is the Fomorians under the leadership of Demon G.o.d Balor.”

The G.o.d King nodded, wondering whether this is a Game about the invasions or not.

“Then, what served as the foundation for the black smoke, which awakes the Evil Eye of “G.o.d Slayer” for the Formorians to defend themselves against invaders? Like a magic or a tactic that involved the use of that black smoke?”

Aira swung his long tail around and slightly bent his head to the side. Because it is unlikely for the truth of the Eye of “G.o.d Slayer” that can erase whole pantheons to be that simple.

In the first place, if this black smoke was the result being bathed by the power meant for awakening the Evil Eye of Death, then what was the reason for Balor’s impatience? That impatience was clearly filled with the fear against something you cannot control.

In a word, the ritual which awakened the Evil Eye of Death wasn’t intentional, but an accidental one?

(Perhaps, its fundamental was an enormous concept far superior than concepts such as tactic or magic. Only that can be the truth of “G.o.d Slayer” — a thing horrifying enough to be called a calamity befalls on mankind.)

However, to say it is a calamity and to summarize that calamity are something else.

BC was an era where countless disasters on the planet swept the land of the Far West.

It was unsuitable for mankind to live on a continent filled with storms that shook the sky, earthquakes that tore the earth, tsunamis that swallowed the land, the cold from the polar regions and countless different types of disasters. Although it has became a place loved by the G.o.ds now, that was merely the result when the Holy Land of the Planet transferred to the Land of Far West.

(A crucible of disasters comparable to the Far East…… Did the aortas of the planet have something to do with that?)

G.o.d King muttered to Airavata while biting his thumbnail.

“Aira. Is there by chance the Celtic Mythology doesn’t have a poem describes their creation of heaven and earth or “creation myth”……?”

“Eh? ……Aah, now that reminds me. The G.o.ds of Celtic Mythology doesn’t engage in the creation of the world. Rather, the Celtic Mythology begins with the planet being there from the beginning as their foundation. It was a rare sight among the myths of BC Era.”

Aira spoke in surprise at a point of view he hadn’t thought of before.

The majority of myths of the BC Era were poems regarding with and also written with their authority over the creation of the universe. This is also the proof the G.o.ds exist outside the world of mankind.

But, not having creation myth means the Celtic Pantheon is a pantheon with a mythological system and opinion of life and death related to the interior of the planet.

“If this is real…… won’t that mean Formorians were the guardians of the Holy Land of the Planet? Then those Giants should be able to have a chance to negotiate with a Star Spirit. It won’t be strange for that Demon G.o.d Balor to know about the prototype of Astra. As expected, that cauldron was—”

“……Your Majesty. What is this [Astra] that Demon G.o.d Balor were talking about earlier?”

“Good. Now isn’t time for that kind of talk. Did you find any information that can become another key to get us out of this?”

Being pressed by G.o.d King, Aira is a little dissatisfied as his question wasn’t answered.

But, as the faithful chariot, he could only gulp down that dissatisfaction, he continued to flip off the pages and managed to find a word that could solve this situation.

“Hei hei, let’s see. About the word “seedling” of this Game’s content — I think this could be a proof they are excelled at agriculture and possessed unique magical culture. Can this lead us to anything?”

“……”Could be”? Why did you make an a.s.sumption?”

“Because there wasn’t an accurate record left. The Land of Far West was a place that detested civilizations have “letters” itself until the Greek Pantheon and Roman Pantheon crossed path with it — or maybe, “letters” wasn’t that necessary for them.”

“Necessary?”

“Yes. Somehow they possessed phenomenal memorization capability, or recording medium other than letters. This is related to how ancient mythologies were so detailed and accurate. However, that could lead to slight contradictions with the actual history and because they don’t have letters that those myths can only be pa.s.sed as mere false history books. Ulster Mythology (Cycle) was an example.”

The reason why Celtic Pantheon can only write the false history book of [Lebor Gabála Érenn] later on, is because the ancient Celtic Civilization detested letters.

The Land of the Far West rejected letters, which led their period of time being qualified as a famous “Void History”. The existing [Lebor Gabála Érenn] was written to compensate that “Void History”.

“……You said that false history book wasn’t consistent with actual history?”

“The Ulster Mythology was considerably distorted, at very least. A knowledgeable human spent some effort would see through that immediately. Since it was an absurd history book features even the battle between Queen Maeve from the 25th Century BC and DemiG.o.d Cú Chulainn from 1st Century BC.”

Queen Maeve — A battle between her, who was known as the strongest and greatest enemy in Ulster Mythology and DemiG.o.d Cú Chulainn, by all rights, a time axis where they can encounter each other doesn’t even exist.

“There might be a possibility it is a person took after her name, but I can certainly say this Maeve can be an authority figure born from the malice the human who complied history or an imitation schemed for the Divinity of Queen Maeve.”

“Ho, you are quite confident there. Did you come across a related record?”

“No, my liege. I have the proof, however. Queen Maeve’s vast graveyard still existed between from the 25th Century BC to the familiar 19th Century AD. We’re talking Spiritual Essence on almost the same era as the Epic of Gilgamesh. In contrast, Cú Chulainn’s fate is to be born and died in the 1st Century BC. Their era simply doesn’t match.”

Even the G.o.d King couldn’t help but to be amazed.

That historical contradiction continued to be pa.s.sed down as a legend despite the existence of Queen Maeve’s graveyard? This is simply impossible for a history — Though he wanted to say that, the G.o.d King swallowed his words instead.

“……No. I think they might had included that contradiction on purpose.”

“Hah?”

“The reason is simple to guess. If we include the paradoxes between histories and mythologies by this manner, it would have been hard to treat history books as the personification of pantheons. This person was trying to divide mankind and pantheon as two independent ent.i.ties.

Worse, DemiG.o.d Cú Chulainn…… or the Son of the Sun, didn’t he born in BC and died in the beginning of AD? The history must has been rewritten to such extent for the convenience of a certain pantheon.”

The moment Aira finished his words, the dominating spirit of the G.o.d King skyrocketed.

But his target wasn’t the black smoke below him.

The G.o.d King bared his fang as though to scowl at the pantheon set up their stronghold on the distant western region of Little Garden.

(Then the reason for the army of Dystopia to arrive first before us was also…… Was this also that b.a.s.t.a.r.d’s work……!?)

“……Your Majesty?”

“Nothing. Continue your words.”

“Yes yes. I a.s.sumed all of this was for them to eliminate the matriarchal civilizations prospered on the Land of the Far West. After all, Queen Maeve was the figure who obtained a Divinity enough to become the etymology of [Elin]. In the reorganized [Lebor Gabála Érenn], the females of Celtic Mythology was the gender incorporated into radical legends for the purpose of destroying matriarchal civilizations.”

The pupils of G.o.d King became bright, in a certain meaning.

“……I see. Go on.”

“Yes yes, you are on pervert mode now. I can understand why. You must really wanted to have some good fun time with that big b.o.o.bs oneechan from earlier, that reminds me, why you couldn’t hold back yourself a bit more? Yet you’re still called yourself Indra? You really forced the vulgar legends in your hometown to weep out waterfalls.”

“I don’t get what you’re trying to say, but I don’t feel a bit regret helping her. Not a single bit. A b.o.o.b you can touch is much better a b.o.o.b being touched by others. A true man must wait for the deployment after saving the princess, get it?”

“As one would expect from the G.o.d of Heroes, his taste is on a whole new level! Maybe I should secretly report to your wife and let her fixes you up!! — Okay, let us return to the topic at hand. For example, the master of DemiG.o.d Cú Chulainn – that female warrior Scathach from earlier, for the sake of the pupil she dotes on, she—”

“Ara, you two must have had a very interesting topic.”

“But their topic is….. Aren’t they a bit losing themselves into some strange topic, master Scathach?”

That instant, they heard the voice of a cold woman and the voice of a cheerful little girl.

Elephant King Airavata “Hyeh!” as he was trembled in fear from the name of the female warrior he heard from a while ago and hid behind the G.o.d King.

“Sc, Sca, Scathach, the Queen of the Land of Shadows…….!”

“Hoho. So you are Master Scathach? That’s why you had techniques and valor to make evil G.o.ds to cower in fear.”

“You’re exaggerated me too much, but I’m honored to be praised by you, His Majesty the G.o.d King. My apology for making you to come here…… Please, overlook my shameful state at the moment.”

Scathach wished to bow but she can only do a casual-like greeting when she realized her right hand cannot move anymore. G.o.d King narrowed his eyes at this pitiful state of hers.

“……My fault. If I arrived sooner, perhaps that right hand of yours might—”

“Just because you are the G.o.d King that doesn’t mean you had to lower your head for a warrior’s honor. To continue to fight as a warrior means to prepare for the loss of your limbs. But, thank you for concern, regardless.”

Though she spoke in a light tone, but those were words sharper than a spear.

The fact she took pride in having wounds rather worrying about them only made others to feel somewhat painful for her.

In reality, Indra had something else to apologize regarding Scathach’s right hand — But it is still too soon to tell her.

“—Hey, His Majesty the Elephant King there.”

“Ah, yes!? Wait, His Majesty the Elephant King!? I’m just a mere chariot, you don’t have to be so polite—”

“Is that so? Well, that made it easier to us to talk. It is about your earlier topic, you did something very interesting about legends with Celtic women. Since I am very familiar concerning the recognized legends of the Celtic Pantheon, would you like me to teach you every single detail? —That’s right. Every. Single. Detail. So, who is that person dotes on another person again? Was that doting mean love for the opposite s.e.x to you?”

Elephant King “Hyeh!” and curled himself before the dominating spirit comparable to the G.o.d King’s a while ago. Especially against Celtic warriors who are known for being sensitive at the legends pa.s.sed down by later generations.

A mistake could end up endangering his life.

Airavata averted his gaze immediately, for her honor and above all else, for his precious little life.

“Nothing, nothing at all…… I’m that much of an expert regarding the Celtic Mythology, even totally ignorant of your stories—”

“Ara? But didn’t your topic earlier a very interesting and deep topic? Only a fantastic gentlemen like you willing to use every ounce of his knowledge for his master and to fight against the trial.”

“Ah, you also thought me that way? To be honest, I always thought myself being that way too!”

“Then may I ask what sort of a person I am in your eyes, O wise Elephant King?”

“Isn’t it obvious? I heard Scathach is supposed to be an erotic lady who would make a lively face and being a little deredere before her pupil, so I thought she was a strange, eccentric or a lewd woman or something. Well, it’s not like when His Majesty rescued you too quick that I was like “What the bulls.h.i.t? Where is the real f*cking Indra!?”, “Why can’t you wait for the right moment to storm in and rescue the princess!?”, nor I pondered “I want to ding-ding dong-dong with her while being sucked by her foolishness or her exposed b.o.o.bs!”, say Lady Scathach, with a beauty like you, shall we have some s.e.xy time after this!!? Don’t worry, I can a.s.sure it will be entertaining for you!”

“Tei!”

*Stab*

“Gyaaahhhhh……”

“…… Is that so? Is that how I was praised in the reorganized edition of [Lebor Gabála Érenn]……?”

“Is that so…”

“Is that so……”

“Is that so………”

“Is that so…………”

Scathach continued to repeat a single sentence over and over.

Being critically damaged by the Elephant King’s words, she can only grief to the point of no return about the previous subject.

Yet, it couldn’t be helped.

Although it was an epic poem meant for filling the [Void History], but once everyone knows it praises love and hate more than valor, she can only feel like the twilight when she thought for what reason did she dedicated her entire life into techniques and valor.

She was put on the peak of a high place according to her wish to be left alone for a while.

Suddenly, the ecru-colored hair girl looked to the G.o.d King, followed by a dance (Rondo) (1).
