Silence fell. They couldn"t believe someone actually just taunted everyone in a war between devils and G.o.ds.Ifrit smirked and arrived just in front of Arima with extreme speed "Hey, Life Hunter" He called and Arima raised his head to look at the beast of fire "There"s only a single reason why I"m here and it"s for meeting you. For now, I won"t interfere with this war. But promise me you will give me some time after all of this" He just told this.
Arima was quite surprised. Based on the memories he retrieved from Aphrodite, he didn"t really see Ifrit as such a reasonable and chill type of person. He then nodded "No problem"
Ifrit snickered and looked somewhere far away "What about this? I"ll take care of the little rat for you in exchange" He declared and Arima looked at the same direction as him.
"Yeah, that would help. It would be problematic if he escapes" Arima responded. And that was the final blow for everyone, they were completely lost about the meaning of that conversation.
Ifrit nodded and flew away toward a certain direction. Arima followed his figure for second and looked back at Lucifer"s group and Baphomet "So that leaves only you all, huh?" He said that in a tone implying that it wasn"t a big deal.
Baphomet and Lucifer"s expressions twitched. Arima turned his head toward Gabriel and the angel looked back at him with a fl.u.s.tered expression.
"Look at him…he arrived and saved the ladies in distress" Lilis muttered scornfully and Lanya laughed wryly.
Chulainn laughed heartfully though "Seriously, his power is something else right now" He commented and suddenly froze as if he just saw a (scary) ghost.
"Mm? What"s wrong?" Lanya asked. Lilis frowned and looked at him too.
"This…" Chulainn mumbled and lifted his three heads off the ground he was lying on and stared somewhere "Some foreign power is invading h.e.l.l"s magic circuits" He explained himself and stood up.
"What do you mean?" Lilis was confused.
"It means what it means. Something is corrupting h.e.l.l"s circuits and rooting itself in them" Chulainn answered "This is odd… I have to go there as the Guardian" He declared and headed off to a certain place. The same place where Karaskan put Pandora…
"Here"s the deal. Don"t be my enemy and I"ll take care of this for you" Meanwhile, Arima said to Gabriel.
"Huh? Take care?" Gabriel was stunned. She didn"t know if what he said was what she was thinking about.
"Yeah. In fact, you don"t really have any choice" Arima retorted and snapped his fingers. The zombies across the battlefield stopped moving and then only attacked the devils "Now, you all. What"s your choice? Will you fight me?" Aria smirked and directed this taunt to the three princes of h.e.l.l and Baphomet.
The Evil G.o.d"s eyes widened and he stomped the ground as he stared at Arima. The fallen angel also reacted similarly and scowled at Arima.
Arima smiled and called Karma "Well, those guys can do what they want though" He said when he looked up to see what Hades and Poseidon were doing. Those two didn"t stop fighting even when Arima arrived.
Arima shrugged. He inhaled and exhaled in the next instant. Electricity sparked around his body and before anyone could react properly, thunder roared and Arima disappeared with a shock wave that surprised the angels next to him. At his original position, only lightning remained and Lucifer"s eyes narrowed.
He started looking at the world in slow motion and looked at his right. He saw Asmodeus protecting himself from Karma with his own sword. But he soon lost the clash and was pushed away. After that, Arima moved and Karma changed his target to Lucifer.
The fallen angel reacted and his body became endowed with by black and white magic. His strength was boosted and everything around him also shined with the same combination of colors. He infused that power into his spear and clashed with Arima"s katana.
The moment the two weapons touched, the world recovered its usual flow for everyone. Black lightning exploded along with the unique dark-light magic. A discharge of energy occurred and the ground below them was crushed. Black lightning fell around them and Lucifer"s magic also created explosions here and there.
At first glance, they were evenly matched but Lucifer gritted his teeth "(How the h.e.l.l can there be such a huge difference!?)" He shouted in his mind and before he knew it, he was already going to crash on the ground.
After that, Arima"s wings flapped and his silhouette became blurry. An afterimage was left behind as he appeared behind Beelzebub "[Terminus Confractus, C] (Limit Break, 100)" He chanted and kicked Beelzebub away.
The huger monster was sent flying across the sky and Arima reappeared above him while the demon was still recovering from the blow. Arima then gathered lightning in his sword and swung it down while chanting his favorite magic: "[Aeterna]"
The black wave of lightning took Beelzebub with it and was sent toward Baphomet who was looking at the scene with a shocked expression. The speed of that magic was actually pretty fast. The Evil G.o.d lifted his sword to use it as a shield and "Aeterna" exploded with thunder once it reached its target.
Azes and Zeus jumped back and witnessed the might of the simple attack that Arima just made. The latter landed on the ground and shouldered his sword. He smirked as he looked in front of him.
Baphomet was grunting with his sword protecting him while Beelzebub regenerated the arm he just lost. And strangely, Lucifer and Asmodeus were next to them too.
Those four had actually been gathered together forcefully in less than thirty seconds by Arima. That was a great blow to their pride.
Arima extended his hand was waved his fingers "Come" He provoked them and Baphomet kicked the ground with a sour expression. He was soon followed by Beelzebub and Asmodeus. Lucifer was the last one to move.
The G.o.ds could only watch dumbfounded as Arima took on almost every enemy. They even felt awkward doing nothing.

A moment earlier, before Arima arrived on the battlefield, a golden light flashed behind Karez who was hiding away from everyone. A golden door formed. It looked like the Heaven Gate but with the size of a normal door and a golden hue on it.
A man, clad in golden armor, stepped out of the door "You arrived" Karez grinned and went to him.
"Yes, I said I would do it after all" The man with golden hair responded with a smile and pointed at the door behind him with his thumb "You can go. This won"t last much time. I had to fool the administrators of Heaven for it"
Karez nodded and immediately went toward the door "Thank you, Tiatus" He thanked the G.o.d and just as he was going to pa.s.s the door. He felt a suffocating aura weighting on him. Tiatus was the same and they both looked at the sphere of life force from which Arima was falling. Karez furrowed "I will go now" He declared and immediately went to Heaven through that golden door.
Tiatus squinted his eyes and managed to spot Arima"s figure "Mm, he sure has changed from last time" He muttered and closed the door he had just created. He then placed his palm on it and it started to produce some noise. Like the lock was being constantly used.
"It will take time for this thing to close" Tiatus mumbled and sat down in front of the door. He waited there for a few minutes until a cone made of crimson fire reached his position and dropped off Ifrit before it disappeared.
"Is that a lesser Heaven Gate?" Ifrit asked when he looked over Tiatus"s shoulder.
The G.o.d surrounded by a golden glow laughed and stood up "Yes, it is" He casually responded and Ifrit frowned. Although he didn"t really care about Karez, Ifrit wasn"t eager to see the plane collapse like that. Additionally, he said to Arima that he would take care of him because they both felt that a strange dimensional path toward Heaven had been created. So, he felt obliged to stop Karez.
"I won"t let you go through" Tiatus suddenly said while Ifrit was thinking.
"Oh, can you?" Ifrit smiled.
Tiatus chuckled and a golden light emerged from his body to first create an arc, and then connect each end together with a string. Tiatus smiled and grabbed the golden bow.
Ifrit snorted and he opened his hand wide. A fireball appeared above his palm. The two stared at each other for a moment then they both vanished and the ground they were standing on was crushed.

"[First Red Art, Ragnarök]" That was the first thing Arima chanted when his four opponents charged at him. At that exact moment, the environment became Arima"s weapon.
While his four enemies were attacking him, they were suddenly pressured by the gravity, the wind, the earth and the lightning which pierced through the black clouds of Baphomet.
In the end, if one had to describe "Ragnarök", it would be like an eternal-cast type of Manifestation. But it wasn"t only "Ragnarök" that could be considered as strong as a Manifestation. All of Arima"s First Arts are miraculous and potent enough to be called true Soul Manifestations. And by Arima"s own words, "Ragnarök" was the "weakest" of the five.
"Tch" Baphomet strained his muscles and still swung his sword at Arima. The latter blocked it with Karma and the surrounding suffered the consequences.
After that, it was Beelzebub who attacked Arima from the side with a powerful punch that could already crush the earth with just with the wind pressure it carried. Arima"s robe fluttered and something suddenly pa.s.sed through it from the back and blocked Beelzebub"s attack.
The demon was shocked when he saw what just stopped him. It was the black tail of a dragon of which the scales were glinting.
Arima smirked. Of course, his tail did not disappear. He would be gravely frustrated if such a useful thing had been lost. He clashed with the two enemies for a moment and then blew Baphomet away with "Aeterna" before using his tail to deflect one last attack from Beelzebub and kicking him in the abdomen.
Arima then straightened his back and waved his finger upward. A giant wall of stone raised to block Lucifer"s dark-light and when the wall crumbled because of the magic discharge, Arima had already disappeared. Only a single spark was left.
Lucifer"s eyes narrowed. Beelzebub and Baphomet also looked at his direction with hurried expressions. Lucifer started to turn around but it was already too late. When he managed to look behind him by the corner of his eyes, Arima"s palm was covering his entire vision.
"[Fifth Blue Art, Inferno]" Arima chanted and a red light covered Arima"s hand and illuminated Lucifer"s figure before a fireball exploded right in front of his face. The explosion was bright and powerful.
Baphomet and Beelzebub jumped back. From the flames, a shadow suddenly emerged and was approaching them at great speed. They were about to defend themselves but when they noticed that the one flying toward them was Lucifer, they wavered and then saw Arima calmly walking out of the explosion with his wings deployed.
The Kind Demon smiled and extended his palm one more time. Another fireball was conjured and it was even bigger "[Ut Eos] (Get them)" He chanted and a pair of eyes seemed to appear on the fireball, along with a mouth.
The symbol on Arima"s back, which had become his new sigil, glowed and the fireball was propelled at its targets. Baphomet moved forward and gathered a great amount of dense dark energy in his sword. The eyes on his organic sword opened completely and he swung it at full strength.
A dark wave even bigger than Arima"s fire was created. When everyone was expecting an explosion when the two spells touched, something totally different happened.
The fireball opened its mouth and literally ate the magic Baphomet sent against it. He took one bite then darkness burned as "Inferno" became bigger instead.
The three targets were shocked and Lucifer was barely able to create a dark-light shield for them. The fireball exploded in the sky and the flames spread for miles.
Arima smiled as his eyes reflected those flames. "Inferno"s hidden effect was one the most dangerous among the Kind Demon"s Arts. It could eat other magic to become stronger. When Arima actually became the Kind Demon, his arts also became a lot stronger since their theory was greatly enhanced by the t.i.tle.
Now, Arima definitely was the only one capable of bringing out the full potential of the Arts. Even if he fully taught them to someone one day.
While he was thinking that, a blade shined behind him and his tail moved instead of his arms. This way, he blocked Asmodeus sword when it was about to touch his neck.
Asmodeus gritted his teeth and put all of his strength on his sword but he still lost against a tail. Thanks to the limit break, Arima was using 100% of his physical abilities right now. Even if he tried his best, Asmodeus will never be able to win in a strength contest.
Arima snickered without looking back and Ragnarök entered into action. A gravity stronger than everything until now pushed Asmodeus against the ground. He created a crater by himself just because of the gravity.
Arima then took a step forward. The sky glowed before a huge lightning bolt fell directly in the middle of that crater and enlarged it.
