Chapter 60Andy ended the song magnificently as though to Erika, the last plucked string sounded the most beautiful sound her ears have ever heard.
Then Andy laid down the guitar and looked back to Erika with eyes that spoke a thousand feelings.
"I wasn"t looking when I met you…" she begun.
" But you turned out to be everything I"d been looking for."
She curved a smile.
"Yeah, meeting you is by chance and falling in love with you…" she paused.
"I don"t have control over it. It"s beyond me."
"Then without me knowing, you suddenly became my everything."
She tilted her head as though collecting her thoughts.
"It"s hard to explain though, just everything." She continued.
"Every instance has been about you Erika."
"You are my thoughts from morning to evening, from night to dawn, and…" she paused again.
"And… and my every thought in between."
"I love you Erika."
Tears burst forth like faucet from Erika"s eyes and her shoulders were trembling due to her cries.
She has been confessed to by countless of men and a few women but with Andy, it"s just different.
She felt like flying.
By then, Andy got up and went inside. She was back with a gla.s.s of water and a tissue box. Erika gladly took them.
Andy just waited looking at her.
When Erika finally calmed down a little, Andy uttered the most frustrating words Erika had ever heard.
"I didn"t tell you my feelings because I wanted an answer." Andy begun.
"I just wanted you to know… at least how I feel."
Erika briefly closed her eyes and her face felt really hot in frustration.
"Do you seriously mean that?"
Andy"s eyes went round wondering what she"d done.
"After all the crying I did?"
"How can you just say you don"t want an answer?" Erika"s voice raised up.
Looking at Andy"s baffled face, like she really doesn"t have any idea what she"d done, Erika grunted and left the girl in frustration.
She went to the kitchen and gulped another gla.s.s of water. Andy followed her with a questioning expression that made Erika more frustrated.
"Did I do something wrong?" Andy innocently asked.
Erika raised up both of her hands in the air, like surrendering.
"Just… just asked yourself!"
"d.a.m.nit!" Erika shouted and went to Andy"s room grunting.
She took a shower to calm herself, feeling the water ran down her body.
She was really very happy but at the same very upset too.
"Really an idiot." She uttered to herself.
[**************]
Erika saw Andy sitting on the edge of the bed as she got out of the shower.
It was so obvious that she was waiting for her.
The girl looked at her with sorry eyes.
Erika clenched her fist, briskly walked towards and pinned Andy down on the bed.
Their breathing became faster than normal and Andy"s expression was really in shocked.
Erika hovered down and kissed the girl with halfed eyes.
She wanted to see her reaction and as expected, Andy just stared at her with those opened deep brown eyes as she did that.
She shifted her hand to hold Andy"s neck and kissed her again. And to her disappointment, she grip the sheets as flair of anger erupted.
She pulled away a little, looking really angry.
"Why aren"t you kissing me back?" She shouted.
Andy"s expression became dull despite her fl.u.s.tered face.
"I…I don"t know how." She stammered.
"I"ve never kissed someone before."
Erika"s jaw dropped and her muscles were shaking in frustration as she pulled away her entire body from Andy.
It couldn"t be worst, isn"t it?
A lot were running in her mind that instance.
Yeah, she"s happy that Andy"s first was hers and the thought of "a lot of first" to come would be hers too but… but at the same time she felt frustrated because that would just mean; she"s the one to lead.
And her head ached at the thought of it.
In all her past relationship, the one to always lead was the other party not her.
"Does this mean, I"ll be teaching her everything?"
Just the thought of it drained up all Erika"s energy.
"Ahhhh geez!" She grunted and slid herself to bed.
"Goodnight!" She angrily shouted and pulled the sheet up to her head.
