_Sept. 30th, 1818._--Decree which removes from his Royal Highness _Monsieur_, while leaving him the honorary privileges, the actual command of the National Guard of the Kingdom, to give it back to the Minister of the Interior, and the Munic.i.p.al Authorities.

_Oct. 21st, 1818._--Decree respecting the premiums for the encouragement of the Maritime Fisheries.
