After settling the bill, the Lincoln"s and Lewis" separated ways.It was after Michele has seen the text message on Misha"s phone. It was from Lyndon and also she has seen the contents. She signaled Rodora to bid farewell first and then they will follow. Rodora played along and dragged Albert out from the restaurant.
Michele has been suspecting the two. She really felt something was off with the two youngsters. Knowing her daughter well, she really can"t believe she behaved like an obedient puppy during the entire discussion. She didn"t fuss nor reacted on what they have agreed with Lyndon"s parents. She texted Rodora to hide further from the restaurant. Misha has been long gone. She left after Lyndon"s parents. Michele and Shane are still in the restaurant pretending to order some food. Well, they really ordered. Mich and Shane were foodies. That was the common denominator for them that"s why they are still together. For them, there"s nothing a food can"t do. Whenever they fight, food will always be the solution. Then Lyndon left them. Using the excuse of ""having some trouble in the company."
"Okay son, take care. I hope it"s not something major." said Mich, hugged and patted him. Lyndon smiled at his future in laws. He left them without further ado. A few minutes after, Shane signaled the waiter for their bill and requested to pack the remaining desserts for take out.
Then they left the restaurant. Shane was observing his wife the whole time. He can tell, Mich was up to something. "Baby, what are you up to?" he finally asked when they settled in their car. "Let"s follow Lyndon"s car." is what Mich just said. "Okay." Shane obeying his wife.
However, Lyndon did not took his car from the parking area. He just walked instead. Mich saw this and called Rodora. "Where are you?" asked Mich when she saw Lyndon crossing streets.
"Just around the corner. I can see your car." Rodora answered.
"Have you see Lyndon? He"s about to cross the street."she then sent a picture of Lyndon under the stoplight.
"Yeah, I"ve seen him. Where is he going?" Rodora asked her.
"He"s meeting Misha. I"ve seen them texting with each other." Mich said with an exciting tone.
Rodora was buffled with her son"s action.
They followed Lyndon secretly.
In the restaurant across the street, Misha is waiting patiently for Lyndon. She booked a private lounge for them. She ordered fruitshake while waiting. The fruitshake arrived but not Lyndon. Her phone vibrated and she picked it up. It"s from Lyndon. Her eyes read the content of the message. "I"ve been followed. See you at my office."
Misha frowned upon reading this. She doesn"t know why this man orders her around. "Who is he?" she thought. She can"t help but comply though, she sends another emoticon of okay. Then he began to type another message, "Who"s following you?" then sent.
Lyndon began walking towards his car. He"s already at the front door of the restaurant when he saw the face of his mother"s face reflecting on the gla.s.s window. "s.h.i.t!" he cursed under his breath.
He received Misha"s text when he was at the pedestrian lane and waiting for the signal lights to turn red.
"Parents." was his short reply.
When Misha read his text, her face becomes horror. "G.o.d! Why can"t they leave us alone?" she mumbled as she walks out from the lounge and settled her bill at the cashier"s counter. She finally walked out from the building and headed towards her car. She headed towards quite the opposite where Lyndon headed.
Lyndon got in his car and drove away towards the company leaving his parents behind. He texted Misha along the way. "I want to break one of our terms."
When Misha received this, a smirk formed from her mouth. Then she replied, "What about it?"
"Its the one not having a marriage ceremony." he replied.
"The compensation?" inquired Misha.
"I"ll buy you a penthouse." his reply.
Misha replied with an emoticon sign again. While doing this, a big smile was formed in her kissable lips.
