Chapter 2073 - Mentees

Chapter 2073 - Mentees

"The purified seemed to be really useful," I said as I saw three types of plants in core in various stages of growth; in a single day, they have grown faster than they should have been.

Aside from the mysterious seed in my core which had no change aside from taking energies, I had planted three different types of seeds, and all of them sprouted, especially those four seeds of violet halo cherries, which I had planted two days ago and had not had much hope seeing the conditions of seeds.

I had decided to plant them because they are extremely rare, and I have come across their seeds, albeit those seeds were a little damaged.

When I checked the four seeds before sleeping, there was no change in them, but now they sprouting up vibrantly. It is all because of purified mutation, which is merging with my core slowly; the natural element in the mutation has helped plants a lot, and that is why I am planting three more types of seeds right now.

The three new plants are all herbs, sun chamomile, rose spring thyme, and acre burdock. All three of them are extremely precious like the other plants and have the potential to grow above the Tyrant grade.

It took me a little more than an hour to plant the seeds and create a favorable environment for them; with that done, I walked to the center of my tiny island and focused on the seed that burrowed inside it.

Since I had planted it, there had been no change, but it had been continuously absorbing nutrients, and its speed increased a little every day. I could feel the faint changes occurring in the seed but don"t know whether these changes could help in its sprouting.

I studied it for a few minutes, noted down all the data I had gathered from it before turning to quern, which is still purifying the mutation which I had gathered in the ma.s.sive amount.

I looked at its base, and aside from the usual tap releasing the purified mutation into the soil, there are two small taps, which release a few drops every other second.

I was able to make a few changes in the quern and was successful in separating two elements the mutation is made of. The solar element and the natural element two are more useful separated than together.

If it were up to me, I would have purified the mutation in two elements only, but it is very hard and takes a lot of energy, so I will have to be satisfied with the current quant.i.ty.

I took a looked at everything in my core before I walked out of it; in an hour, my new mentees will come to meet me, and I have to be ready to meet them.

An hour pa.s.sed by, and now I am sitting in a parlor waiting for my mentees; they will be arriving at any minute.

Two minutes pa.s.sed by when the formation lit up, and three people appeared on it; the three people are of various ages, from girl to her mid-twenties to women to late twenties and a serious-looking man who seemed to be in his late fifties.

All three of them were shocked to see me; it was like they were expecting someone and saw someone.

"I thought we were to get mentored by a grandmaster," Said the woman in her mid-twenties, "I am a Grandmaster miss melrose, Grandmaster of healing, conferred the t.i.tle by Grand Commander herself," I said with a smile, and medallion appeared in my hand and spin above my index finger.

Gasp!

Gasp rang out of the young girl"s mouth, and the other two were shocked too; unlike the girl, the other two are old and have vast experience of the world; they understood the meaning of this medallion more than the girl.

"I thought the rumors I heard about you are just rumors, but it seemed like they are true," The woman in her late thirties whispered before she composed herself.

"It would be my honor to be mentored by you, Grandmaster Zaar," Said the woman as she gave me a formal bow. "Danielle, you don"t have to be so formal with your old friend," I said, surprising her deeply, but her surprise turned into shock when she saw my face changing into the person she knew.

"Jordan!" She said in shock. Jordon sanders is an ident.i.ty I used when I went to the Scorcese valley; that is where I met Danielle, the person with the fourth grand art in our world that even her organization is aware of.

"Its been quite a while, Danielle, and you seemed to have made quite a progress," I said as I turned off the mask.

The last time I saw her, she had just entered an Elite cla.s.s, but now, she is a leader cla.s.s Tyrant.

Which is not surprising when you know she had a grand art which helps in progress, and also she had been an active partic.i.p.ant in war since it began; she had been recalled to Pyramid because I had chosen to be a mentee.

"Sorry for being rude, Grandmaster, but why did you choose an untalented old man like me? with your station and power, thousands of infinitely more talented guys would die to be mentored by you," Asked the man in a gruff voice.

"You are right about that, but I don"t know them as I know you, and I think you have great potential, though our connection did play a big part in me selecting you," I said with a smile, confusing the h.e.l.l out of the man, who is very sure he had never seen me personally.

"I don"t understand what you are saying, Grandmaster?" He asked, "I think this will help," I said with a smile and opened my palm; through it, powerful misty red killing rule blazed, which had shocked him, as killing rule is quite rare and most of the time only murderous people are able to comprehend it.

"This Killing Rule is my first rule which could be said to be inherited from you, and I have also seen your memories. So, if anyone understands you better than yourself, it would be me," I said as I closed my palm.

He is Leonard Marcus, from whose totem artifact I have comprehended the killing rule and also saw his memories; it could be said both of the things helped me greatly in shaping who I am today.
