Chapter 2320 - Burning
Ahhhhh Ahhhhh Ahhhhhh
The Grimms screamed as they burned; the temperature was so high that even a mid-Grandmaster was powerless against it without the protection. Even Peak Grandmaster Horseman is burning as it watched the Horseman with shock.
"Radsae, what did you do?" asked Horseman in shock and began to run toward the rift.
Its decisiveness and calm mind had shocked me. To be honest, I thought it would attack the Antman in shock and rage, but it did not. Instead, it took a step to run away now that things have come to this.
But how can I let it run away? I have sacrificed the five Grimm Grandmasters, which I could have harvested into essence roses, two even had bloodlines which would have made me even more powerful, but now they are burning and would die a few seconds.
Even the Antman I am controlling would not be able to leave for more than a minute, not because of heat but because I am burning every essence and power of the core of it in an extreme burst of power that even Antman would not have been able to get.
It is due to my seed which had spread into every part of its body, which is helping contain the power that I burned; without my seed, it would explode instantly. There is no way it would be able to contain such power.
Such power had a price; the Antman would be only able to live for about a minute before it would turn to dust, which I hope would be enough to deal with this Peak Grandmaster Horseman who had killed a large number of human Grandmasters in centuries it had been active.
CLANG!
A defeaning clang rang out when Horseman brought out its blade at the last moment. If it had not done that, its neck would have been hacked apart.
The shock could be seen on its face seeing the Antman burst out with such strength but seeing the sanguine glow, it had immediately understood where this strength was coming from, and it made it even angrier.
"You b.a.s.t.a.r.d, I would have killed you with the rest of your people when I had ma.s.sacred your city!" The Horseman shouted and again tried to run toward the rift; it was extremely clear about its goal, which was to survive, as its enemy had no intention of that.
I immediately loosen control over the Antman after giving it a little push by releasing a chemical that causes rage in Grimms, just serotonin does in us humans.
The Horseman had said the exact word to light up the torch, till now the Antman is in shock and resistance as I got controlled it but when it heard those words from Horseman, it had become angry; angry beyond belief when I released rage chemical without restraint.
"You will pay the price for that with your life; this place will be your burial!" Shouted Antman in rage as it again appeared in front of the running Horseman and attacked it with a powerful attack.
I watched from the sidelines while still keeping the reigns of the Antman in my hand, ready to take control of it immediately.
CLANNG
Seeing the attack, the Horseman brought out its own fiery attack, which like last time, burned more than half before it could reach its enemy. As they clashed, there was no shockwave as it too got burned by the heat.
Both of the Grimms are highly defensive, but both of them are burning up; unlike other Grimms who would reach the underworld within a few seconds, these two would take a minute at least before they would be burned to death.
CLANNNG CLANNNG CLANNNG
The Horseman tried to run away while the Antman stopped it; with it burning every part of it, it had become even more powerful, and it turned out, it was even more skilled at fighting than the Horseman.
Despite the power advantage, a minute is not enough to kill the Horseman, but Antman did not need to kill it, no matter how much it wanted to do it. It just has to keep it here long enough for the heat to do the job for it.
Even in its rage and confusion, the Antman understood it and used every move in its a.r.s.enal to do that.
While it is doing that, I am getting a huge amount of data every second; this data is extremely precious. Hundred times more than what Master has given me, but still, I have not forgotten my main purpose, which I had already accomplished in half.
Four seconds pa.s.sed, and all the five Grimms had died; the werewolf had even become sane for enough to begin running toward the rift, but on the way, it had turned to ashes.
As the seconds pa.s.sed, the attacks of the Antman got stronger and stronger as it used to the humongous amount of energy flowing through its vein.
It also understood it would die by the end of the minutes, which forced it not to hold back even a speck of energy while fighting against the Horseman while the Horseman to begin to use its most powerful, which are horrifying, but they still pale in compared to the Antman"s.
I am quite impressed by the reading I am getting; it is very angry, so angry that I have never seen Grimm or even human such angry before.
Though I am partly responsible for it, I believe this anger would come out sooner and later, seeing how much the Antman hates the Horseman.
Ten seconds pa.s.sed by, and now the Antman had begun to push the Horseman back into the area which had even greater heat which scared the h.e.l.l out of Horseman. I could clearly see how scared it was off the heat, and I would be too if I had been in its place.
"You b.a.s.t.a.r.d, you have really made me angry.." "If I did not kill you with my own hands, then I wouldn"t be Tasga of my name," Shouted the Horseman, and to my and Antman"s shock, it brought out the lamp.
