(O3O)/ – Here is Ch-25.2!!!

(OwO) – Today I have something, not so important, that I need to tell you guys. But please, read until the end.

(-.-) – Well… first of all, I don’t earn anything with the ads on this site, since I have a free account on WordPress and I don’t have the money to pay for a “Premium” account.

(OwO) – Second, you guys don’t have to torture yourselves by “Whitelisting” the site, I use ad-block too and I know that my site is packed with useless ads.

(O3O)/ – Third! The only f.u.c.king problem with WordPress is that, I can’t remove the ads without a MOTHER f.u.c.kING PREMIUM ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!

(-.-) – That’s it, I guess. Sorry for the rant and the swearing, the ads were driving me crazy.

(OwO) – Anyway, enjoy the chapter∼♥

The new Head Priest, Gustav Schneider, wasn’t even trying to hide his weird behavior.

And most of the students didn’t really care about the weird pose, especially the female students, they seemed to be charmed by his manly aura.

On the other hand, half of the male students were looking at Gustav with admiration, and the other half was laughing because of the weird pose.

Albert and Oscar were looking at Gustav with admiration, while Leo was trying to hold back his laughter.

Some time later, after the students calmed down, Gustav resumed the cla.s.s.

“–And this is why light and wind spirits are easier to find, but I’m not here to teach theory. My cla.s.ses are, and will always be, practical.”

(Practical lessons!)

Leo always preferred practice over theory, and his eyes were s.h.i.+ning more than usual with enthusiasm.

(Harlet-sensei only taught us the theory, but Gustav-sensei wants to teach us the real thing, real magic!)

Harlet was a gifted person in both magic power and spirit power, but his lectures were always lacking in something. And in Leo’s case, the “Theory” that Harlet taught him wasn’t of much use, since Leo didn’t know how to chant any magic.

*Whisper*

“Gustav-sensei, is better than, Harlet-sensei….”

And Natalia, who heard Leo’s whisper, thought–

(–I agree with you, Leonora…)

Perhaps Harlet was so focused in brainwas.h.i.+ng his students that, he could’ve forgotten to teach them anything practical, or maybe he just wanted the students to remain weak, since his objective was to kill all of them.

Many of the students present on the church were impatient and excited for the practical lesson. Gustav doesn’t have a high amount of magic power, but his spirit power is the real deal.

(Leonora isn’t like the other girls. While they are caught up in Gustav’s masculine charm, she is properly evaluating him as a teacher…… but, I also…)

Natalia’s eyes were glued on Gustav’s thick muscles, his big and s.e.xy lips and his slightly toned skin. She was in love with Gustav, but her pride wouldn’t let these feelings gain control of her.

Gustav then raised his hand to calm the students.

As soon as everyone calmed down, he did a short chant and a huge fire circle appeared around the altar.

A small red light was dancing on the top of Gustav’s extended right palm.

It was the first time, for many of the students and Leo, to ever seen the manifestation of a fire spirit.

“It’s…… so beautiful.” – Said Leo, watching the red light.

But Albert was making a serious face while looking at the same red light.

“Yes, it’s beautiful. And you only need a short chant to get the same result as any magic power chant…. So this is spirit power….”

Albert then explained to Leo, the difference between Magic Power and Spirit Power.

“Spirit Power “Borrows” the power of the spirits to make flames, wind blades and many other things. But Magic Power uses the power of the “Dragon Blood” that flow through the veins of every n.o.ble of the Weiz Empire.”

It’s regrettable, but spirit power is weaker than magic power…… though a short chant is indeed appealing.

(So, spirit power is like borrowing money, and magic power is like spending money… why would someone willingly spend money?)

Leo was new to anything regarding sorcery, so he didn’t know that spirit power was weaker than magic power.

(Un, spirit power is better…)

And like this, Leo decided that he would only use spirit power. But Gustav’s cla.s.s wasn’t over yet.

“Spirits are supreme beings, but they have emotions and their own tastes. So, if a spirit doesn’t like you, there will be no contract–”

Gustav was making a serious face.

“–In Today’s cla.s.s, everyone will try to form a contract with at least one spirit, only then I’ll end the cla.s.s.”

Some of the students wanted to protest, but they didn’t have the courage to do so in front of the Crown Prince.

Then, Gustav proceeded to teach the students, the method of how to summon and contract a spirit.

“Summoning a spirit isn’t easy, so you’ll be using Elandic. After that you will have to gain the spirit’s trust, however, since you want to form a contract today, the method of approach is different, you’ll treat the spirit like a member of your own family, or like a lover. The bond between the two of you will be eternal, so make sure to never treat it badly.”

After Gustav finished the explanation, half of the students sighed.

Elandic is essentially hard to master. Not that many people can speak it fluently, and for some odd reason, the spirits like it.

(It’s this easy to summon a spirit!?)

But, on the other hand, Leo was surprised. He knew how to speak in Elandic, albeit with a lot of slang, because of Bruno, his best friend.

Leo, by no means, was fluent in the Eland language. But the books he translated a long time ago, with Bruno, were of some use to him in these kinds of situations.

Gustav was still explaining things to the other, not so gifted, students. But Leo was too much focused on the summoning to even pay attention.

(Okay, I’ll summon a golden spirit of coins!)

Bianca on the other hand–

(Haaah, why Elandic…?)

–Was making a difficult expression, while looking down.

Eland is the only subject that Bianca isn’t good with. Natalia and Albert can speak in Elandic without any difficulty, but they can’t read it.

(If I at least had enough magic power…)

For a Princess, her magic power was a bit lacking, but in comparison with a normal n.o.ble daughter, it was an amazing amount of magic power.

(Haaah… there’s no helping it, for now I’ll try to connect every word that I know)

From today on, Bianca decided that she would try harder on learning Elandic.

“Hmmm, I think it was like this… light… spirit… please… contract….”

But the girl by her side, Leonora, raised her hands while praying, with her eyes closed, to the spirits.

But Leonora – with eyes closed – started her chant while praying to the spirits.

“Oh, great spirit–”

Her words were beautiful and kind, like those of a mother.

“–You, whom the supreme golden light illuminates the darkness and guides this faithful servant–”

Everyone watched in silence as her voice resonated through the church.

“–I shall be your eyes, ears and mouth–”

Even Gustav couldn’t look away.

Bianca didn’t understand what Leonora was saying, but the very sight of her, while praying in Elandic, was really beautiful.

“–So please, let me contract one of you children.”

After Leo finished the chant, his surroundings were in silence.

It was the most beautiful chant Gustav had ever seen. (Tl/n: Called it, he fell)

And then, all of a sudden, the sound of a bell resonated through the church and a giant golden lion made of light materialized in front of Leo.

“Child, I heard your prayer. Allow me to touch your body, so that my blessings can flow through you.”

Leo’s eyes were closed, so he didn’t notice that everyone was looking towards him and the giant lion of light.

(Yes, you can touch me all you want, golden spirit coins! Gold coins are good in their own way, but if you can, please, give me a lot of golden bars!)

Spirits can’t read the minds of other people, the only things that they can read is your heart, and Leo’s heart was still pure, like that of a new born baby.

Leo’s body then was enveloped by a gentle, warm and blinding light. Everyone watching had to close their eyes, because the light was too strong.

(I’ll forever be your faithful servant, golden spirit of coins!)

Leo intended to pray to the golden spirit of coins, but the chant in itself wasn’t that different to the normal prayer offered to the Great Spirit of Light.

When the burst of light and the warm sensation finally faded, Leo opened his eyes, but the amount of people surrounding him was…… a bit frightening.
