The powers will be given like a number than Mortal Energy (ME)
Example : 10ME
And this is just physical strength, technic and devil fruit doesn"t count as each can be ranks highly or poorly.
Breaking through to Super Saiyan 1 : 10000 ME ( not sure yet might change)
Regular Human in One piece world : 10 ME
• Nami (East bleu):
Start ---> 40 ME
• Alvida (East Bleu):
Start ---> 50 ME
• Regular Pirates/Thugs (East Bleu) :
Start ---> 20-30 ME
• Luffy (East Blue) :
Start ---> 110 ME
• Coby (East Blue) :
Start ---> 11 ME
