"Yes, the preparations are done. You don"t need to come over. I have enough people to help take care of the baby and palace." Mua Mong then glanced over to his brother, "That lone wolf over there needs you more than me so you don"t have to worry about me."Elder Mae chuckled, "He certainly is more detached than you." She leaned down and gestured for Little Superglue to go to her, "Come, let"s go eat. Elder Mae Mae made food for you."
"Oh..." Little Superglue"s eyes sparkles at the word food. He looked up at his new uncle, "Uncle Mong Mong… Houa Houa go eat."
"Okay, go." Mua Mong replied as he helps put his nephew down onto the ground.
"Mae Mae, let"s go." Little Superglue held onto her hand and walked over to his father.
The ministers and their family kept turning around to catch a glimpse of the boy. Many were shocked to see a child version of Mua Kong. They speculate that the boy must be Hli Ja and his. But they also were confused as to why they haven"t seen the boy after all these years. Usually Royal Family always announced the birth of their child, but they haven"t heard anything about the boy. So, it must be true that Hli Ja ran away and probably gave birth during the time when she ran away. But she is not here today so it must mean that she isn"t back at Mua Kong"s palace? Or she is but she"s not coming out to greet anyone?
Pa Chee now has lost all of her appet.i.te, she couldn"t concentrate, she couldn"t eat or drink. She doesn"t know how this is possible. She clearly saw the inn went up in flame. There is no way Hli Ja could have survived the burning flames while being tied. No matter the amount of scenario she comes up with, it just doesn"t make sense to her. There shouldn"t be no evidence behind, Hli Ja was supposed to die along with her unborn child. But the child that is here today, looked like Mua Kong. The only thing she could think of was that the child might be from another woman and not Hli Ja. But that also doesn"t make sense too. Mua Kong has never gotten close to women or allow them to get close to him other than Hli Ja.
While her mind and heart are in disheveled, her father asked, "Pa Chee, why do you look so pale? Are you ill? You have to perform later, how can you perform looking like that? Should you go take a rest or should I summon the royal physician to check up on you?"
"Father… I… I"m just a little tired today." Pa Chee avoided her father"s making it looked like she was sad.
"Hm... Are you affected by the child Mua Kong brought today?"
"No father, such things never crossed my mind." Pa Chee replied solemnly. Almost everyman in power have more than one wife and so the children of the wives shouldn"t affect the women much.
"It doesn"t matter who gave birth to the boy. Win the boy and you win the man." Da Neng replied unaware of the real reason why her daughter looked so pale.
Pa Chee trembled, her voice shook as she replied, "Ye..Yes… father."
Little Superglue at this point is already back sitting on his father"s lap and feeding himself like a squirrel nibbling the corn away. His chubby cheeks jiggles as he chewed his food.
Because Mua Kong was not present for the first three years of his son"s life, now that his son made its way back to him, he has been spoiling his little man. Little Superglue has also become attached to his father quickly and loves to be spoiled. He enjoys sitting on his daddy"s laps and gets carry around sometimes.
"Daddy, why are there so many people?"
"They come to see the Royal Family." Mua Kong replied.
"Why?" Little Superglue asked curiously.
"Because it is not very often that the citizen gets to see the royal family." He explained.
"Uncle Pao Pao say daddy and Houa Houa are the royal family."
"Yes, uncle Pao Hua is right."
"And is mommy the royal family too?"
"Yes, mommy is too."
Little Superglue giggles happily unable to contain his happiness. He doesn"t know what the Royal Family is or its significant, but to know that mommy is in the same category as him and his father makes him quite happy.
