It"s been another month since the votation and up to now, Raven still couldn"t give his answer. Adding to the fact that he was also busy with his own tasks."Remember, you have to be careful out there. Listen carefully to Eureka and try not to wander too much. You were only to go there to get a chance to see it," Haruka instructed as she help Hikari with her clothes.
She was just four but due to her persistence she was allowed to have her first outing to the borders. She was adamant on going to the other kingdoms, but since she never got the chance to move to far, this is her trial travel.
"Yes, mother I will listen to sister carefully," Hikari happily said.
She was definitely excited. She was going to the eastern border this time.
The only down side was that, they could only send a few knights, not including one of the squad zero for they were too busy. A few more were sent to outside of western border, a few hundreds of meters away from the western border.
It was reported that a disturbance happened in there. Seeing as it was in the opposite side, they didn"t have much thought of it affecting the eastern border.
"Do you really think she would be safe?" Rino asked Hideyos.h.i.+ as he look from his own office.
They were watching Hikari and the others getting ready to get in their carriage.
"Indeed the past few days they were active. But we were able to tackle down those in the eastern border. You do know if we postpone this a little more longer, the princess would throw a tantrum," Hideyos.h.i.+ replied.
"Well it was just a few hours to the border anyway, they"ll be fine," Mamoru commented.
Rino nodded in agreement. Hikari barely request things from them, but if she does they must follow it or she would throw a tantrum by not speaking to any of them for as long as she wanted.
There was once when he couldn"t bring her to a horse ride and as a three year old child, she actually didn"t speak with him for a whole three months. She only did after he coaxed her to go horse riding with him and doing it the same day he said it.

"Are you excited, sister? We really are going to the borders," Hikari exclaimed as she swings her little legs.
Eureka smiled at her, "Why do I feel something bad would happen? I must be too anxious, it was also the first time I"m going out since my arrival."
After the tea party, she rarely saw Raven again. There was once when she went home only to see him leave. She tried greeting him but he just nodded towards her.
"Did I make him mad or something? It feels like he was avoiding me. No it was not just him, some of them as well," if she didn"t notice this then surely she would be a dumb girl.
"But I never got another glimpse somehow... Am I connected to them... After all?"
"...ter?"
"Sister?"
She returned to her senses upon hearing Hikari, calling for her.
"Oh, what is it princess?" she asked with a smile.
"Just wondering if you are okay, you seemed to be in a daze. Are you having another headache?" Hikari asked, remembering that time, the incident the day before her birthday.
"Please don"t worry, I was just thinking of something. I am completely fine."
The journey was peaceful, Hikari was so happy to look outside, she had seen so many sceneries that couldn"t be seen when inside the kingdom.
But just as they reached halfway of their journey. The two of them heard a commotion outside. Yet before they could ask, they felt lightheaded.
Eureka saw Hikari slump on the chair falling asleep. Without much thought she knew that they were attacked. She was about to fall asleep herself and watched as some people took Hikari.
She didn"t move, she knew if she moved now, both of them would surely be in danger. She was even amazed to herself how strong willed she was, she could even hold on until they have left.
But if this continues she would surely fall asleep and be unable to follow them. She had heard of course, about the rebels.
She pulled out a dagger and wounded her own arm. She did this to keep her awake, she knew they must have used sleeping powder that couldn"t be detected that easily.
Despite not having memories of her past, she was not that naive not to understand what was going on.
Upon coming out, all their escorts were fast asleep. She walked towards one and used her dagger to wound him. She did this a few times before she was finally able to wake him up. Causing the pain to defeat the sleeping powder in his system.
"Cover your mouth and nose," she was already doing the same.
"Wh- What happened?"
"We were ambushed, I need you to return to the kingdom this instant and call for help. I will go and follow their tracks leaving marks for you then to follow."
"But wouldn"t I be more suitable for that?" the knight actually still argued.
"If you are more suitable, you are the one who should be instructing me right now."
"You are an outsider who we don"t even know her background, how can I be sure that you are not a part of their group?"
Time was ticking and the longer they talk the farther those people will go.
Eureka placed her dagger right at his throat, "I wouldn"t have woken you up if I am a part of them. Just go, you can even tell them that I was a rebel, I don"t care. But the longer you delay, the more time we have wasted. So run now or I can run this dagger right in your throat?"
Somehow the knight felt like he must follow the person in front of him, especially since a dagger was already in his throat, he stood up and seeing that even the horses were unconscious he can only run back as fast as he can.
Eureka, on the other hand, run towards the forest where those rebels run to. The map she had seen in Raven"s home came to mind and somehow she was able to remember all the marks he had on it.
She knew quite a few distance from here there is a place where it was marked in the map. So following her instincts she followed the route towards it while also leaving some marks on the trees.
It may still be uncertain if she was following the right path but she could only rely on her instinct.
She was even more shocked at how nimble and fast she could actually move, as if she had been doing it for so long that what was going on now was a norm to her body.
"I must not think too much about it, I have to find the princess for now," she shook her head as she ignored the fact that she actually didn"t know her own body.
The only thing that she has on mind was to save Hikari, it doesn"t matter whether she could do it or not. She can just throw her life away in order to save Hikari.
"How far did they go? They were actually able to move so fast," she thought as she kept going following her instinct.
It was not until half an hour before she was able to catch up to them. And with their confidence they actually had the time to have lunch while Hikari was tied into a tree.
"That poor young child," she couldn"t help but think as she look at Hikari who was still asleep.
She decided to wait, it was not good to come out now for they were watching Hikari closely. She could only wait until they were already on their own worlds.
"To think it was that easy to abduct the princess," one of them said while laughing.
"It is because our brothers on the other side was good enough to attract the attention of most of their knights. They never would have thought that among their people would actually be our spy," the scarred man replied.
Eureka could tell that this man must be the leader of this group and she could tell that the glare from the wedding was the same as what this man exudes.
"In other words, they were actually waiting for this opportunity. How patient they were," she thought.
"But to think that there was a spy within the castle for this rebels, who could it be?"
As she thought back to everything, she remembered that there was one knight who was particularly interested with where the princess would be going. He would come up and greet them with a friendly vibe.
She never thought much about it but thinking back now, the conversations with that man would always end up to what are the plans with Hikari.
"That was careless of us."
