Chapter 153: If You Want to Fight, Then Let’s Fight!
“That’s strange. Why must your attacker be someone from the Ling family? Could it be that you did something to our Ling family, and thus you know that the Ling family’s people would want to take revenge?” sneered Ling Chuxi.
“There is definitely a reason for every outcome. Since you are so sure that someone from our Ling family did it, then why don’t you tell us your reason? Could it be that you have a guilty conscience because you are the one who attacked our second elder?”
Qin Nanfeng was shocked but very quickly shouted, “Bullsh*t!”
He was no longer bothered about his image as an expert. His arm was already crippled, there was no need to fake being kind.
“If you are so sure that it was someone from the Ling family who attacked you, what is the reason?” asked Ling Yuanlong, his face darkening. “Could it be as Chuxi said? That you were the one who attacked my second brother, and therefore thought that the person who attacked you last night was doing it for revenge?”
“Bullsh*t,” yelled Qin Nanfeng again. He seemed to lack vocabulary. He felt like things were not going well, yet all he could do was to keep irrationally kicking up a fuss. “Anyway, the person who attacked be last night was from the Ling family. I remember what she looks like. Let me search!”
Ling Chuxi laughed. “Let you search just because you say that you want to? If you can’t find the person, all the Qin family people here will have to kowtow in apology, then I’ll slit your throats. How about that?”
Hearing her words made Qin Linzhi so angry that his lungs were about to burst. “How dare you! Impudent brat!”
The fact that she was just a young maiden who still seemed to be wet behind the ears especially infuriated him. This was such a huge humiliation! He could no longer hold back and suddenly leapt up, pouncing towards Ling Chuxi with his palm aiming for her head.

Qin Nanfeng let out a yelp of surprise. “It’s you. It’s…” his voice halted, as if his throat was being strangled by someone.
He clearly saw the murderous intent in Ling Chuxi’s eyes… that appalling murderous intent that was like a thousand sharp swords! Seeing it, he couldn’t help but tremble.
The young maiden before him, wasn’t she the person from last night? They were similarly fierce and forceful, only their looks were different! It was the same person! It was her who attacked him last night! But at this moment, he did not have the courage to say those words!
