“No way. Don’t take it so seriously.”
“Really? A stranger may have come into your home without permission, right? I think that could be considered serious. Are you sure you’re all right?”
He could tell from Kusamakura’s straight forward words of concern that he had completely seen through his bluff. He lived alone, so he couldn’t be so scared. Telling himself that, his tense feelings suddenly relaxed. Tatsumi opened his mouth.
“&h.e.l.lip;&h.e.l.lip;yes, um, I’m all right. Really, nothing has actually happened. For now, just the location of things have changed.”
“The location of things&h.e.l.lip;&h.e.l.lip;?”
He responded with a dubious voice. Tatsumi lowered his head.
“I can’t say for certain that I’m not mistaken, but things have clearly moved to places I didn’t put them&h.e.l.lip;..but it may just be my imagination&h.e.l.lip;&h.e.l.lip;”
Becoming timid, Kusamakura replied to Tatsumi with a somewhat admonishing tone.
“I don’t think it’s just your imagination. You can’t dismiss every little thing. It would be bad if something was actually happening. It may even be a stalker.”
“Uuh&h.e.l.lip;&h.e.l.lip;right. That’s true.”
