It was already getting dark and Anju still hadn"t come back. Tia was standing in front of the village"s gate, impatiently waiting on him. "Where are you?" she asked even though n.o.body could hear her. The wind was getting stronger, warning them against the coming storm. She wanted to wait on him, even if it meant she had to wait all night. But she got interrupted by the village leader, who came to her. "He still hasn"t come back huh?" She shaked her head.

"I will go and look after him." The village"s leader put his hand on her shoulder.

"No. Going into forest at night is too dangerous. Wait till morning and we will all go look after him." he said.

"But what if he..." but he didn"t let her continue.

"You have to trust him. I"m sure he will be fine." he tried to calm her down.

"I guess you are right." She answered and looked in the distance for the last time. Then she turned around. "Shall we go now?" The leader smiled. They left together and headed into leader"s house, where Tia was going to spend the night.

He let her sleep in his daughter"s room because she had two beds inside. They immediately became friends and spent whole evening talking about everything. When Tia fell asleep, she had the weird dream again.

She was in the same castle like the last time, but in a different room. It was filled with books and weird items that were probably used by mages. There was the same girl she had already seen, the man called Derixus and one more man. He was older than others with grey beard. "Are you sure Derixus?"

"It"s the only way. She would be in danger." Derixus answered.

"I know but sending her alone in an unknown location..."

"She won"t be alone Dax. Ralg is with her." She showed him a weird amulet around her neck.

"I don"t like it Derixus. It"s too dangerous! What would our master say to this..."

"He is not here and Vail will arrive any second. You have to save her Dax." he sighed.

"Okay. I need a half an hour to prepare safe teleport into some small town." The door suddenly opened with a guard in them.

"Vail has arrived. What should we do?" Derixus gave him an order to take Vail into the throne room and then he looked at the girl.

"Remember what I told you. We will find you when things calm down here." she nodded. Then he looked at Dax. "You have to do it now!"

"But I don"t know where she will end!"

"Do it!" He sighed again and began casting some difficult spell. Derixus looked at the girl again. "Goodbye, Kana."

"Bye Derixus, stay safe." Dax finished the difficult spell. Blue light appeared around Kana, touching her body and making her levitate a little. Then she disappeared. Tia was shocked. *Is this how teleportation magic works?* she asked herself in her mind.

"If anything happens to her, master will skin us alive." said Dax with fear in his eyes.

"I know. But we have more important things to worry about now." Then they left the room. Tia followed them. They walked through the castle and arrived into the throne room. There was Vail sitting on the throne with his servants kneeling in front of him. Tia carefully looked at him. He looked young, he had long white hair which made a nice contrast with his black clothes. She couldn"t see his eyes color, but she could tell their were evil.

"If this isn"t my brother"s loyal dog. Well actually a parrot." he begun to laugh. Derixus spat on the ground.

"That throne belongs to the lord of this castle. You have no right to sit there, prince Vail." He smiled.

"I will forgive you your behavior. But speak with me like that one more time and I will cut off your tongue." he stood up. "My father is very upset because of my brother"s disappearence and that"s why he made me the lord of this castle... well at least until my brother shows up." Tia could see the shocked faces of Dax and Derixus. "Well and as the new lord of this castle I will ask you one simple question. Where is that human b.i.t.c.h that my brother keeps like a pet?"

"She is not here." answered Derixus. Now Tia could see the expression on Vail"s face. The angry expression.

"What do you mean by that?" but before he could answer one girl, who was kneeling in front of Vail, raised her head and started to speak.

"I"m sorry for disturbing you, prince, but I could feel the teleportation magic being used not so long ago."

"Is that so?" Vail said and looked at Dax. "Stand up." he did what he told him to do. "I guess it was you who teleported that human away? Am I right?"

"Yes, you are." Dax answered with fear in his voice. Vail sighed.

"Well then that changes everything." suddenly Vail appeared in front of the scared Dax. His fingers formed into claws. He stabbed Dax"s chest and pulled out his still beating heart. Dax was still looking at his own heart for a few seconds, but then his lifeless body fell on the ground next to Derixus, who was full of emotions. Vail threw away the heart and turned around to look at his servants. "Bring me that human girl, alive." he ordered them.

"Yes, prince." everyone answered and immediately left the room. Tia was terrified by what she just saw. Then everything begun to disappear.

She woke up in the leader"s daughter"s room. It was already an early morning. She got up, changed her clothes and headed out of the house. *I need to find Anju* she thought while going towards the gate. Her heart begun to beat faster when she noticed someone in the distance. She begun to run. "Anju!" she shouted. It was him! But he looked horribly. His clothes were damaged, there was blood on his chest and he looked so exhausted. She hugged him when she got to him. "Anju! I"m glad you are okay." he looked at her but it seemed like he didn"t recognize her.

"Kana? Is that you?" he said with the last strength he had. Then he fainted. Tia was shocked. *Kana? How does he know the girl from the dream?* Then a terrifying thought appeared in her mind. The thought she couldn"t get rid of since then. *Is Anju the master and the brother of Vail that everyone had been talking about?*
