"Wow, goodness gracious!" Josh burst out in amazement as his jaw dropped when he saw the grandeur of Keira"s mansion as soon as the gate opened and they headed towards the Chan"s Mansion.

"It"s their house here in the City right? I heard they have a lot of properties in other places too. Wow! Big Bro, you have really hit the jackpot. Beauty, brains and wealth! Oh I"m envious…" Josh exclaimed.

"Ouch!" Josh cried as her mom hit his head.

"You watch out your mouth in Keira"s house or I"ll hit you to pulp in front of everyone. And what do you mean by saying Zach hit the jackpot? Don"t you know how vast the land Zach already own in the province?" said Grandma Terry.

Josh scratched his head still looking in awe around the whole area. He could bet that the Mansion was built in at least 65-acre, it was huge and in the heart of the City so this alone was much more expensive compared to what his Big Bro"s land in the province would be.

"I actually searched about it and found out that the Chan"s Mansion has twenty nine bedrooms, thirty nine bathrooms, a basketball court, bowling alley, squash courts, tennis courts and three swimming pools and a ma.s.sive 91-foot dining room." Rizie blurted out suddenly that made Josh almost drool with the info.

"Indeed Bro is very lucky." mused Josh and Grandma Terri could sense his bewitched mind so she commented, "Well, she"s the one lucky here because there"s no one else like Zach in the world. He is the best grandson, best son and will definitely be the best husband. Well, he sure will be the best son-in-law and of course he shall be the best father to his children and such a good father will definitely be an out of the world grandfather and great grandfather…"

"Geez Grandma. How about me then?" said Josh scratching his head. "Well you can be the best little brother if you simply keep your mouth shut."

Sheila on the other hand was feeling nervous and her mother had noticed it. "Relax, the Chan family is a good one and I can tell this by the way they have raised their daughter. Your hands are cold, you are too nervous. Don"t be nervous and scared." Grandma Terri whispered as Zach"s car stopped at the entrance of the Mansion.Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click www.webnovel.com for visiting.

Her daughter already had a trauma meeting rich families like this. She heard Sheila exhale loudly and smile at her, "I"m alright Ma. Let"s go and meet Keira"s parents."

Sheila had heard how good the Field Marshall was. He was often in the news and was loved by the people because he managed the mobility of Military very well, in their country. She had also heard from the news that many political parties were trying to convince the Field Marshal to run into politics but the latter strongly refused.

She looked at Zach who smiled widely upon seeing Keira outside the main door waiting for them. She had never seen his son as happy as this before. He was often serious or quiet, this obvious expression of happiness on his face was only seen when he was with Keira.

With Keira alongside, he was relaxed. He would always smile and laugh too.

As soon as they were out of the car, the smiling face of who she presumed was Keira"s mom greeted them warmly.

Keira and Zach introduced their mothers to each other. Mrs. Chan hugged Sheila, Grandma Terri, Lyra and Rizie.

"Welcome to our home. Please feel at home. Come this way, let"s go and sit in the garden and have our dinner there. Later we will sit inside for a cup of after meal tea or coffee. I"m sure you all must be tired after your journey to the city, and it"s already time for dinner.. Come to the garden and let"s start with the first course of dinner there. I was really excited to meet Zach"s family, and especially to meet the great mother who gave birth to such an exceptional soldier with such high morals. I haven"t prepared a lot of things but I hope you all will like whatever is there," Mrs. Chan excitedly said as she gestured the rest to follow her.

Keira smiled at Zach while the latter held her waist to give her a warm hug and a kiss.

"A few hours felt like a few days without her."

"You two lovebirds… Enough with the lovey dovey and come here…" Field Marshal Chan commented in jest when he turned around and noticed that Zach and Keira had not moved yet from the door and were kissing and hugging each other.

Grandpa Shen laughed and commented, "I guess we won"t have to wait long for little Keira and Zach to be around us."

The rest laughed as they proceeded to head towards the garden. Keira blushed hard while Zach held her close with his arm around her shoulders as they walked then he whispered teasingly, "I think marking your mansion also will be a good idea wifey."

Keira chuckled as she replied, "Oh this would take weeks to complete hubby."

"Do you wanna bet how long will it take me? It won"t be even a week for me if you cooperate with me." whispered Zach.

Keira"s face flushed and she arched a brow as she poked her husband and commented, "What the heck hubby! How come you became so naughty suddenly?"

"Hmm, I"m surprised too but, but I guess I am infected by you! Moreover. I can"t help my desires whenever I"m with you," said Zach as he pinched Keira"s nose and planted a kiss on her head.

"By the way, I"m excited to see your room. Aren"t you going to show it to me after dinner? Let"s sneak out for a while, while the elders have a talk..." added Zach who was obviously teasing Keira.

"Stop teasing me already hubby," Keira murmured as they reached garden.

Zach pouted his lips as he murmured complaining,"But I"m serious though. I never joke around…"

Keira grinned and bit Zach"s arm. True enough, Zach"s jokes were often not a joke… Her face flushed thinking how her hubby"s tease often ended up in action.

The dinner went well and Zach"s family enjoyed every dish, from soups to starters to the main course and desserts... everything.

Sheila could feel the sincerity in Keira"s parents without a hint of haughtiness or overbearing att.i.tude, she was really happy to meet such nice people and be relatives with them. She tried to hide her misty eyes that teared because of too much joy. She was so grateful to G.o.d for all this to happen, and finally her remaining apprehension totally disappeared.

Mrs. Chan excitedly discussed the wedding preparations for the formal ceremony. Grandma Terri was too active also to give her suggestions.

"Look at those women, when it comes to preparing for the wedding no one can disturb them." commented Grandpa Shen who was having a drink with the Field Marshal Chan.

"Yes… Women are complicated when such things are concerned." said Field Marshal Chan laughing and shook his head when he noticed Keira and Zach were sneaking inside the Mansion.

"Look at those two love birds… Couldn"t even wait for the night to end…" he couldn"t help but comment that made Grandpa Shen laugh.
