Zach toured Keira inside the house."So, there is only one guest room on this floor?" Keira asked because the third floor was occupied only by Zach.
Zach laughed…"I actually didn"t want to put an extra room on this floor since I wanted my privacy, but all of them insisted on it, and now, I think I know why."
Keira flushed, realizing as to why the only guest room was beside Zach"s room.
Then she mumbled, "I can sleep in the same room with you, you know to save electricity."
Zach laughed hearing it. He patted Keira"s head and said, "They know me too well."
"But we have already slept together," she wanted to say but bit her lip instead because, after that night, Zach told her not to do that again.
After the tour inside the house, they walked hand in hand, and Zach led her to a nice spot where they could watch the sunset.
Both of them sat on a bench as they looked at the sun that was about to disappear from the horizon.
"Which is my favorite fruit?" suddenly Keira asked as she laid her head at Zach"s shoulder.
"Grapes and mango," Zach answered.
Keira smiled feeling happy that, so far, Zach could answer her every question about the things that she had written in her letters.
After a while, Zach brought Keira inside the barn to meet his horse, Duke.
"Do you want to ride a horse?" Zach asked.
Keira smiled and shook her head.
"Are you going to teach me?" asked Keira excitedly.
"Yeah, tomorrow I"ll tour you with Duke and I can teach you then," answered Zach.
Keira was chuckling inwardly; the truth was that she knew how to ride a horse because it was one of her past time sports activities.
She would love the feeling of Zach"s arms on her body, as they rode Duke. She wanted to see how Zach would teach her. She was grinning inside at the thought of a good prank she was going to prepare for her boyfriend tomorrow.
--------------------------------
"Hold on a second…" Keira thought suddenly as she watched Zach brush Duke"s hair.
Because at that moment, she recalled that she had already mentioned in a letter that she loved horseback riding and she liked the feeling of a fast ride.
"What is this? Did he forget about it?" She mused a bit disappointed because Zach seemed to have forgotten that detail.
"Why are you staring at me with that deathly glare?" asked Zach chortling.
Keira was startled and said, "How did you know that it"s a deathly glare?"
"Then what is that glare?" Zach asked as if he was was.h.i.+ng his hands of the matter.
Keira twitched her mouth and said, "I should think of a punishment if you answer wrong to my question."
Zach arched an eyebrow and said, "Fair enough, but I don"t think that"s needed."
"Well, it"s needed because you"ve missed something," Keira mumbled.
"Hmm, you mean the thing that you can ride a horse? I did not miss it, that"s why I asked you if you want to ride a horse..." said Zach simply.
Keira stared at him a bit confused, so Zach added, "But you asked if I"m going to teach you, so I thought, you want me to teach you. Though I don"t see the logic, I agreed to teach you."
Keira choked on her saliva…
Zach laughed as he walked towards her and said, "I want to serve my falling star with all my might, so if you say you want this or you want that, then your wish is my command. I will not question you as long as you are not doing harm to yourself or to others…"
"What is this? Why do I feel that you"ve been pampering me too much?" Keira asked suspiciously.
"Hmm, you don"t want me to? Well, I also think I"ve been easy on you lately. Maybe, I should tone down a bit?" asked Zach as he looked at Keira teasingly.
"NO! It"s better when you"re always tuned up! If I have my shortcomings, then you must remain like this, okay?" Keira answered quickly as she bit her lip.
"Alright, actually, I wanted to say earlier that I remember you can ride a horse, but I get curious about why you said that you want me to teach you…" murmured Zach as he enclosed his arms on Keira"s waist.
Keira"s face became deep crimson red, as she muttered shyly, "Ahm, I wanted to ride a horse with you hugging me, I mean, us together on one horse. I thought, if I told you, you"ll give me a separate horse to ride on my own."
Zach laughed as he touched Keira nose to nose.
"You can say it to me directly like "General, let"s ride Duke together,"" said Zach who"s gaze never left Keira"s blus.h.i.+ng face.
His hand gently touched that beautiful face, as he tilted it so he could give Keira a kiss.
From a distance, Grandma Terry was watching the two as she whispered to her husband, "Do you think we can have a grandchild soon? I told you, we should have said that all the guest rooms are not available, and make those two stay in one room."
"Nah, you don"t need to say excuses like that. You know how conservative Zach is… He will never take advantage of her, even if they stay in one room. He said he will only do it once he"s married. Did he ever break his word?" answered confidently by Grandpa Shen.
"Huh? Is you grandson a saint? With matters like that? Only a saint can have that much control, besides, look at his eyes? I bet he will not last long…" said Grandma in conviction.
"Wait, how can you see his eyes from this distance? You don"t wear your gla.s.ses!" exclaimed Grandpa Shen.
Grandma Terry"s mouth pursed as she said, "You! It"s a good thing that all my grandchildren got their wits from me! Goodness... Of course, I saw Zach"s eyes when Keira was with him at lunch… It"s the same look. He gives that look only to Keira."
"What look? You mean he looks at Keira with l.u.s.t? I did not notice that." Grandpa Shen commented subconsciously, as he tried to look at Zach"s eyes from their distance.
"Tsk," Grandma Terry hissed, as her face crumpled…
"Shen, my dear husband… It"s not l.u.s.t! You dummy!" she said irritably.Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click for visiting.
"Then what is it?" asked Grandpa Shen a bit confused.
Grandma Terry covered her face with her palm as she shook her head.
Then with her weary face, she looked at her husband and say, "What else could it be? Of course, Zach"s eyes reflect love and desire!!!"
