"Here, that"s fifty gold Cilliacs," Eira said, handing Rick a black pouch.Rick opened the pouch to see a bunch of yellow metal the size of dollar coins lined inside. He quickly counted the coins and once satisfied tucked it inside his inner jacket.

"The rest of your money is in this Celestial Card. It"s worth two hundred gold Cilliacs which you can convert into coins whenever you need it."
Rick took the Celestial Card and inspected it.
The Celestial Card was nothing more than a useless credit card of the old. But Rick"s eyes were immediately drawn to the two hundred inscribed on it along with the black trident symbol of the Celestial Devotees.
"I doubt I will be able to copy it," Rick realized that the writing contained the runes which allowed the Celestial Devotees from making sure it is not counterfeited.
The Celestial Devotees were really efficient in organizing the Library Settlement in such a short time.
"Thanks, its better if I have fewer coins on me," Rick smiled, impressed with the amount of thought Eira put to take care of his convenience.
"I am leaving," Eira said. He left with the golem core right after handing him the money, taking the golem core with him.
Finally alone, Rick gave Azer a slick smile and stared at him.
"d.a.m.n you Eira," Azer mumbled, reaching into the top drawer of his study.
After a moment of concentrated calculation, he handed Rick his other two hundred and fifty gold Cilliacs.
Rick swiftly took the money off the desk and after counting it, placed it securely with the rest in his breast pocket.
He had a total of five hundred gold Cilliacs with him now!
From being penniless, he was definitely one of the richest in the Library Settlement. After all, even the most expensive artifact being sold in the Library Market was less than fifteen gold Cilliacs.
"Mr. Kir, why don"t you come to join us Celestial Devotees," Azer finally asked. After spending so much of his personal wealth, he was unwilling to just let the golem-creator leave without at least trying once.
"It must be hard to collect all the resources for making golems on your own. Besides, you have to be constantly on guard from others," Azer added.
"Are you threatening me?" Rick"s smile disappeared from his face.
"Of course not. The Celestial Devotees would never hurt an ally with the potential such as yours. I was just stating a fact," Azer said.
"Then let me tell you a fact. No one else can supply you with golems. Not even those Eira has tasked with finding out how I made them," Rick smirked, letting out a bait.
Azer fell silent for a moment.
"Then perhaps you may have other golems you could sell?" Azer finally spoke.
"Well I don"t have any more with me now," Rick replied sitting back on his chair. "But if you want to buy them, I could spend some time and make them."
"Of course we will buy them," Azer agreed.
"I can sell the Golem Control Artifact as well. "For a price of course," Rick added referring to the Ghostvine leaf. "The golem cannot work without that after all."
"Yes, we will need those too," Azer spoke through his teeth.
"He has Dale as well," Azer recalled, giving up all thoughts of ambush. "He planned this well".
"Oh ya, take this," Rick said. He handed Azer a Word-Transmission Scroll to Azer.
Rick explained Azer how the word communication quickly "You can write down what youwant and how many and I will get the message. Like this."
"How did he make all this,"Azer wondered, staring at the talisman in his hand. He nodded his head and put the Word-Transmission Scroll away.
With everything done, Rick stood up from the chair, ready to leave.
"Mr. Kir, if you need anything you can definitely find them here," Azer said. He did not want to lose the golden egg laying goose before raising one of his own.
"Oh ya, do you have any beast cores?" Rick asked. He did not want to roam around looking for cores if he could get them from Azer.
"Of course, please wait for a few minutes," Azer replied.
Rick sat back down. Around half an hour later the door opened and a guard entered with a bag with him.
"How many do you want Mr. Kir," Azer asked taking the bag from the guard.
"Well I will take all you have," Rick replied. He was surprised at how quickly the beast-cores were arranged.
"I have fifty cores here. Ten gold coins a piece comes up to five hundred gold coins." Azer smirked.
"He was bound to figure out," Rick realized. The beast cores which were practically useless, Azer was now asking ten gold coins for it. If he agreed, Rick would be broke again.
"You want to play that game do you?" Rick asked, already expected this to happen.
"What do you mean?" Azer feigned ignorance.
"Then so be it, I will find them on my own. And all the best getting other golems," Rick spoke and started walking away.
"I was kidding of course. Here, you can just take them," Azer stopped Rick and tossed the bag over.
Rick grabbed the bag without any hesitation. Tossing a gold coin he said, "I do not accept free meals."
Rick quickly opened the door and walked out.
---
Outside, the sky was already dark.
"Should I head back to the Library immediately?" Rick wondered.
He could go right away, but he was afraid that it would raise eyebrows. He was sure that he was definitely being followed by the Devotees.

"I am definitely becoming better at convincing people," Rick smiled. "The Library it is then".
Under the surveillance of eyes in the dark, Mr. Kir walked into the Library.
----
"It"s hard work to pretend to be someone else," Rick mumbled taking the mask off from his face.
"Young Master," Rick heard a call.
He looked up to see three of the Kings kneeling before him.
"Where is Aaymon?" Rick asked. He could not find the chatty King of the East.
"Apologies Young Master," Gaap, the King of the West spoke up.
"After we were done hunting the Flame Fiend, Gaap had to leave to manage his Kingdom," Corson the King of the East replied. "The Uragas are making movements towards his territory again."
"Don"t embroil me with the troubles of h.e.l.l," Rick thought.
"Does he need any help?" Rick asked.
"He can take care of it, Young Master," Corson replied.
"Hmm. But if he needs any help, you are to go help them," Rick instructed.
"Yes, Young Master." The three spoke simultaneously.
"And where is the Fire Fiend?" he asked.
"It"s here," Zinmar extended the arm and presented him with a ring resting on his palm.
Rick grabbed the ring before heading off to the Private Study without another word.

Rick looked at the golden ring in his hand.
"Storage Ring, heard of that before," Rick thought and walked into the Private Study.
