Two weeks have pa.s.sed since the infamous incident, I now only refer to as the "thriller in the million dollar apartment" or just "TMDA" for short.

The past few days have flown by like a blur. It turns out that running at soon to be billion dollar industry while simultaneously going to school and studying singing and acting at the same time. Leaves not much time for anything else. Who knew?

Thankfully Jaeb.u.m and the girls have tighter lips than me. And no rumors of Irene and I dating have been spread around school.

Interestingly enough though, I received my first ever confession from a cute junior this past Friday.

*Flashback*

It"s early morning, and I have just entered the school grounds. As it is just after dawn, the cool of night hasn"t completely dissipated.

Evidence of this can be seen, from the light cloud of air which I can see from my breath.

This scientific process is called condensation. See when you exhale and it"s cold outside, the water vapor in your breath condenses into lots of tiny droplets of liquid water and ice (solid water) that you can see in the air as a cloud, similar to fog.

I feel like a mythical dragon every time it appears at my will. Childish thinking I know but it puts a serene smile on my face.

While I enter the cla.s.sroom, I notice it is relatively empty as only a few students are currently here. None of who are people I am in regular contact with, I still offer my greetings though as my opening of the door has caused them to turn my way. After the slight disruption, they continue with whatever conversation they were engaged in before I came.

I head to my seat and after putting my bag down on top of my desk. I sit down and reach underneath my desk in an attempt to feel for my maths textbook which I had forgotten yesterday. The reason I"ve come in early in the first place anyway is to finish the homework I couldn"t do.

As expected my book is there but contrary to my expectations it is not the only thing I find. I lift the unidentified object, freeing it from the enclosed s.p.a.ce and finally recognize the item. It is a cute pink envelope with my name on written on the front in blank ink.

I decide to open it immediately being ever so careful not to ruin it. I reach in and take out the letter

inside.

"Dear Dylan

My name is Esther Kim I"m a second year and I don"t think you even know me.

There"s been something heavy on my mind and heart recently, which I"ve finally decided to reveal to you. You are absolutely and simply, unlike any guy I"ve ever met in all of my years in living, just as much as these feelings are completely unlike any other feeling that I"ve felt for anyone before.

At my birthday, my friend and I joked and talked about our ideal type of guy. When I first saw you, it was almost scary to be honest. You fit the description almost exactly. I admit that I was interested in your looks, at first. I am extremely sincere and have been watching you for a while now and would really like to know alot more about you.

I am afraid of my inability to contain my feelings - feelings that are perhaps, not mutual. Therefore I am confessing to you and giving you my heart through this letter.

I will be waiting at the rooftop after school for your reply.

Regards

Esther"

Giving the letter a once over, I can"t help but admire her penmans.h.i.+p. She must have put a lot of effort into this I think.

Unbeknown to me however Jaeb.u.m has made his way inside and signaled to the others not to say a say a word. He approaches me silently and see"s me reading something intensely.

Nearly giving me a heart-attack he grabs me from behind suddenly and I lose control of my limbs for a couple seconds. I loud shriek escapes from my mouth which catches the attention of the others in the room.

"This is so embarra.s.sing!"

Jaeb.u.m justs laughs and nudges me. Ignoring my p.i.s.sed of look and says,

"Mornings. What you got there?... dypa"
