It really was something special waking up next to her warm, softly breathing husband. Zylvia nuzzled deeper into his arms, not willing to get up. Laziness prevailed in her bones, settling deep and making her only want to snuggle and hold the man she loved so deeply it made her heart ache. She rolled so that she could more easily place her hand over his heart and marvel at the feel of it beating under her fingers. It was such a steady beat – and comforting. A wondrous smile blossomed on her lips as she thought of the fact that this heart of his was hers, that he loved her.
She felt the pulsing beat under her fingers speed up a few seconds before she felt his fingers moving through her hair. Kaldrek had woken up and had immediately started playing with her hair. Zylvia"s eyes widened at the realization that this had become normal to her. Her husband had an attachment to her hair that she found hard to understand. She liked it though.
She smiled softly and then pushed herself up against him so she could kiss his lips. He wrapped an arm around her waist as the hand that was already in her hair cradled her head. The kiss swiftly deepened as he asked for entrance with his tongue.
She could feel his heartbeat quickening as their tongues danced together. She loved starting her days off so sweetly, in his arms basking in his love.
She would never be able to say no to him. He was her husband and she loved him. Nothing was wrong with giving him whatever he asked her for, and while she might be shy, they had already become lovers so she might as well continue giving him as much love as she had to give.
"I absolutely love your kisses, Zylv my love," Kaldrek buried his face in her hair as he trailed kisses against her ear. She relaxed in his embrace, her bones feeling like lead.
She really had been feeling drained the last few days. Still, if it was for him than she could perk up. Besides she was not just feeling drained but she also kept feeling this urge to cuddle him and hold him tight. Maybe she was clingy but she had loved this man for several years and it had only been almost a month since they had finally become sweethearts.
As such she figured she was allowed a certain level of clinginess for a while. Besides, Kaldrek did not seem to mind. And it really only affected him so if he did not mind the clinginess than no one else had the right to.
She nestled closer to him as he resumed his playing with her hair, continuing to speak as he did so, "I mean, I love everything about you but there is something special about being the only person able to get something from you, and your kisses fall into that…" the next part came out barely in a mumble, "Not to mention, they feel great."
Zylvia giggled, "Yeah, my lord. I could say the same about how I feel."
She knew without looking that he had a huge grin on his face. She loved that she had a sweet power over this man. And the slight signs of him being slightly possessive of her did not faze her at all. It was not too strong that it was scary but instead gave a comforting sense of how much he adored her.
After a few more minutes, he detangled himself from her and got up. When she pouted at him, he kissed her lips making it impossible for her to pout as she could not keep the smile off her face.
She shook her head at him as she watched him get dressed. Then her eyes widened as he walked back over carrying one of her dresses. She felt her cheeks heat up as he carefully started dolling her up. It did not help that he touched her way more than necessary.
He held her in his arms again as he meditated and she found herself smiling. This had become routine for them. As was the kiss he gave her when he finished. It was a sweet routine and one she loved.
He pulled her up and tugged her out of the door. She b.u.mped her shoulder to his as she moved past him, half dragging him to where food was. She felt famished.
She could hear him chuckling at her but did not really mind. The way his eyes were gentle as he looked at her really made her feel unable to actually get upset at him. Besides if he made fun of her eating than she could always use her bloodline as an excuse.
