It works… But I still can"t honestly recommend it.

STR 25, VIT + Physical Strengthening Lv = 30
This allows you to learn the【Heavy Armour】skill.
It lets you wear chainmail and other heavy types of armour.
It"s essential for heavy plate armour too.
But I think this game really favours mobility.
Too much armour and it"ll start restricting your movement.
