"Be careful! We don"t know what kind of dangers will be present in here..."

.....

Even though Shiv was a little concerned about Aditya"s true ident.i.ty, he never doubted him. Aditya was a very loyal friend and subordinate to him.

Shiv met him when he was very young. The big mystery is Aditya"s age... He was already an full grown adult when he first met the 8 year old Shiv.

Though Shiv grew up to be a young man, Aditya never aged! He looked exactly like his 28 year old self.

Shiv was always curious about it. But whenever he questioned him regarding that, Aditya will just give him a harmless smirk, "I will tell you when the time is right..."

Many false rumors about Aditya started spreading, but all those times Shiv would silence the people who raised any questions about Aditya.

No matter how many years may pa.s.s, Aditya had never once told the truth to him. There was also a time when Shiv was concerned that he could be a devil in the human skin. But, he was too good to be one.

He was kind, playful and lively. He saved the lives of many people. No matter what, he firmly stuck by Shiv"s side and supported him in everything he did. Even when all the people isolated him and called him a monster due to his uniqueness, Aditya alone stayed by his side without any obligation to do so.

Aditya"s small gesture of kindness meant a lot to him.

...

Shiv believed him to a degree that he will not do anything that could harm him in any manner. Though there was nothing to support his trust on him, the years he spent with him was enough for Shiv to trust him as his one true friend.

Ira on the other hand was equally curious as Shiv. Realising the oddity of his words, Ira was a little hesitant to move forward. But seeing Shiv not being doubtful about him made her rethink her decision.

"If Shiv trusts him so much, then he can"t be that bad... After all, I believe in Shiv!" Ira made up her resolve and started following them closely behind.

The castle was so huge. It was covered in vines and creepers. The gate on the castle wall was so big and even rusted. It looked very old. But to their surprise, the gates were opened automatically as if they were invited to come in.

"Will the gates be closed like in the horror movies that I have seen?"

But to her surprise the gates remained open but the scenery outside started to fade until there was complete nothingness. The place outside the old castle was pitch black.

The castle looked as if it was haunted. The air was still with no room for ventilation. Everything inside looked a few hundred years old.

"Welcome to the castle of Amora!" A loud voice suddenly echoed with the whole building, sending shivers to her spine. Ira stiffened as she held Shiv"s hand tightly.

"Something is weird... I couldn"t sense his presence just now!" Ira was baffled to know there was someone apart from them in that place. Shiv was equally surprised as her, as he also couldn"t sense his presence. Even though they were not able to see the man clearly as his face was hidden in the dark, Aditya looked like he had just met his long lost enemy.

"Is that how you look at your friend, Aditya?" With a devilish smirk, the man showed himself to them as he stepped out of the dark as his voice continued to be echoed in the huge building.

Ira was a little surprised to see that man as he was wearing the clothing from her time.

"It is probably him that came from the future like me..." Ira slowly whispered to them. Shiv"s eyes were glued on that man. He wanted to know, how he knew Aditya.

"So now, you even go to the future to kill people? You haven"t changed a bit, you vicious snake!" Aditya glared at him with his blood shot eyes making both Shiv and Ira a little worried.

"Snake? Oh! It"s been a long time since people have called me by that name! As expected, it was good to meet you again. Hahaha!"

Shiv finally gave into his curiosity and asked him, "Do you know that man?"

Aditya didn"t respond immediately, he just stood there like a stone cold statue as he continued to glare at that man.

"Just like he said... We were once friends. But he betrayed my trust and broke our friendship. Right now, he is nothing but a despicable rotting b.a.s.t.a.r.d that can never die!"

"Does he mean something like a zombie? How is that possible? Can a zombie have sense? But wait I don"t think this guy does..." Ira was just lost on her own thoughts.

"Have you finished badmouthing me, my friend? I will be waiting for you somewhere in this huge castle. If you want to save those missing people you must fight me. But before that, you must go past him. "

He stopped mid-way as he turned around to look at Ira.

"I forgot to tell you miss, it was indeed me who killed you dad and that old man. If you can"t stop me here, I will go after the lives of the rest of your family. Well, good luck!" He mocked Ira right on her face as he simply turned around and took his leave.

Ira was shivering from anger the moment he let her in on the truth behind her dad"s and grampa"s death. She was so angry that even if tearing him into a thousand pieces will not be enough to satisfy her.

Her blue eyes suddenly glowed as the wind bl.u.s.tered onto that man as it sliced his arm off with a huge sound.

"OHH!! Not bad kid! But unfortunately no one can kill me. HAHAHA!" His vile laughter echoed. He simply bent down and took his chopped arm and placed it on its original place. The moment he placed it, the arm got attached by itself which completely grossed her out.

Shiv was surprised to see him do that as well. But he was more concerned about Ira. He gently held her hand.

"Ira, calm down. We are not sure what he is exactly. We can strike when the time is right."

Shiv"s words had magical effect on Ira. She immediately became calm on the outside. But she was still burning with anger.

"This time, I swear, I will not allow him to touch my family." Her eyes looked so sharp as a great general on the battlefield. Shiv couldn"t find the correct words to console her.
