It was a new day. A piece of news spread like a shockwave throughout the city.

The Primo family was releasing a method to become stronger without the use of monster food! On top of that, this method could be used by those without an ability as well.

This method was naturally the incomplete [Great Human Method] handed to Winter by Shadow.

A long line of people extended out from the Primo Corp. HQ. People were in queue waiting for their chance to learn this great technique!

The atmosphere was bustling. The people in line were excited beyond belief. The leaves moved with the wind. The people could smell the blooming flowers around them. Spring meant new life. They could not help but think that the heavens had pitied them, giving them a new leash on life with this opportunity.

If this method was really as what was described, humans would not have to fear monsters so much anymore. Regular humans could become stronger and not become as reliant on [Users].

The first wave of people entered the Primo Corp. HQ excitedly. The building of the HQ was huge, as one would expect from such a huge corporation. The number of floors were not so much but that was compensated by the huge amount of the estate that this building took up. There was the parking lot that was no longer filled with cars. The people were lined up around the parking lot.

There was the employee resting area, the employee cafeteria, the first working area, the second working area, the reception. In short, it was a huge area.

A group of scientists were explaining their findings behind the [Great Human Method]. These were scientists employed by the Primo Corp. They were instructed to a.n.a.lyze the mysteries behind this method. In the end, they could only hang their head in shame at the genius behind this concept.

After a brief explanation by these men, the first wave of people were handed an instructional manual. Even though they expected the technique to work, they were still surprised beyond belief to see it actually working on themselves.

The first wave did not stay inside for long. When they came outside, they excitedly reported what they saw inside and smugly showed off their pamphlets with the t.i.tle, [Great Human Method].

Today was the day that would mark the beginning of a new era. Today was the day where survivors could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. So what if they couldn"t awaken an ability? They had this method to become stronger now!

Meanwhile, Shadow observed the line on top of a building.

He was naturally aware of what Winter did. The image of Winter being a great man was further reinforced into his mind. He did not mind that Winter spread the [Great Human Method] to this scale.

After all, he was not the one who painstakingly researched it. Rather, it was the lifetime work on his nemesis. He was more than glad to see it spread it around without the consent of the creator whom he hated so much. On top of that, the method that he handed to Winter was not complete. Without the other half that was in his hands, the method couldn"t work at full efficiency.

Now that he was almost fully recuperated, the first thing on his mind was revenge! To do that he must increase his strength. And for that, he already had a plan in mind.

He jumped off the building he was standing on and within a few seconds, he had already left the city. His destination was the unconquered dungeon, the [Suppression Tomb]!

He heard about this dungeon from Winter. Right away, he knew that this was the place to go in order to get stronger. His body ripped through the gra.s.s and arrived at the rocky terrain that housed the dungeon in no time.

[Werewolf Transformation]!

Shadow"s body began to bulk up and hair began to grow. His arms elongated until it almost reached the ground. He placed his paws on the ground and began to run in all four into the dungeon. A bloodthirsty grin was on his wolfish face. He couldn"t wait to get revenge!

While Shadow was busy running around in the dungeon, thinking he had ruined the lifetime work of Sirius, the man was celebrating with his group of scientists.

"Chief, our test subject is a little dumber than we thought," A man whispered to Sirius.

Sirius laughed and said, "Hey! Don"t say that… It"s not his fault he became this way…"

"How can he not realize that we let him escape on purpose?" Another man sighed.

"Our plans are going better than we thought. I never thought he could spread this [Great Human Method] so quickly. Sometimes it"s a curse to be a genius," Sirius sighed and lamented at his genius.

"Hahaha! As expected of chief! With this we so many live test subjects that don"t even know that they"re test subjects!"

Sirius nodded and looked out the window, "Although… it"s slightly unfortunate that he only handed out half of this method for these people to use, it"s more than enough. He"s not too dumb actually. These people will get hooked on at their first taste of cultivating their own power that they want more. When they want more power, Shadow will probably tempt them with the second half to recruit them. After that…"

"They"re going to come besiege us but we can just capture them all and use them as test subjects!" A man realized where Sirius is going with his words.

"Chief"s genius goes beyond what we can imagine!" A female stood up and praised.

With this, Sirius"s entire crew started clapping.

"Of course, after all, I am a genius," Sirius laughed.
