Dreaming Blade and Battousai"s expression turned sour upon the arrival of Udil. It"s one thing to have the b.a.l.l.s to call out your enemy and another to actually face them.
"Hey!" Udil casually greeted the two Demon Samurais as he stood beside his best friend, Osho.
Surprisingly, Dreaming Blade and Battousai did not immediately go to an offensive, unlike their two previous matches.
"Aren"t you tired yet?" Udil asked with sincere concern.
"Why do you care? You"ve already taken a lot of our time. Let"s start the battle!" Battousai impatiently snapped.
"Woah. Relax. You"ll get your second-nah...third death." Al teased as he flashed his three right fingers toward Battousai. His eyes were playful.
"You-!" Battousai was just about to lunge when Dreaming Blade stopped him.
"I appreciate your concern. Don"t worry. The previous two matches did not cause any stress on our end." Dreaming Blade responded.
"Ehem!" The four spectators on the bleachers coughed upon hearing the statement of Dreaming Blade.
"Good. You still remember the deal, right? You"ll teach me that disappearing technique, once we...I. Yes! Once, I beat you? I mean...do the two of you really intend to fight my best friend and me? To be honest, I alone am already enough to kill the two of you. Remember?" Al boasted; his eyes were still playful.
Dreaming Blade kept on restraining Battousai with his right hand. "Haha. Of course, of course. We keep our words. Yes. We"ll take on the two of you."
"Cool. And if the two of you happened to defeat us. What"s in it for you both?" Al wondered.
"Pleasure." Dreaming Blade nonchalantly answered.
"Wow. Great! Let"s-", Al was just about to finish his sentence when Dreaming Blade suddenly interjected.
"Before I forget. We have one condition." Dreaming Blade interrupted.
"Let"s...yeah. Great. What"s your condition?" Al was just about to say that they could start the match before he was cut off by Dreaming Blade.
"A change of map." Dreaming Blade"s grin was wicked as he proposed.
"Oh. I thought that the two of you wanted a direct confrontation?" Al was perplexed as he surveyed the arena.
"Nah. Special opponents deserve special places. So, can you hand me the control over the Battle Arena?" Dreaming Blade reasoned.
"Just say the map, and I"ll change it." Osho finally spoke.
"Okay. Bamboo Grove." Dreaming Blade shrugged his shoulders as he suggested the map of his choice.
Osho"s expression immediately turned grim. "These two are really cunning." He muttered to himself.
However, he quickly smirked as he dragged the interface of the Battle Arena towards his screen. With a flick, the circular arena started to expand as emerald stalks suddenly sprouted at blinding speed from the cobblestone ground.
Meanwhile, the four players inside the den were dragged by an invisible force. The duos were quickly pulled in the opposite direction of each other. In addition, many bamboos started to obscure their line of sight.
In just a few seconds, the map had totally changed.
On the other hand, a blue semi-transparent barrier separated the spectators from the combatants. The chat and voice option in the Custom Room for the audience suddenly could not be accessed. This was to avoid third party disclosures that may affect the match.
Dreaming Blade & Battousai versus Udil & Osho!
Match begin!
The ground was littered with evergreen foliage that fell from the surrounding thick bamboos. These stalks" trunk serenaded the overwhelmingly quiet environment with their delicate creaking as the big gust of winds pa.s.sed through them. Their sound was like that of an old and worn floor when you walked across it.
"Quick! Don"t let them dictate the pace! This map is their territory!" Osho warned to Al as he disappeared in a blur. However, his movements could be seen as the bamboo leaves fluttered in the air after his quick steps.
Al just shook his head. There was really no chemistry in the game between him and Osho. The latter would always outrun him as if he was some deadweight. However, the boy did not lose heart. He was no longer the same Al as before. With a grin, the boy also disappeared.
Stealth!
He had added an a.s.sa.s.sin skill to his a.r.s.enal before joining the match.
Meanwhile, Dreaming Blade and Battousai did not immediately rush out to the centre of the Bamboo Grove as they surveyed their surroundings.
"When was the last time that you had an actual fight in this kind of place, brother?" Battousai asked.
"Last month, against father? Before we were banished? Haha. I can still remember the smell of his blood." Dreaming Blade casually answered as if cutting one"s father was a regular routine in their family.

Slice!
Battousai suddenly unsheathed his right katana from its "saya" as he cut through the stand of bamboos before him, cleanly slicing with a diagonal stroke. "Good. How many seconds do you think would it take for father"s student to arrive?"
"Zero. He"s already here. Look." Dreaming Blade pointed out on the scattering leaves, twenty body units in front of them. A blurry figure of a man in a yellow tengu mask could be seen.
"Nice. Should I deal with him or I"ll wait for that Udil?" Battousai licked the blade of his katana as he prepared for battle.
"Should I still remind you of what happened when we last relaxed against an opponent? Come. We"ll quickly finish him!" Dreaming Blade reprimanded Battousai.
With a blur, the two Demon Samurais disappeared from their positions. However, it seemed that they really vanished from the map as their movements did not cause any disturbance on the clump of leaves scattered on the ground.
The two Demon Samurai"s flow of motion was as silent as a forest. It seemed that they were flying, unable to touch the ground.
After a few seconds, the clash between the two Demon Samurais and Osho finally began as the clanging of katanas against each other ignited some sparks in the air. However, the three figures behind the quick exchanges of attacks could not be seen as their bodies blurred.
The bamboo leaves swayed and danced with the quick movements of Osho as he cleanly blocked the onslaught coming from the two Demon Samurais.
"Have you ever heard of the story of a Water-s.h.i.+nto that was forced by the Hachiman to learn Bus.h.i.+do?" Amidst the constant exchanges of slashes, Osho still managed to throw a question against the two Demon Samurais.
