He slid down the veins and walked around the immediate area in search of perhaps a small stream spouting from beneath a rock. He drank deeply from the water. It was probably the best he had ever had. It tasted pure and unbelievably clean. He sat and thought for a fair bit. He had no means to contain the water so how was he going to do it? He remembered his own weird dress that basically just covered his tralala…oh and his a.s.s.
It seemed rather watertight, maybe he could use it.
He looked around to see if he could find any large leaf-carrying plants. It barely took him any time. It seemed that the particular plant was pretty common. He plucked a few large leaves and took it to the small water stream. He checked how well the leaves were able to contain water perfectly fine. He went searching for some sapling trees and broke off a few branches. He weaved the branches in a lattice pattern. Using his axe he made adjustments to the length of the branches so it would start taking the shape of a bottle, but before he finished he made an inlay of the leaf facing to the topside of the leaf so it could be able to contain the water.
When all was said and done he tore of fibers from the young tree and braided them together to make string.
Though the bottle looked like a piece emasculated feces but he was still rather proud of it. He wasn"t too happy about the waterproofing though. So, he decides to gather some moss for the outside and then used another leaf outside that and tied it all together on the ends. He wasn"t too sure how the water would taste if it stayed in the plant bottle for extended periods of time, but he was going to risk it.

His makeshift bottle proofed successful but he still had a problem with the seal. He took some moss and made an improvised cork and then tied it shut using his handmade string.
He thought about the fragility of the leaves themselves and made another basket and shielded the insides using moss and placed the bottle inside.
He lifted the bottle high into the sky as if it was his crowning achievement. At that exact same time, a heads up display came to be.
Achievement: Improvised bottle: + 2 Diff points. Radley nodded. Satisfactory result. While it wasn"t a lot of points it was still enough to at least break even.
He made more string that he connected to the outer basket and over his shoulder. He also used the rest of the string to tie the axe around his waist. When all was said and done he made his way back to the vine. He examined the vine more closely. It looked like they twisted into each other. Radley came on to an idea. What if he attached some string to the head of his axe and basically used the strong wooden base a stepping ladder and the string to pull out each time?
It was a risky endeavor but at least this way he could make it to the top. He first jammed his axe into the areas with a viable nook and pushed it through. He stood onto the wooden bar to test the viability of his hypothesis. To his surprise, it worked beautifully. He climbed a bit and used the string to rip out the axe and place it into a new nook. He climbed up and rested on his axe. It worked but it was still tiring. He needed to make sure he was well rested before going onto the next step.
The night sky had become lighter by the time he got closer to the top. He repeated this step until he was close to the top when a hand suddenly reached out and grabbed him by arm and hoisted him up. The next moment he found a crossbow pointing to his face, "Who the h.e.l.l are you!?"
Radley instinctively raised his hands, "Whoa, whoa, whoa! I come in peace, I come in peace! I didn"t know that somebody would actually be on top!"
"How the h.e.l.l would you not know that!? It"s a common rule of thumb always make sure that there is someone on top of the rock you want to make camp at!"
Radley wasn"t really registering a lot. He was fixated by the crossbow in his face, "I swear, I did not know that was a rule!"
"Bulls.h.i.t!"
An arrow released close to his feet. It hit with such force it actually made a small crater. This p.i.s.sed of Radley, "I don"t need this s.h.i.t! This is just more bad luck after bad luck. Do you people have zero compa.s.sion or something!?"
A calm male voice sounded off to his right, "It"s a dog eat dog world out there. We ain"t about to take any chances."
"Okay fine, but at least allow me to scout out the land below. I just need a point of reverence."
The other two noticed his tattered leaf dress. The calm man spoke, "What"s with the getup?"
"I had nothing to wear. Some woman named Nora decided it was her property."
"Cla.s.sical Nora."
He finally decided to look away from the crossbow and at the calm voice. It looked like a young man, probably in his mid-twenties. He was a really well-built man with blond short flat top hair. He wore what looked like leather gear with an adornment of bones. He was busy biting into some freshly cooked meat.
Radley ignored everything else and asked, "You know that evil b.i.t.c.h!?"
"Met her on occasion. Greedy lady and ruthless to boot. If what you say is true then you got lucky."
"Story of my life, I am having all sorts of luck today, all bad."
Radley looked on top of the man"s head. His name was Paxton, lv 12, Calm.
Paxton smiled, "So, why don"t you tell me about your day cause from the look of things I would think that you are a greenhorn."
"Ha, you aren"t the first one to say that to me. Yes, I am a level one, unlucky b.a.s.t.a.r.d."
"Then share a meal with us and tell us your story."
