"This is it!"

"Oh? Seems like with the help of the game system, you can learn it instantly without the need to practice like the others do, ku ku ku!" laughed Daedalus smugly.

"Heh," Ryth scoffed. "It really is convenient to have [Eye of Daedalus]."

He then closed the scroll and place it inside the inventory and said, "I will use it once we get back to the dark elf"s village. Right now, let"s get of here."

"Yeah, that would be for the best." Daedalus replied.

Ryth then walked towards Woodgard and the other dark elves. "Alright. You all go and free Tregnar first, once you are done. The others can just wait in the prison room. Just send one person to inform us," Ryth instructed. "After that, I will grab the dungeon core and we can escape here together."

Woodgard and the other dark elves nodded.

Ryth waved his hand in a.s.surance. "Don"t worry, there are no other traps here. Llyod, Hill and I will take care of the loots first."

"Understood!"

Woodgard immediately lead the dark elves to the prison room to free Tregnar from the jail, leaving Llyod, Hill and Ryth in the room.

Ryth then went to check the items inside the big chest. He crouched down in front of the chest and examined the big chest.

Llyod and Hill, on the other hand, went to look around the room, taking note of anything worth to bring back.

Other than the Hidden Job Scroll and the dungeon core, Ryth also found 2 grand soul stones and a couple of magic scrolls. He examined the scrolls intently.

Magic scrolls are types of scrolls that enables user to use a high level magic once. All the user would need to do to activate the skill is to drop a blood onto it and at the same time, also pour mana into it.

"Wow, I got lucky again! The first one is..." Ryth exclaimed in happiness.

"Oh! It is indeed a good item!" Daedalus joined in.

"A good item, my lord?" Hill asked, looking over at Ryth.

"There are many good items here, hahaha!"

Llyod and Hill smiled, seeing their lord laughing in excitement.

"Okay, let"s see the next one is..."

"This is a good scroll, I can avoid area skill with this." Ryth smiled smugly and placed the remaining items inside his inventory.

Not long after, one of the elves showed up. "We are ready to go, Mr. Myrad."

"Okay, I will take the core now. On my command, follow me!" Ryth said.

Ryth quickly grabbed the dungeon core and shouted. "Follow me!"

The dungeon began to trembled, cracks also began to widen on the ceiling and on the floors. The dungeon is about to crumble down.

The four of them quickly ran towards the prison room. Once they arrived, Ryth shouted to the other dark elves and Woodgard to follow him. With Daedalus" guidance, they successfully escaped from the dungeon.

Once outside, the dungeon finally collapsed into pieces.

Ryth and the rest of the group looked behind them and sighed in relief.

"Mr. Myrad, I have to say, with you being in our party, it made our raid much easier. I can"t believe that we really succeed in slaying the dungeon boss!" one of the elves shouted in excitement, pumping his fist in the air.

"Mr. Myrad, Mr. Llyod, and Mr. Hill. I can"t thank you enough for helping me escape from the dungeon and helping my tribe regarding this dungeon raid." Tregnar bowed his head to Ryth and his teammates in grat.i.tude.

Ryth scratched the back of his head with a sheepish look on his face, watching Tregnar bowing down at him. He waved his hand in the air and said, "It"s okay, Mr. Tregnar. No need to bow."

"Yeah, Mr. Tregnar! We are already friends, aren"t we? Hahaha!" Shouted Llyod, laughing.

Woodgard and the other elves saw Ryth and his teammates in greater heights now. This is the first time that they heard any human said that they are their friends.

"They are truly such trustworthy allies. I believe helping them in their upcoming battle is not enough to pay our debt for all they have done." Woodgard thought to himself, smiling.

"Okay everyone, lets head back to your village." Ryth said.

"Yes!" The dark elves shouted in unison.

It was already past noon when they finally came out from the dungeon. A few minutes later, they finally arrived at the entrance of their village.

The guards who was standing near the entrance of the village saw them approaching. They were surprised to see none of them being injured. And by looking at the happiness in their faces, it seems that they are successful in this raid. What"s more surprising was that they saw Tregnar in the group.

"They succeed!"

"They really made it! We are finally free and safe!"

"Yes! No monsters flood anymore!"

---------------------------

Inside the Chief House, Fenar sat on his mat, expression of worry and anxiety in his face as he thought of many scenarios of what"s happening in the dungeon. This raid was very important to their village. If they fail, worst come to worst, the village might perished. However, if they succeed, then the village will be safe. Children will be able to play outside the village without worry. The people can gather foods and herbs from the outside. Hunting would become much safer.

As Fenar was thinking about the many scenarios, he heard shouts from outside the house.

He looked up to find one of the guards hurriedly ran inside. "Chief! The raid team has arrived!"

Fenar immediately stood up, eyes wide open. "REALLY?? DID THEY REALLY SUCCEED??" he asked worriedly.

The guard, finally realized his rudeness, immediately cupped his hands in respect as he bowed down. "Yes, Chief! Tregnar is also in the group! They succeed in slaying the boss and also clearing the dungeon!!"

Fenar put his hands on his hips and laughed out loud. "HAHAHA! THIS IS GREAT!"

He then gestured to the guards beside him and said, "Come, lets go and welcome Mr. Myrad and thank him for his help!"

"Yes, chief!" they shouted in unison.

----------------------------

Ryth, Llyod and Hill were walking, on their way to the Chief House, talking with the elves. Ryth also answered some of the questions posed by the elves who seemed curious about his abilities and skills.

Not long after, they saw Fenar coming towards them, together with his guards.

Fenar immediately cupped his hands and bowed to Ryth when he was in front of him. "Mr. Myrad! I can"t thank you enough for your help!"

"It"s okay, I"m the one who wanted to help you guys, anyways. And it"s not like the success was because of me alone. It"s because we work together." Ryth smiled as he cupped his hands as well.

Fenar was surprised, this guy is a n.o.ble and yet, he"s so humble and friendly towards them. Maybe... the day when every races would lived happily side by side would come true in the hand of this young man.

"Come to my house! We will discuss more about your matters. It won"t take long, you can rest after that..." Fenar said, inviting them into his house.

"Okay then, lets go." Ryth nodded his head and signaled to Llyod and Hill to follow him.

Woodgard and Tregnar also followed them.

As they walked towards the chief house, many of the elves were shouting to them.

"Thank you!"

"Thanks for rescuing our friend!"

Ryth, Llyod, and Hill gave them a smile and waved back at them in acknowledgement.

"This sense of achievement… felt different from what I"ve felt long ago… It is not something like the feeling when you successfully create new equipment but a whole different feelings…" Daedalus mused in amazement. "It"s probably because listening to their thankful grat.i.tude… it felt wonderful…"

Ryth laughed softly. "Haha… Right? Doesn"t helping other people makes you feel happy? Its like seeing them smile makes you want to smile too."

"Agreed." Replied Daedalus.

Few minutes later, they finally arrived at the Chief Throne. Fenar invited them to sit on the mat and together they sat down, forming a circle.

"Mr. Myrad, thank you once again for helping us." Fenar said.

Woodgard and Tregnar also cupped their hands towards Ryth and his teammates in grat.i.tude, standing beside Fenar.

"It"s okay, you already thank us enough! No worries." Ryth smiled.

He then continued, "Regarding the loots from the boss, we"ve got plenty of good items. But I hope Chief Fenar could give us the magic scrolls." Ryth then took out the two grand soul stones from his bag, pretending that it was taken out from the bag, and put it on the table in front of him.

"No, no, Mr. Myrad! We can"t take it from you!" Fenar exclaimed, shaking his head. "You already helped us a lot. Just take all of the loots!"

"But we work together to clear the dungeon..."

"No! It"s okay. This isn"t enough to repay our debt to you..."

Seeing that Fenar won"t accept the loots, Ryth could only sighed and replied, "Okay, then..."

Ryth placed the grand soul stones back to his bag and put it inside his inventory.

Fenar smiled, and change the topic. "Now, it"s our turn to help you. We will join you in your upcoming battle."

Llyod"s and Hill"s eyes lit up as they said. "Really? You will help us?"

"Yes, this was our agreements in the first place."

"So, when are your men ready to go on the journey with me?"

"We can leave once we have solidify our village"s defense first. After that, I will let my men join you. However, as you know, we have too little capable men, so we can only let a few of them join you... since we need to protect the women, the children and the old elves as well."

"I understand," Ryth nodded. "This is more than enough."

"It will take 2 to 3 days to solidify our defense. After that, you can head to Myrad City." Fenar smiled.

He inwardly heaved a sigh of relief after he had heard Ryth"s reply. He was worried that Ryth might not agree to their conditions.

"Chief, I would like to request something," Tregnar said out loud.

"What is it?"

"I want to be part of Mr. Myrad team to help him."

"Me too! I can"t just watch by when Mr. Myrad has done so much for us." Woodgard added.

Fenar thought for some time and replied, "Okay, you two can join Mr. Myrad."

He then gave a light laugh and said, "I too wanted to come to help you, Mr. Myrad. However, I have a village and my people to protect. So I can"t join you..."

Ryth"s eyes widened in surprised as he turned to look at Woodgard and Tregnar. "Are you sure?" he asked, uncertain. "Don"t you need someone in charge of your men? If the two commanders joined me in this journey, who will replace them?"

Fenar shook his head, waving his hand. "That will pose no problem for us. I too can command my own men. Now that the dungeon is gone, the village is much safer. We will be fine here."

Ryth cupped his hands towards Tregnar and Woodgard and said, "I thank you for your help this time."

"No, Mr. Myrad. We would like to thank you for accepting our requests to join you," said Tregnar and Woodgard in unison as they cupped their hands.

Fenar nodded his head in satisfaction and said, "Woodgard, Tregnar, please guide Mr. Myrad and his teammates to their a.s.signed house."

"Yes!"
