Chapter 2716 Danger Everywhere
Note: The Privilege now has 50% off.
“I really should have listened to you,” said Rhea and sighed as she walked out of the teleportation formation. “You should have,” I replied, still a little angry at her for not listening.
“This place is extremly dangerous; even I don’t have the guarantee of preserving my own life here,” I said and turned back to Lady Yui.
“Yes, I am feeling it; I am also sensing the thing that my bloodline want is at this place,” said Rhea, and it couldn’t help but surprise me, but I quickly controlled my emotions; as this place is not where someone should think about the rewards.
“Don’t go anywhere; this place is extremly dangerous,” I warned her.
My senses are blaring; everywhere I look, I see the danger. It will need great luck for us to get out of this place, but before I think that, I have to heal lady Yui completely; she still has the destructive energies rampaging inside her.
Buzz!
It took me another fifty-six minutes before I was able to extract every bit of the destructive energies. As I finished with it, another formation lit up inside me and began to send revitalizing energies inside Lady Yui; at the same time, I took out an air pen and began to draw out the formation.
Buzz
It took me around ten minutes to draw the formation; it activated and split into two before covering both Lady Yui and Rhea.
I could not have my strings covering always, so I created the formation, which cost me a lot, but I had no choice. These destructive energies are dangerous, and their own defenses are not enough to defend against them; they will sneak inside them and rampage.
“How are you feeling, Lady Yui?” I asked as her eyes fluttered open, “Weak,” she said softly before a sudden realization appeared in her eyes, and I saw her closing eyes for a second before opening them and looking directly at me.
“You have saved me, Grandmaster,” she said. “I did what I could,” I said with a smile and helped her get up; while she is fine now, her state is weakened, and her power has regressed; she is now as powerful as Rhea.
“I think we should try to get away from this place as soon as possible,” said Lady Yui as she looked around, “You are not interested in the thing that your bloodline is sensing?” I asked.
“I am very invested in it, but after what happened and what I am sensing, I think it is wise to get out of this place as soon as possible,” she said and looked at the teleportation formation, which was s.h.i.+ning mutely.
“Will this teleportation formation be able to take us back to the hall?” she asked, “No, it was one way; we will need to crack it or need the access codes to operate it to go back,” I replied with a disappointed sigh.
My clone had studied the formation, and these are the only two options that really want me to curse out loud. This place is too dangerous, and I would have liked to go back as soon as possible.
“How long will it take to crack you?” she asked, “Days,” I replied straight.
The spatial formations are complicated, and this one is the most complicated teleportation formation I have seen in all ruins I have explored.
“Well, it seemed like we had no choice but to find a way through this dangerous place,” she said and sighed again.
“I think this place is part of one of the seven doors, but it is much bigger than the first hall we have entered; the s.p.a.ce here had been spatially enlarged,” I informed.
“So, we just need to find one of those creepy bone doors, and we will be out?” asked Rhea, and I nodded.
“Let’s move; the quicker we will able to find the door, the sooner we will be able to walk out,” I said and slowly took a step forward while activating my sensory and ocular abilities to full power, and even then, I was only able to see only twenty to thirty meters ahead in this darkness.
The previous hall was also dark, but our abilities worked fine there; we did not have any problem, but here everything is different.
We walked slowly, carefully taking each step in case we triggered any formation, and there are a lot of formations that could be triggered here, more than I am comfortable with.
“Rhea, there is an invisible formation to your left,” I warned her as I continued; this was not my first time warning them; I would need to do it once in a minute at least.
Hun!
A few minutes pa.s.sed when suddenly I stopped and closed my eyes, and a few seconds later, earth in front of me moved, and my finger’s thick purple crystal came out. The crystal is s.h.i.+ning, and one can see the beautiful sparks flying across it.
Gasp Gasp
Gasps of shock rang out; it is not just they who are shocked; I am shocked too. I had not expected that after a few minutes of walking in this extremly dangerous place, I would find a divine crystal.
“A lighting element divine crystal,” said Lady Yui softly. The elemental divine crystals are more expensive than those without elements, and they are rarer. The skeleton I had found earlier did not have any element, while this one has.
After checking no fault with the crystal, I placed it in the box and sent it to my core before continuing with my journey to find the exit.
Hun!
It had not been even a minute when I began walking again when I stopped, and a few seconds later, the earth moved, and hand size block of gold came out. It is gold, but not a simple gold; it has natural fractal patterns on it, which gives out a deep aura.
“What is it?” asked Lady Yui and Rhea in unison, “Ryd fractal gold, a material that is slightly more valuable than the divine crystal,” I replied.
Finding it a truly a surprise, and I am very happy to receive it as I have been searching for something like it. I am creating a formation that needs this type of resource. Jim would also be happy; he is trying something ambitious and needs the metal elemental resources of this quality.
I placed it into the box silently and resumed my journey; I am happy with the resources I am finding, but I will not search for them.
I do not need to say it many times, but this place is dangerous; so dangerous that once I find the door, I will not look back, even if there is a big load of divine crystal behind my back.
I have been to many dangerous places before, but this one topped them all. In about fifteen minutes, I am walking and have avoided more than a hundred traps. They are f.u.c.king everywhere at every corner; I don’t understand why the f.u.c.k, do the owner of this place would need to place so many traps.
Even we humans did not place this many traps when we needed to catch the nasty vermins that flood into our homes.
