Azusa was pulled by Mamoru, her hands were clenched into fists. Her eyes shows anger, she"s also gritting her teeth. She was obviously stopping herself from truly getting mad.

Upon arriving into a park, Mamoru made her sit as he look at her while he himself was standing. He didn"t speak, the place was also a corner in the park and so bare anyone would see them there.

Azusa didn"t speak either as Mamoru just watch her. After a few more minutes of silence, tears finally started welling up in her eyes as she clenched her fists tighter and she gritted her teeth harder. Her face became flushed as she started silently sobbing.

Mamoru knelt as he placed his hand on top of her head, he look straight in her eyes as she look at him. He smiled warmly before fixing her hair that was scattered in her face, with this gesture Azusa cried even more.

All the pent up frustrations that she had finally came out.

"I know, I know they wouldn"t accept it that easily. But… but she did everything for all the people. I just hate it that they couldn"t see that. Yet I also hate it that explaining it would just be for a naught."

Her tears keep falling as she started speaking. She just felt really bad for Eureka, like everything she did was for nothing for some people. It was so unfair and Azusa just couldn"t do anything. Eureka did everything just to save their world but it was truly frustrating that not everyone could accept it.

"I know, I know how you feel. All of us feel the same way. You saw it, if Raven didn"t stop me and Hideyos.h.i.+ then we would have killed that man already. The frustration you are feeling is the same frustration all of us are feeling. And I am very much sure that Raven felt the same, he just knows how to restrain his feelings more than we do. That"s shy he only pulled out his sword to stop mine and Hideyos.h.i.+"s and not to harm the knight."

He then smiled as he caressed her hair, "That is why you are amazing, you were able to stop yourself."

He stood up as he looked at the park and the few people strolling it, "There"s nothing we can do about how those people think. But for sure, slowly, or very slowly they will be able to accept it as well. That this world is much more peaceful without abilities."

He looked down at her as he smiled warmly. Azusa held his hand as she cried even more. Mamoru let her be, he allowed her to vent everything out. Seeing her restrain herself a while ago he knew that she had heard so many things for the past months that they were not around.

She was the one who mostly stopped the riots and fights around the main city after all. Surely she had encountered this kind of event not just once. She had heard so many things about Eureka, how the others weren"t happy about what she had done. Or how they don"t see her as a true hero.

She had no other choice but to just bit her lip or grit her teeth and stop herself from doing anything to harm them. That"s all she can do, Eureka loved not just the kingdoms but the people within it. That is why they were all revived, because she wanted everyone to live on.

And during those times that Azusa was faced with so many of these criticisms, she never showed her tears and stood tall and could only do her job. This might be the only time she had vent everything out. He also knew that the matter regarding her father still being detached was putting more to her, emotionally.

This is the only thing he can do for her, to allow her to cry freely without any judgement. All of these was the reason she had no other choice but to write to them regarding Raven. She couldn"t handle so much by herself.

She was already holding too much, but she was also worried about Raven. Having no other choice despite knowing that he and Hideyos.h.i.+ were busy, she could only ask for their help. The two of them understood this very well, that is why they rushed everything just to return, not just to question Raven but to lift a load from her shoulders as well.

Mamoru sighed as he watch over her as she cries. He had watched her after all. Watched her for so long since he could remember, well, in the end, he still don"t remember that they met way back when they were just kids.

But even if he didn"t he was still happy that they actually shared a few moments together when all of them were still children. That they had a memory of being together.

After who knows how long, Azusa finally calmed down. Mamoru left and returned with some drinks. The place was still not as crowded, it was after all a working day, so most of the people were doing their jobs.

"So he really was fine?" Azusa asked after drinking a mouthful of the juice Mamoru had bought.

"Yep, he was even better than us. We were physically and mentally tired while that guy was just training his mind. *laughs* He was way better than we are," Mamoru replied as he remembered their chat last night.

"To understand," Azusa suddenly said.

Mamoru looked at her curiously after hearing her words. Azusa in turn smiled at him.

"The understanding they have for each other is truly something worth the praise. He understood very well that she may never return but he was still holding on. He understood yet he still chose to love her. Seriously their definition of love have a large scope."

Mamoru then remembered when each of them started saying what they understand about love and Raven and Eureka have said at the same time, the same things.

"But I"m glad," Azusa then continued before looking straight in his eyes.

"All our love were true. There are people who thought they were in love yet just as time goes by, they found out that it was not the case. What"s more painful was that their partner was truly in love with them. I"m glad all of us truly loves each other."

Mamoru was lost for words for what Azusa said was true. Others were hurt for something as trivial as that. Then he remembered Nana and Raven, Nana was hurt because she truly loved Raven, on the other side, Raven only thought he loved her.

"Let"s go then," he suddenly stood up and pulled Azusa along.

Azusa of course asked where they will be going so suddenly, Mamoru replied with a smile as he just pulled her along. He waved for a carriage before they entered and he gave the place where they will be going. Azusa looked at him in shock.

"I just remembered, I haven"t spoken with him yet. I think it"s time for me to do so," Mamoru smiled.

"Is it fine with your duties?" he then asked upon remembering that Azusa was actually still in duty.

Azusa chuckled, "It"s fine. I"ll just use my break for now. Plus I really don"t have that much of workload."

Soon the carriage arrived to their destination. Azusa who was happy and shocked a while ago became worried. After alighting from the carriage, what stood in front of them was the hospital. She then looked worriedly at Mamoru.

"It"s fine. I"ve heard that he was still detached but I"m very sure he is still very much worried of the person who will take his daughter"s hand. I"d better introduce myself properly," Mamoru rea.s.sured her as he held her hand tighter before they finally entered the hospital.

He looks so sure but in reality, he was completely nervous. Who wouldn"t be? He was about to face the father of his lover.

In reality, this was not a part of his plan for the day but one thing lead to another and when the idea suddenly popped up in his mind, he just went through with it. He just didn"t expect that now that they are here, he would suddenly feel nervous.

Might be because Azusa was nervous too. He could only take a deep breath without making it obvious or Azusa would know that he was actually nervous.

He was even deliberating in his mind how he should greet Leo first. Should he ask for how he was doing first? Or should he just go straight to the point?

"I love your daughter and I plan on spending the rest of my life with her?"

No, that"s just not right. It looks like he was already asking Azusa for marriage.

"Good day sir, I am Mamoru, Azusa"s lover."

No, that"s too straight to the point.

Without him noticing it, they were already in front of Leo"s room. He could only rein in his thoughts and just go with whatever comes to his mind.
