"This dress is actually surprisingly comfortable," Crystal thought to herself as she walked.

The dress she was referring to being a literal upside down bag meant for potatoes, with a hole cut in the bottom and sides for her head and arms to fit through.

Crystal, not wanting to set up her dungeon on some random beach somewhere, was currently diligently following the beach in a clockwise manner, storing anything that she found to be interesting along the way.

Three hours, a few dozen seash.e.l.ls, two empty gla.s.s bottles, one large fishing net, and a lot of driftwood later, she then, finally, found something truly interesting.

"Is that a pirate ship!?" She blurted out as the thing came into view in the distance.

Sitting on the beach a few hundred metres away, Crystal spotted something that she could only see as a pirate ship, or at the very least, a large pitch black wooden ship, with an ominous, black, skull and crossbones themed flag.

The ship was roughly thirty metres(98.5 feet) in length, with large tattered sails.

It sat beached, perpendicular to the ocean which existed behind it.

Upon approaching further, Crystal could begin making out smaller details, four gun ports on the ship"s side, and another two cannons above those on the main deck, all of which made Crystal somewhat nervous after her experience with a certain evil crab.

When she had at last reached the ship"s location, after a great deal of walking, she finally became able to make out the name on the side of the ship as well.

"So... "The Ashen Lady" huh? Pretty cool... though it doesn"t really make sense... being pitch black and all," she said, contemplating the ship"s name.

She then reached out to casually run her hand along it as she circled it.

"Whoa," she though upon touching it, her instincts as a dungeon began to flare up the moment her hand contacted it, clearly desiring to claim it as her own, for it to be hers and hers alone, for her territory to cover every inch of it, to become it...

And Crystal honestly though her instincts had a point.

"Just like my third grade teacher Mr Benderson used to say, "If someone is destined to one day become an evil monster sp.a.w.ning structure in a fantasy world, they might as well have that structure be a super cool looking pirate ship..."" Crystal reminisced out loud, "...I wonder if they"ve fired that guy yet?"

"Whatever," she thought, turning her attention back to the pirate ship.

She stared at it for a solid minute while holding her hand against it before making her decision.

"I want it..." she declared, the pink in her eyes glowing intensely as she did so.

after reading the newest message, Crystal began looking for a way up, circling the ship in its entirety before finally deciding there wasn"t once, no ropes, no hanging nets, no planks, and no ladders.

"Playing hard to get, eh," she said with a cunning smile.

"Well there"s more than one way to board a ship!" She declared as she released all the driftwood she had been picking up over the last three hours against the side of the ship, piling it all the way up to one of the for gun ports in the side of the ship.

She then promptly climbed the pile damp wood and onto the edge of the gun port itself. There she perched herself as she surveyed the dark ship deck for potential danger.

In the end however, all that the deck contained seemed to be, a ladder going up, a hole going down, eight cannons, one at each gun port, and a door at the far end, near the back of the ship.

Other than those things, and a few scattered barrels, there was just the capstan, a mechanism used to raise and lower the anchor, which Crystal saw only as "the big, rotatable, wooden thing, which was used to summon the kraken in that one movie about pirates."

"Heh... that wasn"t so bad," she said, clearly jinxing herself, before hopping down onto the wooden floor just below the gun port she had been perching on.

Said floor, however, after a decade of neglect while being under constant strain from the nearby cannon, did not even make a vague attempt at supporting Crystal"s weight, it simply collapsed without even a warning.

"Ahhh!?" she screamed in confusion as she fell to the deck below, the cargo hold.

With a loud thud, she crashed into a pile of boxes, barrels, sacks, rope, and other a.s.sorted materials used during the shipping process, barely avoiding being crushed by the cannon which had fallen alongside her.

"Ugh..." she grunted as she lay there, staring at the hole she had just fallen through.

A moment later she heard an odd sound off to her right, towards the front end of the ship, it was the sound of, numerous, loose, hard objects, clunking against each other, and it seemed to be quickly getting louder as time pa.s.sed.

"A person perhaps," she thought to herself, as she knew that the stuff she had landed on was not the source of the sound, the sound was much farther away at the moment after all.

"Is someone th-?" She began asking hopefully, but the words quickly caught in her throat as she turned her head and actually saw the source of the noise. Twenty skeletons wearing pirate themed clothing stared back at her as they approached, swords drawn and at the ready, the sound, the rattling of their bones.

Crystal just stared for a moment as they drew closer, not believing that her luck could actually be as bad as it had become recently...

She then turned her head the opposite way, spotting a plain wooden door next to the place where a latter to the next deck should have been... but wasn"t.

"Yeah that"ll do," Crystal thought as she jumped to her feet and dashed towards said door, storing a bunch of barrels as she ran. She quick leaping through it, and then slamming it shut behind herself, immediately bringing out all the stored barrels and using them to block the door.

"Haa..." she sighed in relief, standing with her back to the door of the pitch black room that she had just entered.

"Maybe this place will work," she thought to herself hopefully, "establish dungeon."

"Oh no..." She thought, as a chill went up her spine, "there were skeletons in this room as well!?"

"Um, uh... s-summon broom closet!" she declared mentally in a panic, picking the first form of shelter that popped into her mind, not even knowing if it was an actually an option.

Yet, in spite of all that, it actually did appear, a small broom closet, about six feet tall, two and a half feet wide, and two feet deep, appeared directly in front of her
